THE SPACE
Welcome to The Grand View, your peaceful coastal escape on the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Ideally located in the heart of Rye—Melbourne’s favourite holiday playground—this beautifully presented home is just minutes from the beach, Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses, local restaurants, and more.

Designed with ease and comfort, the home features a fully fenced yard, making it ideal for families, pet owners, and anyone seeking a private getaway. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area offers a bright and inviting space with a large 65" wall-mounted smart TV and a DVD player with a diverse selection to keep you entertained on cozy nights.

The kitchen has modern appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and an espresso Delonghi pod machine (bring your pods). With two comfortable bedrooms and 2 stylish bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub and the other one with shower & toilet, the home provides plenty of space to relax and recharge. Enjoy meals at the large dining table that comfortably seats six, take advantage of the washer and convenient carport, and unwind outdoors with a gas BBQ and ample seating for alfresco dining.

The home features two split systems in the loungeroom for year-round comfort and central heating and cooling throughout. Situated in a quiet residential street with permanent neighbours, The Grand View best suits mature, respectful guests looking to enjoy a relaxing and tranquil retreat. Please note that this is a space for peaceful holidaying and is not intended for parties or loud gatherings.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps six people across two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (sleep 2)
Bedroom 2: 1x Double Bed and 1x Single Bunk Bed (sleep 4)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their own beach towels, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire—Guests can rent a bathroom set, including a bathmat and hand towel, for $10 per bathroom.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home, Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
