This tastefully decorated unit has an upscale contemporary décor with phenomenal tenth-floor gulf front views from a private balcony. The living area has rich dark wood furnishings with West Indies inspiration, a dining table for six, a TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. The kitchen provides upgraded full size appliances, seating at the bar, and everything needed to make cooking very simple. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with elegant contemporary bedding, a TV, a DVD player, and access to the large gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom has a fun sea life and fish theme with bold, bright colors perfect for the children, a tropical bathroom, a TV, and a DVD player. Unit A1002 is sure to please the entire family. Come and make this unit your perfect beach getaway! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect

Perfect condo, very clean, nicely decorated and on the 10th floor which made for the best views. I loved having ocean views in both the living room and the master bedroom. It was truly a dream and John was great to work with and very responsive and polite to any question I had.

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful experience! The condo was fully stocked with all necessities. I do wish we had an extra blanket for the roll out bed. We did bring a throw blanket that was pretty large, so we were able to use our own. But overall, wonderful and beautiful stay for us! Perfect view also!

View was spectacular. Bring your own blankets!

The view was spectacular, there was a dirty towel left in one of the bathrooms. The bathtub in one of the bathrooms wasn’t draining properly. The beds had a very thin sheet to cover up with and there weren’t any extra blankets. If you stay here bring an extra blanket. Very minimal dishes in the kitchen. If you intend to cook most of your meals bring your own stuff.

Hurricane Helene

This was our first stay at Majestic Sea. The rooms were bright and very clean. Decorated nicely. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene was about ready to come ashore and we had to leave early. This was not our first trip to Destin. We love it there. We would definitely stay at Majestic Sea again.

THE GO BLUE GUY

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf and the condo served us well. A few updates would be nice, but everything worked properly and beds were comfortable. Shopping and eating places are too plentiful!

Great view

The view is awesome! Quick walk across the street to the beach! Loved watching the water and dolphins in the morning and the moon at night. The condo was a good size for my husband and I and our three older children. The pool at the resort was a little small.

Love it!

We were a little concerned about our late arrival and we had no issues! Vacasa was wonderful in answering our questions. Condo was clean and beautiful! Master suite was gorgeous and the mattress was perfect. Our only suggestion is cooking utensils and pans. Not really anything much to speak of in that area so bring your own is the only advice I could offer. We will be staying here again!

Getaway with husband

My husband and I booked this condo for our 5 year wedding anniversary and honeymoon we never took. We actually left a day earlier than expected and to our luck, the condo was available for us to check in to. View was great. Did not hear any of the other guests, but not sure how many people were actually staying at the resort after noticing very little cars in the parking garage and pool barely used throughout the week, along with minimal traffic on the beach. House was equipped with most everything you would need. If anything, kitchen has bare minimum cooking equipment and utensils, but we ate out every meal, so that wasn’t an issue. We did not use the front bedroom, but the master bedroom was nice. Bed wasn’t the softest bed, but wasn’t hard as a brick either. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower was awful. Other bathroom was much better. Door handle to the sliding glass door was broken on arrival, we were still able to use the door, but no one came to fix it while we were there and it was an annoyance at times. Overall, nice place. We would recommend and even stay there again with our children if available when we go back.

Best vacation

This was the first time we visited Florida in along time. Our kids are both going to college this fall so this vacation was really needed. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

paid hundreds of dollars on room cleaning of which the condo was not clean. doors do not open .sl...

I had to clean and mop the floor as soon as i arrived Bec floor is very sticky and dirty so i wont slip, my 70 yr old mother almost slipped and fell. The balcony floor was disgustingly dirty along with the moldy bathroom curtains. The door to the veranda from master do not open which is the whole point of renting this beachfront to be able to get to the balcony from master. Not very happy. I need atleast a refund of the cleaning fee and the inconvenience of not getting to the veranda from the master. I paid for a veranda from the master but did not get that. I paid for cleaning fee of which the condo i stayed in was not clean not to mention the near many accidents bec of sticky floor and floor ledge on veranda.
