Nice 4 bedroom, 3 bath house, with living room and entertainment room upstairs. Backyard patio table. Quiet neighborhood, with walking trails right outside the neighborhood. There is a park 2 blocks away, Many restaurants, shops, and entertainment close by. You should visit the Assembly Food Hall off 5th and Broadway. African American Museum. You can be in Nashville in 15 to 18 minutes on weekends when there is normally no traffic. You can visit Opryland Hotel and Outlet Mall. Nashville Shores is great for the family. Topgolf is exciting to hangout with your friends. Favorite restaurants are The Southern, Twelve Thirty which is Justin Timberlakes honk tonk, restaurant and supper club. Sixty Vine, Optimist, Jeff Ruby's. A suggestion, make reservations for all restaurants.

Short stay with my family.

This place was a great place to stay with my family. Everyone had their own space as well as a a place for us to hang out. Only complaint we had was that some of the sheets were scratchy. Would stay there again when traveling to Nashville.

Amazing Stay

Amazing stay my only down point was no TV in the down stairs living room and neither living room had much seating for as big of house as it was. Was clean and welcoming good location.

Exelent experience

The house was perfect for our trip. Crystal clearly communicated and left great print out instructions. The house layout was great for bigger groups to spend time together but also alowing us spread out. And you can’t beat the price. If I come back to the area we’ll stay here again.

Very pleasant stay & would stay again

Beautiful home, the pictures do not do the inside justice at all. Comfortable, clean & plenty of room! I would put blinds or curtains on the kitchen windows ~ but not a must!! We would definitely stay here again if coming to Nashville area!!

Great stay

We traveled to Nashville to spend time with my nephew and my brother’s son who moved to Nashville last February. We are 4 older gentlemen and found this VRBO to be even more than the pictures could show. Very clean and roomy. Near the interstate. Near restaurants. The owner responded to my questions within 5 minutes We would stay here again!

Overall the stay was good. Owner was responsive to my communication. There were a couple of issues, like a leaking coffee pot water reservoir, that I pointed out on the note I left.

The host was very responsive to our needs. The house could use some repairs but fit our needs. The fixtures ( shower heads and fans) could use some repairs. Kitchen was well equipped. beds were comfortable and clean. Not as high rated as it showed on the site.

Great stay. Nice clean house with plenty of space. 26 minutes from downtown Nashville, not 12.

Enjoyed the stay, but ad specifically says 12 min. from downtown. This is not true. It is exactly 26 minutes. Big difference.

Wedding at Sycamore Farms

My main focus was the kitchen, which was great for the making, baking and creating of my daughter's wedding cake: clean, appliances all worked great and were so clean! Rooms were wonderful and I could just imagine getting to use the back area: I did use the table to cool my hot from the oven cake layers! It was freezing outside and windy: cooled layers quickly! Lol I do hate that I had no time to lounge in the huge tub, but I would have gone to sleep and drowned after the festivities were over! Beautiful home and beautiful wedding! Thanks so much!

Beautiful house with responsive owner!

The home is even more beautiful in person, the pictures do it no justice! Everything was perfect except for not having enough TP (accident on housekeepers end, no biggie!) whereas the owner literally offered to bring us some or reimburse us for some. That says a lot that they would do that for us. The patio was perfect for all six of us to sit out and visit before heading out to Broadway, the bedrooms were huge and beds were comfy, oh but the bathtub might be my favorite part! We will absolutely be back!

Nashville Mission

Our family went to Nashville/Smyrna for a mission trip. Crystal’s place was perfectly located. The neighborhood was great. The house was clean. There are some carpet and furniture stains and nicks on the wall from normal wear and tear, but the house was clean and very nice to live in. Crystal was great with communication. I would highly recommend her place.

Spacious house in safe neighborhood

Highly recommend! Beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious home in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the large eat-in kitchen, plus a dining room, and spacious living room. Nice, partially fenced backyard on a fairly busy road but inside the traffic sounds were minimal. The upstairs had a small bedroom and bathroom plus another spacious living room area. Washer and dryer worked well and showers had decent water pressure with plenty of hot water for all of us. Crystal’s communication was great!
