The unit was gorgeous with ample space for everyone. All features worked great! The balcony door is a bit heavy though- just be careful. The entire family loved the stay there.

The property was very nice and the weather was beautiful. There were a few things in the condo that need attention. Thr tub and sink in the second bath were slow to drain and caused some standing water the tub. The sliding door going out of thr living room definitely needed some WD40. Very hard to open and close. Light bulbs were requested to go over the stove which are under the microwave. The closet in the second bedroom was off track and hanging in the closet. I know these things seemLike minor things but wanted bring them to you attention Maybe a owner or the agency who rents itShould take a walk through. It is a lovely condo.

Great stay

Great condo.. just need better cleaning crew.the bathrooms floors were sticky, the dinning room seat covers really dirty, kitchen garbage can was really nasty .. Over all great condo.

Loved our stay! Only wish they had a few extras like a pack n play and beach toys or games to make it a little more family friendly.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was ready and beautifully decorated when we reached our destination. We had the most wonderful time! The views from the condo were gorgeous!! The owners were very easy to work with and wanted to make sure we had the perfect stay! We will definitely rent this condo again!!!!💕💕💕

Nice condo- great location!

Condo was nice & location was excellent. I especially enjoyed the outside wrap around deck. It is the perfect location to see the pool & ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo is right on the beach! Walmart directly across the street making errands quick and easy. Thrilled with location. A few housekeeping issues but none that would keep us from returning !

Family Beach Fun

Great vacation had on Orange Beach while staying at Seachase 305C. Beach was excellent with location close to everything. Condo was spacious and perfect size for the six people in our group. Patio view was excellent. If you prefer to cook a few meals then bring cooking supplies, spices, paper products, oil, etc. Grab a few towels also to make it easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Prickett properties was awesome. Our coffee maker broke and they sent us a new one. The bath tub was backing up and they sent two guys to fix. Awesome group.
