West Melbourne is the prime inner city Melbourne experience. Positioned between the CBD, Docklands and North Melbourne, Adderley is perfect for the business or adventure traveller. This spacious double storey Victorian family home is tastefully renovated and unique in character. Located a block from downtown Melbourne, Marvel Stadium, Docklands, the Queen Vic Market, the Uni and hospital precinct, cafes and parks and the Yarra are all within walking distance, but you could be a world away.

The Space:
Adderley has been lovingly restored, stylishly furnished and thoughtfully appointed. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests within 3 oversized queen bedrooms and a private study which also converts to a fourth double bedroom. The bedrooms are all tucked away from street and traffic noise, so you’ll sleep soundly whichever room you claim. There is a fully appointed kitchen and dining area opening to a secluded outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, and a spacious loungeroom, modern bathroom and separate laundry WC on the second floor.

High ceilings and original brickwork speak to the home’s Victorian heritage, but it's modern at heart. Decorative fireplaces, mid century dĂ©cor, original staircase and intricate plasterwork complement the sun filled courtyard, ivy covered walls and restored red brick details of the exterior. Every part of this home has been crafted to offer a uniquely Melbourne experience.

Adderley also offers hydronic heating, premium bedding and quality linens. The kitchen comes stocked with a pantry of essentials, complementary bottle of wine, milk and sparkling water on arrival and a variety of teas and coffee for you to enjoy during your stay. Getting Around:
Adderley is located in a tiny pocket of central Melbourne that’s just hitting her straps! It still feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but step outside and you're on the doorstep of the inner city’s liveliest restaurants, bars, shopping strips, entertainment zones and business districts. It's also directly serviced by three train stations and several tram routes. Just a 10 minute walk along Spencer street you will find Melbourne’s main rail hub and Skybus airport connection at Southern Cross Train Station.

Errol and Queensberry Streets are your local neighbourhood strips where you’ll find amazing coffee, vintage shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, post office, library and all your day to day needs. Check out Auction Rooms, Code Black Coffee, Bread Box Bakery for all your coffee and brunching needs. For quick snacks, local supermarket, liquor store and other essentials head to Rosslyn Street Shops, 1 minute walk!

To the north, a quick tram ride or stroll through neighbourhood streets brings you to North Melbourne, Parkville and Carlton. These suburbs are home to the Melbourne Zoo, Flagstaff Gardens, Royal Park, The Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne Museum, IMAX, The Queen Victoria Market and many more attractions.

To the west lies Marvel Stadium and Docklands, under 10 minutes walk away. Here you’ll catch AFL, sports, concerts, events and a range of waterside parklands and ferry stops. A further 10-15 minutes walk south will bring you to Yarra River and Melbourne’s main events and exhibition precinct where you’ll find the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, The Plenary Hall, Crown, and Southbank Promenade.

Beyond these areas you can reach all of the rest of central Melbourne’s attractions and business districts by jumping on the free city circle tourist tram, or any one of the tram routes running through the central business district’s free tram zone. Alternatively hop on the train at Southern Cross and just one stop away you’ll be at Flinders Street where you can find Federation Square, The Royal Botanic Gardens, The National Gallery of Victoria and Arts Precinct.

From Southern Cross or Flinders Street Station you can catch multiple train lines to in all directions from the city to reach places farther afield places like St Kilda, The Dandenong Ranges, Mornington Peninsula and more.
