ABOUT REED'S COVE CABIN

Located on a quaint private road on Lake Cushman, Reed's Cove Cabin is named for the location where the second hotel on Lake Cushman stood during the 1890's until the 1920's. The hotel was popular due to its stunning surroundings and lavish dining throughout those years.

You'll find yourself encompassed by a gorgeous forest setting, just five miles from the hip little town of Hoodsport. With a convenient private dock, you'll be able to access Lake Cushman for any water activities that you fancy.

During fishing season, take your fishing rod down to the dock to see if you can get the kokanee or cutthroats to bite. In the evening, meander down the pathway from the house to find the outdoor firepit and chairs where you can roast marshmallows and watch the sun set over the mountains and the lake.

This is a cozy retreat for a couple's getaway. The living room is furnished very comfortably with a plush sofa and chairs, with an electric fireplace to take off the chill. You can also enjoy a movie on the flat screen, smart tv. The living room opens onto the large, multiple-level sun deck, where you'll find a propane bbq and outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

The kitchen is equipped well enough to cook your feast and bake dessert and includes a full complement of appliances, pots, pans and dinnerware. A large outdoor seating area on the deck is a great spot for chit-chat while admiring the lake below.

The queen-sized bed in the bedroom is just right for two. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Clean linens and towels are provided for your stay. For guest convenience, there is also a washer and dryer.

If you like to hike, this area will keep you busy! Try your boots on a tough day-hike up Mount Rose, Summit Mount Washington or take an afternoon stroll on one of many riverside trails like the Staircase Rapids Loop.

Located along Hood Canal, Hoodsport is a cozy town tucked away at the intersection of the famous U.S. 101 and State Route 119. It's a fun town to visit with antiques, wine tasting, tribal art and gift shops. Little Creek Casino Resort is also in the area and, in addition to gambling, features national shows and entertainment.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.
