**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!

Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.

The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.

Great stay on the beach

The condo was exactly like the pictures and the location is great. The view through the large sliding door was nice and the balcony was a cool place to hang out on.Condo had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The hosts were always quick to respond with and questions during the booking process.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful condo! It’s so easy to check in, beautifully decorated, clean and has everything we need! Not to mention that it’s literally steps away from the beach and comes with beach accessories! Thank you so much Perri and Spencer for having us!

Perfect stay for a small party!

I enjoyed the stay! I loved hearing the sound of the waves! Easy process of getting up to the place. The beach is just a short walk away! I would definitely stay again! Looks exactly as pictured!

Awesome stay

We were grateful to have such amazing hosts. Perri and Spencer were attentive, gracious , kind and responsive to our needs. Their condo was comfortable and cozy along with a very romantic and stunning view. Especially the bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. We highly recommend . Thank you for sharing your home.

Amazing stay!

We had planned a honeymoon for Florida and had to rebook last minute to avoid hurricanes. This Perri and Spencer were quick to accommodate and this condo made a last minute change all worth it. It is so nicely done, organized, cozy, and chic! Spencer was easy to reach for questions. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Perfection!

My family and I stayed here on our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach. The location and condo are perfection! The condo has everything you could need, so close to the beach and the view from the balcony is amazing! Spencer and Perri are excellent hosts and very quick with communication. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great vacation

The stay was fantastic. The wife and I enjoyed our anniversary stay immensely. Exactly as advertised. Quiet, beautiful view, close to the beach, and close to everywhere else. Parking lot a little small for large vehicles, but was still able to get in and out. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing for couples

Such a perfect place to stay, we came down to celebrate our anniversary and wanted somewhere cozy and romantic and that’s what we got! It was so clean and the decor was super cute. We loved laying on the love seat on the balcony and enjoying the view. It was a quiet stay with awesome amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had so much fun, currently planning our next trip back! The hosts were also super helpful and very responsive 10 out of 10!
