I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was nice, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the beach. Waking up and being able to enjoy that view was definitely my favorite part of the stay. I had a great time and would definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach. The Condo was just the right size for us and everything we needed was at our fingertips. We used the hot tub every night and met some amazing people who were also staying at the Bluewater.

It was as listed. Check in was easy and all questions answered quickly. The weather was awful, but nothing can be done about that. Enjoyed the condo and will return.

Great location to stay in the Orange Beach area

This condo was located near everything! Walmart, Publix and Starbucks right down the street! Great places to eat very close by also. We had very fast responses from the management company and everyone working at the building was very nice and friendly. The condo had everything we needed, and we loved the large balcony to hang out on also! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great location with a perfect view

This location in Orange Beach was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We loved spending time on the balcony, with the beautiful view and comfortable seating. Living room and kitchen decor was dated, but just as pictured, and seemed well-maintained. Our only complaint was that the floors needed to be mopped/ deep-cleaned. They appeared clean, but our feet would get black from walking on them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without hesitation.

Blue water 1004

Our stay at Bluewater 1004 was great. Awesome view and location. Very nice inside, and very clean!! Only complaints are the people above us were very noisy and smoked constantly! And the WiFi there was not very good. It kept kicking us off. And the tv in the master bedroom did not work. Other than these small things, I would recommend Bluewater #1004 to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was clean and well kept. The amenities on the property were also well kept and we enjoyed them.

Very Good

The unit was clean, but could really use updating on the decor and appliances, etc. We had plenty of room but not enough towels in the bathrooms for 5 people and they were very poor quality. AC was cool, washer/dryer worked great, beds were comfortable. Balcony had a great view and was very roomy. Pools and hot tub were nice and there were plenty of carts for moving in and out. Great location near grocery stores and shops. The confirmation email sent with check in info gave the wrong address for the property, so there was confusion at first. Booking agent cleared it up and we had no more problems. Would stay here again.

Great stay but noisy neighbors

Great location and beautiful balcony view. Condo needs some updating such as the couch. Neighbors above us were very noisy in what seemed to be scooting chairs/furniture at all hours of the day.

We had a great time during our recent stay. The Condo was as described in the listing - it was in a great location, it was roomy and well stocked. We loved the large balcony and spent A LOT of time out there. The property was very clean upon arrival and communication with the rental company was pretty seamless. Though this was not a big deal for us as it allowed for even more family time - a TV in the twin bedroom (for the kids) would probably be a good addition for some families. Would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

After a lot of research on properties in the area, we chose this one based on location, ocean view, accommodations, amenities, and large spacious balcony. It did not disappoint! The master bedroom and room with twins were large and roomy and there was plenty of space to spread out, especially with the huge balcony which is where we spent most of our time. The property was as clean as expected (I’m a bit of a clean freak and was satisfied), and everything was in good order. The kitchen was WELL stocked. If you need it, rest assured, it’ there! My only hesitation when booking this property were the reviews stating it was dated, but the only thing that felt super dated was the wallpaper in the kitchen area and that was fine when in person- not a deal breaker! One negative - bedroom with Full/Queen bed was extremely musty smelling which spilled out into the kitchen area. This bedroom was unused for us and we were able to keep the door closed. Overall, excellent property and we would stay again!

Bluewater condo orange beach

Don’t get me wrong, the beach is awesome. There were way too many issues in this condo to ever stay for 11 days again

We do understand that there were a few inconveniences that occurred during your stay that you were informed about (i.e. indoor pool and fitness were closed for a couple of days for repairs). However, the only communication from you was, "Everything is fine. Thank you.". As our area was still under going some repairs from last years hurricanes, we are back up and going strong. We would love to have you back for another visit so that you can enjoy an experience to remember.

Great View!

The view was fantastic! Everything was clean and well prepared. The style was a little outdated but it worked for us since we were barely there and enjoying the beach more. The tablet for checking didn’t work but we contacted the landlords for checking in and it was a smooth process to get ahold of them. I highly recommend this great getaway condo.

Girls trip 2020

You get what you see. The room was exactly like the pictures portrayed. The furniture and appliances need upgrades, but other than that the condo was in good condition. Maintenance needs to clean the pool more. Twice when we went there was food in the pool and it wasn’t cleaned on a regular basis. We had no idea how to check in when we arrived. Once we figured out it was the tablet the battery was dead and it had to be charged overnight before we could use it. It also wouldn’t let us check out when we left. Overall the room was good for the price and would stay again.
