Experience a unique, private haven only 350m from the Mccrae foreshore! Situated amongst the trees, this charming 3 storey, 3-bedroom home makes the most of Mornington Peninsula living. Fit for 6 Guests, this oasis with bay views is perfect for that next family getaway. Spend your days at the popular McCrae foreshore, at one of the many cafes or restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, on the balcony, or in the private garden below.
Kitchen and Living Room - The kitchen serves as the central hub of this multi-level property, with an open floorplan situating the dining table and living room on either side. Equipped with a gas cooktop and dishwasher, the kitchen is well thought out. Sliding doors open up onto the balcony from both the dining and living areas. Off the main entrance youâll find a sitting room equipped with a gas fire place, a powder room with a toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms - This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms across its 3-storeys. The master bedroom is fitted with a split system, television, and ensuite, and boasts bay views. The 2nd bedroom on the same floor is also equipped with a split system, a balcony, television, and can be configured with either two king singles, or a king size double bed. The third and final bedroom on the third floor contains a double bed.
Outdoor - Featuring a lush front and backyard, this property is perfect for those sunny days spent outside. A fantastic deck fitted with an outdoor couch and a shaded dining table is sure to be where youâll spend your afternoons. Relish in the privacy of the large and luscious backyard or take a short walk to the McCrae foreshore for a dip. This property offers a very comfortable and relaxing holiday close to all amenities in McCrae Village, access to the wineries of Red Hill and the many features of the Mornington Peninsula.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucksâ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th â December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.
No smoking on premises.
No pets allowed.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking â Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.
