Newly renovated in 2023 - this tastefully decorated, charming, 980-square-foot condo sits mere steps from the ocean beach and fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Isle of Palms! Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and soak up the sunshine. Access a private fishing pier next door. This condo is in Isle of Palm’s prime location, across from the ocean and near many local restaurants! This condo has a full, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the spacious living room and bedrooms come with 55-inch smart TVs with cable.

This condo is just a few steps from the Seven-Mile Front Beach and only blocks from groceries and other specialty stores. The Isle of Palms Marina is only slightly over two miles east, while downtown Charleston - with its world-class restaurants and rich culture and history - is just 14 miles west. The Isle of Palms County Park is also right across the road, offering a playground, umbrella rentals, grills, and a sand volleyball court.

Location, Location, Location

Gorgeous condo across the street from the beach and next door to the county park. One block from Harris Teeter. Plenty of everything needed for a wonderful stay, extra sheets and blankets, well appointed kitchen with a large dining table. Comfortable furniture for relaxing with family. Balcony overlooking the pool. Beautiful decor. Super clean. A perfect getaway.

Beautiful Condo on IOP

This is a beautiful condo with a great location! Very clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants! There were two issues, the code did not work to enter the unit on the door lock. It was almost an hour to get a hold of someone to help us get into the condo. The air conditioning also did not work. It is hard to get a hold of the property manager.

Baseball Trip

My son had a baseball tournament in Mt Pleasant and stayed in Isle of Palms. Great location because it was close to the baseball fields. Condo was updated and looked just like the pictures. It was also very clean. The beach access and laundry access through the sea cabin next door was a prefect addition. Condo is in walking distance to grocery stores, a lot of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend!

Spring Break

Overall, we were very happy with the condo. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We were very disappointed with the pool not be open as advertised. When I chose a condo for my family and I to stay in, it was very important that a pool was available and it stated that there is pool access from April-September. We arrived on April 14th and the pool was still closed which was extremely disappointing for my two children.

What a great condo and location!

212C is beautifully decorated, clean and located close to the beach and near the town center. We had an issue with the main television while we were there and the Vacasa management replaced it in less than an hour! This was our second stay here and we’ll be back!

A cozy place to stay close to the beach

This unit was really clean and nicely decorated. I loved that there were extra blankets in the closet in case we wanted extra covers or to cover up in the living room while watching TV. There were two types of coffee makers, a traditiona drip machine and a Keurig, so it's easy to have a great cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Condo

LOVED the condo. Everything is brand new and the decor is modern and beachy. The owners did a fabulous job. Right across the street from the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean. Only thought was to have more kitchen towels available. If there were some, we did not find them. Would totally stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We stay in a condo at various vacation locations every year. This was the best condo that we have visited. It was very clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchen, linens, Wifi etc. It had it all. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Isle of Palms or the Charleston area. Interaction with staff was easy, quick and efficient when they were contacted.

Lovely Coastal Vibe and clean

The condo was immaculate when and felt relaxing with the Coastal decor and comfy beds. The Vacasa team was VERY responsive when we contacted them with questions or concerns. ( I would suggest leaving a packet with the parking pass, check out info etc in the condo rather than having to check in at the office). It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, but pack your own beach towels, they are not provided. Also only 1 bath towel/washcloth/ hand towel provided per person. It is expected you will launder yourself, but no washer/dryer in unit. The kitchen is stocked with necessary equipment to prepare a meal and plenty of silverware/ glasses/ plates.

Very pleased with layout of condo. Did have problems with one toilet did convey problem. We had to hand fill tank at times. Sister said getting into tub for shower could of used a hand bar. We came for Navy Nuke Graduation so was very c convenient to USS Yorktown

Beautiful Clean Condo in Perfect Location

This condo is spacious and very clean. It is updated and decorated in cool shades of aqua. The kitchen has nice appliances and is well stocked to cook some meals at home. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels. It is nice that the condo is a short walk to the private beach and pier access, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and a great fish market for fresh shrimp. Check in and out was very easy and the Vacasa staff were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
