This charming holiday house is perched high on McCrae Hill, nestled in a peaceful and quiet street. It is conveniently located near Arthurs Seat State Park and several scenic Bay Hiking Trails, all within walking distance.

McCrae's location is in the centre of the Mornington Peninsula making the house close to all the Bay and Surf Beaches. Anthony's Nose is the locals favourite beach.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious Living/Dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, a Smart TV, and features a Split System for both air conditioning and heating. The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests.

The 80's Country style Kitchen comes equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and a Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is also a kitchen table that seats 3 people.

Through the living area, you'll step out onto the outdoor balcony offering bay views. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining set for 4-6 guests, an umbrella for shade, and 2 lounges for relaxation.

There is off-street parking as well as street parking available.

Please note that the downstairs portion of the house is locked, but you can access the backyard via the side of the house. you will find a Bosch Washing Machine and Drying rack undercover at rear of property.

Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, pedestal fan and Walk-In Robe (note: the master bedroom has its own separate entrance from the front garden as well as through the house).

Master Ensuite: Shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a pedestal fan.

Bedroom 3: Single bed with a trundle (SB) and a pedestal fan.

Family Bathroom: Shower, separate bath and a separate toilet.
