This family Beach House is a spacious 2BR/2.5 bath in the popular community of Gulf Walk, Miramar Beach. Locals call this part of Destin/Miramar Beach "the transition to a luxury beach life ".
There's quiet, more private and relaxing atmosphere but still close to everything that the famous Scenic Drive street has to offer. The community Beach access is locate in a short 5 min walk.
If wanted to enjoy the real southern beach life we offer our 6 seater gas Golf Cart with additional private Beach Access and parking. It will make a real Memorable and Fun Vacation!

The space
This 1400sqf townhouse was fully remodeled in 2022 in a 30A style concept.
First floor:
The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a glass cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of natural light, offering lovely atmosphere while relaxing on the custom-made furnishings.

Second floor:
Both master bedrooms are upstairs. The first master offers a king bed and an en suite bathtub with single marble top vanity, luxury tile and upgraded fixtures. This master suit has a private balcony with beautiful pool view.
The second master bedroom has a Queen bed and an en suite bath with a huge marble top single vanity and a walking shower. Luxury tiles, custom design. In the hall area guests will find the laundry and the children’s are outfitted with custom designed bunk beds (X-Twin, X-Twin).

The Area
Our Beach House is across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than half a mile (2 min golf cart drive) to Winn Dixie--a good place for groceries. Down the street on the way to the beach you'll find Alvin's Island , one of the biggest beach and souvenirs shops in the area.
The Surf Hut restaurant, across the street, is great for a fried grouper sandwich. You're one mile from a really good outlet shopping center, Silversand outlets mall.
