All new reno! Upon entry you will be swept away by the oceanfront glass wall and large balcony that is like another room. Ours is a large one bedroom with private king bedroom. The sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps one. Everything is chosen for fun and comfort from our king sized bed to the oversized tvs & full sized stainless kitchen appliances.

This section of Myrtle Beach is the best for safety, walkability, wide flat uncrowded beach- an incredible mix of luxury condos & single family million dollar homes. Check out our other two existing listings to see our excellent guest comments! Make your stay one to remember!

I loved the location of this property, everything we did was less than 15 mins away. It was equipped with everything you would need from the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room essentials plus balcony furniture. Except body soap, which was no problem because we always have our own. Phyllis provided over the top service and was always available.

Walking in the door you’re met with the beautiful ocean view! This Vrbo is exactly as it appears on the site. Very welcoming, felt safe and very secure. Hardly heard any neighbors but did meet some wonderful people who live there while washing some clothing. Very easy beach access. It was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. So very happy that I got to experience this particular Vrbo. Hoping to stay again next year!!

Great place for you and your s/o. Beautiful view off the balcony. Can watch the sun rise over the ocean. Very easy beach access. Pool and hot tub, had both to ourselves the evening we went. A ton of things to do within about a 30 minute drive, really really good restaurants in the area. Parking was pretty tight in the parking deck for my truck, but there is an asphalt parking lot right next to the parking deck for less compact vehicles. Phyllis and her husband were very attentive, we had a minor issue getting in, and they quickly answered the phone at 11pm to help remedy the problem. All the amenities minus a washer and dryer, which is on the 7th floor.

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate anniversary. Communication with Phyllis was great. The condo is in a quiet area right across from the beach but not far from anything. The view of the beach from the balcony was spot on, very relaxing and calming. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the host was very easy, quick with fast response. Check-in and out instructions were well detailed and on time. The location was ideal ! Superbe view, nice quiet beach away from major tourists area but close to everything we needed within 15 minutes drive. The building and amenities are very well maintained (impressive !!). The parking garage is a little bit narrow, but it is easy to maneuver. There is always plenty of space to park. The condo itself was clean, nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable. All we needed in kitchenware was available and in good condition. The home size appliances are great (and thanks for the ice making fridge !!), we were able to stock and cook for the 10 days we were there, almost like home. We appreciated the furniture on the balcony, especially for the beautiful sunrise every morning ! We won't hesitate to recommend this property (and this host) to anyone going to MB !

Great location, check in was super easy. Very clean and had everything you need. Parking garage is tight if you have a large vehicle, but it's manageable. Phillis is a great host. Perfect for the two of us and we would stay again.

Wonderful, but

Great location. Beautiful views. Easy check in. However, the garage is a horror show. Super narrow entry and exits. On the last turn of of my last exit, going extra slow just to be careful, I heard the awful scraping of the wall on my car door. Lousy last memory after the rest was great.

Unbelievable experience

This is such a beautiful place. Right next to the beach can see it from the room. The pictures of the place are so accurate. communication was so easy. Also I would 100% recommend coming to stay here.

Birthday Beach Week

Our week at Myrtle started off with the Three Dog Night concert at the Alabama Theater! Such a fun way to celebrate a birthday! Later in the week we took several day trips up to North Carolina and along the way we explored some of the nearby beaches, lighthouses and forts. The rest of our stay was spent at the condo and surrounding area. The condo and balcony have a perfect view of the beach. We enjoyed watching and waiting for the sun to come up each day. The condo is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The parking garage can be tricky with a few narrow turns and parking spaces, but after a few times you get the hang of it. Also, it would have been good if there were instructions in the condo telling you where the laundry was located. We spoke with several of the condo owners and everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. Also a few suggestions on local restaurants would be great. Overall this condo met our every need and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect for the price

The place was exactly as described. Everything worked. We loved the keyless entry. The owner was very good at communicating.As many of these places we rent for a very reasonable price, the condo shows ware, the furniture is old, but clean and suitable.The parking garage is very difficult to maneuver through if you have an SUV. We had a ford edge. there is outside parking on the side of the parking garage as long as your vehicle is at least 16ft long. Our car is 15.7 feet. I worked in finance so we rounded it up to 16 feet in our minds and had no problems and did not get towed.There were no condiments or seasonings left from others as I have had in the past from other rentals. so if you plan to do some cooking bring your own or there are several stores close by to purchase them. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Just walk across the street from the condo and you are on the beach.

First time to myrtle beach

Needs furniture cleaned in living room area, it smelled. Kitchen very nice. Matress not very supportive. Very quite we liked that. Heated Pool and hot tub were great used every day as our weather wasn't the best. 2 sunny days all week. Seafoodfffaandresturaunts were dabulous

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We absolutely enjoy a fabulous less crowded beach away from the congestion and ruffians that sometimes gravitate to the center and south of downtown. While all attractions are quickly accessible, the Ocean Forest section has been our go to neighborhood for our lifetimes. We enjoy walking the beach and the interesting neighborhood filled with beautiful homes no two of which are alike. We love to park our car and walk for dinner, groceries etc.
