Easy tram and train access the the city and surrounding suburbs. The apartment is part of a quiet complex, accessible only through secured gates. Restaurants are abundant and close by. A multitude of choice in the surrounding areas; city, Fitzroy, Richmond, Lygon Street. Getting around Close access to trams in Victoria St or Bridge Road. This was a perfect property for 2 families. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on different levels made it very private also was very spacious in living room and kitchen etc .location was very good with shops And MCG etc in walking distance. Highly recommend this property and the host was very informative and extremely polite.
Our group of 8 working adults had a great time staying at the beautiful house in Richmond. We had ample space to work comfortably from home with quick access to cafes and public transport. Sheila was amazing, easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
This is the place to stay - so close to everything or just stay in as you have everything in the house that you need. Sheila is a magnificent host who has taken pride in renovation, decoration and care of every item you will need for a family of any age. Close to shops, parks, the MCG trams and trains. Great off street secure parking. We also enjoyed a late check out and early arrival with no issue. Just perfect!
The property is very nice and well located close to a bus route, which made our transport into the city easy. The security of the complex is very good and we were confident leaving our car there the whole time. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We'd be happy to stay again.
