Gorgeous beaches and amazing ocean views highlight this exquisitely decorated condo. From the spacious master suite with jacuzzi tub to the balcony furnished for lounging as well as breakfast by the sea. This condo has everything needed for the perfect beach vacation with three bedrooms, 2 baths, 1542 square feet, and is on the ninth floor.

Fully appointed kitchen includes wine cooler, pellet ice maker, Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.

Multiple pools, hot tubs, and a sauna are available for those that want to relax. A tennis court and gym are on the property for those who desire a more active time.

Best rental ever

The property was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the essential things you need. You can tell the owners care about making your experience wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed the rental and absolutely plan to book this same room when we come back!

Best condo in orange beach

This condo has everything you need from coffee pods (Dunkin), laundry detergent (tide) CHARMIN toilet paper, name brand shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher tabs even Qtips, hair ties like it has everything you need! The beds was extremely comfortable! My husband loved the heated toilet seat, the jacuzzi tub and tv in the master bathroom.The whole condo was cozy! The kid's loved the pools as there was a few to choose from and we had a assigned covered parking spot out whole stay! Even the security gaurds was nice! Overall i would stay here every year!!! out of the last 5 years this condo has everyone beat!!! They even had beach towels and board games as well!!! I could keep bragging about this condo lol if you want a great stay pick this condo for sure!!!

Amazing Condo in Orange Beach - A Must Stay!!!

We had the most wonderful long weekend (6/19/25-6/23/25) in this Orange Beach condo, Seachase 902W. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I do not say that lightly! The owners were quick to respond to our inquiries and were seamless to work with - from booking to checkout. The condo itself was simply amazing, and the pictures online do not do it justice. It was beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and well-maintained with a very nice decor. In all the times we have stayed in various Perdido/OB/GS condos over the years, we have never encountered a condo so fully stocked as this one!!! Simply next level and beyond our expectations. The king-size bed in the master was super comfy, and the living room sofa and seating were great for watching movies on the big screen TV. The 9th floor height is just right to enjoy those magnificent Gulf water views from the condo. The balcony was equally well appointed to make it very nice to sit and enjoy that morning cup of coffee and dolphin spot. Sunchase's proximity to the water was also very nice, with a surprisingly short distance to walk from the tower to get out to the sand and enjoy the surf. Overall, we had an amazing break and will be hopeful for a repeat booking in Seachase 902W the next time we choose to get back to Orange Beach. Trust us when we say you will not be disappointed whatsoever!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

Beautiful Condo

We had our family of six stay at this beautiful condo for our annual vacation. This was our fifth year at Sea Chase and this condo was absolutely one of our favorites. The extra amenities were fabulous!!

Very nice room!

We always stay at this particular resort bc of all the awesome amenities. This room was very spacious and very clean. The decor was very nice and it was well stocked. The view is beautiful and the couch on the balcony is excellent to just relax. We would definitely rent again!

Summer vacation with the grandkids

I was leery about renting in this location. Been coming to the area for several years. After we arrived. It was a perfect location in the center of everything we usually need and do in the area. The condo was very impressive and lots more room than we’ve been use to. The west building had more of a private area on the beach than the other condos west of us. We were very pleased with the area and condo. Would highly recommend to anyone with 2-6 people.

Our favorite condo!!

This was our second time staying in Seachase 902W and we will chose it every time we travel to Orange Beach! The condo is upscale, has comfortable beds, the softest towels, a “sonic ice” machine, and so many household goods provided (laundry detergent, k-cups, trash bags, etc.). Jeremiah is very responsive and the check in / out process couldn’t be easier. We can’t wait to come back!

One of Our Favorites!

This is the second year in a row we have visited Orange Beach and stayed at this AMAZING condo. We love everything about it from all the amenities, the space to enjoy our time together and quiet time for ourselves when needed, not to mention the convenience/accessibility to the beach. Communication with Jeremiah is great and everyone that works at Seachase is super friendly. If our next family spring break brings us to Orange Beach, this condo will be one we book again. The Nicest Condo I’ve Ever Rented!

I have been going to Orange Beach / Gulf Shores for 30+ years and this is by far the nicest condo I’ve ever rented (and I’ve stayed in other Seachase condos)! There are so many little details in this condo that set it apart. I have never rented the same condo twice, but we will be renting this one again!

Exceptional!

It is obvious that the owner goes above and beyond to be sure you have an enjoyable stay! The beds are very comfortable, linens and towels top-notch; there are extras everywhere! They have provided many kitchen/cooking accessories and items, as well as supplies that many kitchens lack. Plenty of seating for large families or hosting. The view is amazing and the furniture out on the balcony is very inviting. Any issues or questions are handled promptly by the owner. The rate per night was much better for “lesser” quality condos. Would absolutely recommend! Hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful condo in Orange Beach

We enjoyed the “extras” the condo provided, when traveling it’s hard to remember everything and they had us covered from salt and pepper to hygiene products. Really nice condo and great pools.
