** Ce condo récemment rénové est situé sur le golfe du Mexique, juste à l'ouest du pont du col Perdido. Il a les meilleures vues sur le golfe du Mexique! Ce condo comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, une cuisine complète, un coin repas, un coin salon et un balcon avec une vue magnifique. Les grands restaurants, la pêche et le shopping sont très proches. Ceci est une propriété très familiale. Il y a de nombreux équipements sur la propriété.

La chambre principale est carrelée et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains principale attenante avec baignoire / douche.

La 2ème chambre est carrelée et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains attenante avec baignoire et douche combinées.

La cuisine, les salles de bains et les parties communes sont carrelées. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de comptoirs en granit. Le quai est à quelques minutes avec d'excellents restaurants et magasins!

Cette unité est très bien située au 9ème étage à Phoenix VI. Il a une vue magnifique sur la plage pour garder un œil sur la famille et les amis. Ce n'est pas mieux que d'être sur la plage! Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement !!!

We were very pleased with the location, the amenities and the unit. The convenience to where we wanted to be while having a lovely unit with a killer view. Everyone from the checkin staff to the guard shack were pleasant, even the security staff, don’t ask,lol. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice and cozy unit… can tell it was freshly painted… one of the shower curtains was quite moldy but contacted the rental company and it was resolved immediately. Would rent again

Enjoyed the Phoenix VI!! Our unit was not the cleanest upon arrival. The couch had several rips and stains and the kitchen was not well stocked- no cutting board or large pot- lots of coffee pots though. The description said that the unit was newly renovated- I’m not sure it really was. Needless to say- we had a great time and that’s all that matters!

My sister, brother-in-law, my husband and myself have made vacationing together after the spring Talladega race an annual tradition. This year we decided on a condo at the beach and this property was just the ticket!! We will definitely come here again!!

Beautiful Condo and Location

The condo was generally great. Nice fitness room, easy access to the beach. Couch and beds were comfy. Lots of TV stations. A couple negatives...I was really looking forward to the hot tub. There were three. One was luke warm, one was bath warm, and one was hot. They were always full of kids and the jets were more like strong bubbles. The building owner really needs to upgrade the hot tubs. The only issue in the condo was the kitchen supplies. It needs better selection of pots and pans and the utensils were on par with the first set I had as a poor college student. I emailed the owner about a broken knob on the dryer and never heard back. I would go again, but I would want to see some upgrades first.

Wonderful Experience!!

Enjoyed everything about the property and vacation. Only reason I didn’t rate check in process with a 5 ⭐️ is because the key pick up/drop off is a bit out of the way. Other than that, loved everything.

2 Fans needed a remote to control and only one had a working battery. Called and spoke to management company and was told they would send one. Also several light bulbs in lamps not working, they were going to bring that. No one ever came with items. ☹️

Awesome unit, antiquated check in process

The unit and location were awesome, however the owner needs to install a keypad for contactless check in. It was a bit annoying to drive more than 20 minutes to pick up KEYS, then have to stand in line at the check in desk on location for another 30 minutes.

Great property! White Shores Realty has great room for improvement.

We loved the location and the property, however to find out after booking confirmation that we had to go 25 minutes out of the way to pick up our keys at a separate location is terrible customer service. White Shores Realty states absolutely no early check-in prior to 4 pm. Unfortunately that means you can not have access to your Keys prior to 4pm. So after getting key and back tracking the 25min we were not in our condo until we’ll after 5 pm. We arrived at White Shores Realty at 3:15pm on check in day and the office was locked. After calling (Chandler) agent stated he was at the bank and would be returning. We waited an additional 30minutes. To finally get the keys. It appeared he was very reluctant to release the keys until exactly 4pm. I was then informed we would need to return the keys at the same location. Given the fact that we had a 6:55am flight out of Pensacola that meant alotting an additional hour to our departure to return keys. Since that meant departing at 3:45am Chandler said he would have to check with house keeping if we could possibly leave the keys in the Condo. Thankfully he did oblige. We will never book again with third party management especially White Shores Realty.

The condo was amazing. The bed was comfortable. It has everything we needed for our stay. The condo was right on the beach with easy access. I would highly recommend.

Wondering location

We loved staying here. Arrived in time to catch a gorgeous sunset from the balcony. Went to sleep to the sound of the crashing waves. The view was amazing. Only problem was my vacation ended..... would definitely return.

The three biggest things I saw needing changed was there shower tub didn’t have a safety bar getting in and out second on our second day when we sat out on balcony we smell and saw people smoking Third the door stopper at entrance fell apart and I told them about it but it was never fixed even though they said it would be the last thing was having to turn keys in in different place than our building

Very good trip, would book there again

I think this place was a very good, reasonably priced (but not cheap) and I would stay there again. The reviews were pretty accurate. The place was pretty clean, except for an errant t-shirt left under the bed from a prior visitor. I agree with prior reviews that the place is just in need of a little touchups, like fresh paint and newer furniture, but those are relatively nitpicky items for why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Spring Break

Check in a little out the way having to go and get key 10 miles from property. Unit was ready when we arrived. Overall, very nice unit. True to the website description. Great ocean view from balcony. Unit could use a new couch ( stained and very uncomfortable) but not deal breaker by any means. Overall, satisfied with unit. Would stay again.
