It’s time to leave your worries at home and your footprints in the sand. Wait until you sea the breathtaking ocean views from this 7th floor suite at the Palace Resort located 2 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach and 3 miles from the airport.

This is a NON-SMOKING room. Please do not smoke in the room or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in an extra $200 deep cleaning charge.

July rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
7 night rentals get a 10% discount.
Monthly rentals get a 20% discount.

Check Out : 10 A.M.

You will be contacted with the door code one day before check in.

The resort offers a shower and hose to rinse the sand off before you enter the property.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is a 2-3 minute walk. The resort is close to golf courses, restaurants, the boardwalk, and many attractions.

A parking pass & pool bracelets will be left in the room for you to use during your stay. Display the parking pass in your car when you arrive. Please leave the pool bracelets in the room when you check out. Missing bracelets will result in a $10 fee per bracelet.

Great experience

The experience was great and we would definitely try and stay here again. Property manager was quick to answer any questions we had and was also quick to fix any concerns we had.

Such a nice place to stay!

Such a nice place to stay! The room was so cute and cozy! Very soft and comfy bed, loved the balcony, especially the corner suite, real quiet. Our host Bradley was amazing! Great communication! We will definitely be back to stay here next time in town. Hope it will be available

Family getaway

The owner was very communitive, the hotel room was super clean and had everything I need for my kids and I. The hotel itself was great the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thank you again for allowing me and my family to have a great experience, definitely recommend 10/10

Anniversary weekend

The unit itself was very neat and decorated very nicely. The owner really takes pride in their unit. All essentials were on hand. Unfortunately the building where the unit is located, is not up to standard. There is a major issue with the smell of Marijuana in the building as well as out on the balcony. If this could be addressed it would be a nice place to stay

Great Stay!

Location was super convenient to everything we wanted. The room suited our needs perfectly. Great view and easy access to the beach. You don’t have to trek through a huge resort to get to the ocean. Bed was super comfortable. I messaged the host because I couldn’t figure out the hot water on the shower and he messaged back immediately. FYI- the left side says cold but is actually hot lol Overall, great place with a reasonable price. Would stay here again. (Also the bottle of wine and chocolates was such a nice touch!)

College move in

Brad was awesome I was very indecisive about my stay and he was very flexible with me. The unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect for myself and my son. The building is old and the parking garage tight but don’t let that scare you. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you Brad for making college drop off a little less painful for this Mom

My husband and I stayed at this property to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place. Great view, good location on the beach, nice amenities on the property (pools and hot tubs). Thanks for a great get-away!

Great place!

My husband and I stayed for a week and loved every minute of it! The room was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Security was great, and we liked that they checked wristbands while at the pools or hot tub. We would 100% stay again!

Our Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed here last July and loved it so much that we could not wait to stay here again. The condo is exactly as the pictures show, however, when you first walk in, you’ll still be amazed at how wonderful and relaxing it feels. If you are looking for a place that is right on the beach, this is it! If you are on the beach and you realize you need something back in the condo, it’s just a short walk back to retrieve it. Also, once you go to bed, you can hear the waves crashing. What a wonderful way to end each day!

Absolutely Amazing!

Everything was Absolutely Amazing from the location to the property. My husband and I went on a mini vacation and was so happy that we picked this property. Everything was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Walmart market is just a 3 minute walk and super easy to get to For groceries. Will definitely stay again. A+

Cute studio

The studio we stayed at was clean and well stocked. Cute little studio with amazing views of the ocean and down the coast. Resort it was located in was old and needed some love but that's not the owner of this units issue. Brad was awesome to work with and answered questions promptly, even on the weekend or evenings. Beach was beautiful and clean also. We did not make use of any amenities of the resort where this unit is located so we cannot comment on them.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

My daughter and i LOVE Brad's place. Very beachy theme, clean, and comfy. Love the smaller porch furniture, made the balcony seem bigger and the new colors in the room are gorgeous. Also, the wine and candy were a really nice welcome..Thank you so much Brad. We will return.

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay-a few suggestions. Need info on Elevator from park garage to main bldg. No parking pass left in room. Called ph number's on info sheet & they are from previous owners so we had to get security to provide us with a parking pass.
