**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!

Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.

The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.

Great location if you want easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. The indoor pool was a big hit with our family of 3 given the weather was not beach friendly. My only tip would be to measure your car before you go—the property is extremely specific about what is considered “oversized” and therefore allowed in the lot as opposed to the ridiculously tight parking garage. Otherwise we had a blast and would stay here again.

The property itself was smaller than what I expected. The photos made it appear larger. The place wasn't as clean as it could have been. The bath tub was dirty along with the living room table and end tables. Hair was everywhere and the floors were dirty. The cleaners can do better. The parking is terrible and limited. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

It’s a nice place for 1-2 people. It advertises to hold 4 but I think that would be really tight. It’s beautifully decorated. I didn’t notice until I arrived that there is no dining room table, but the bar stools were comfy enough to work on the island for brief periods of time. The little table on the deck is adequate for drinks but hard for two people to sit and eat. The larger settee chair on the deck is fabulous! There were some basic supplies missing but I had brought a few trashbags, tpilet paper and dishwashing detergent with us. The bed is fabulous - extremely comfortable - and the dual bath vanities very nice and helpful. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable. Found everything we needed except a flower vase and a plastic pitcher. Host responsiveness was fabulous, especially when we arrived a little early and had difficulty with the door lock. Property exterior is beautifully landscaped and walk to beach is easy and pleasant. Pool sparking clean. Overall a nice place but didn’t work well for our purpose which was a work-related retreat to crank out hours and hours on laptops. Larger size people would not be comfortable eating meals here, other than sitting on the couch or the settee outside. Seemed a little pricey for the size but it is peak summer time so the price was relevant to others in the area. Nice little place for the right people visiting for fun in the pool and on the beach. Bring your own wagon and chairs.

The condo was exactly like the pictures and the location is great. The view through the large sliding door was nice and the balcony was a cool place to hang out on.Condo had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable.
