Villa Palmira est située dans le quartier résidentiel privé de Montana Roja à Playa Blanca. Il est dans un emplacement idéal pour une promenade facile dans la ville principale de tous les magasins, bars, restaurants et plages.
À l'intérieur de la villa, vous trouverez une superbe cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un four pleine grandeur et une plaque vitrocéramique. La cuisine mène au salon avec télévision avec chaînes UKTV complètes et coin repas.
La villa dispose de 3 chambres. La chambre principale double donne directement sur la belle terrasse ensoleillée. Il y a 2 chambres à lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont des unités de climatisation à pièces. Il y a 2 salles de bain - 1 ensuite avec douche et salle de bain principale avec baignoire et douche.
Dehors, il y a une piscine privée chauffée de 8x4 mètres, une belle terrasse patio isolée et une vue imprenable sur l'océan et sur l'île de Fuerteventura.

Lovely villa and location. Bars and restaurants not to far away. There are plenty of taxi around which are only a few euros if you need one . Nice views and a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

Excellent property. Really spacious inside for all rooms. Outside lovely covered area with table and seating when sun is too much. Great pool (c30ft x 10ft) with plenty of space to sun bath.Great location, quiet and private yet still only 10-12 minute walk to beach with bars and restaurants. Further 15 mins on (via lovely coastal walk) is a larger promenade with more restaurants.We have been to many villas (Spain, Portugal, US) and this really did tick so many boxes.Really enjoyable stay - with a smashing welcome box for when we arrived with all the necessities - thanks so much

Mattresses need replacing they were v uncomfortable. Reseal the bath/shower in master bedroom fluids the bathroom also sort the second shower room floors flooded every time it is used. Locks on nearly all doors and windows need repairing

As a family who have become frequent visitors to PB we found the villa location fine, not perfect but manageable. The villa itself is a good use of space both indoors and out. It was clean and all the basics were available for us to enjoy our stay. Overall another enjoyable stay and we’re booked to return next year in spri.

Excellent stay, warm pool but bring your own pool towels. Would recommend to anyone. On the last day we asked for an extension as we had a late flight and the owners said fine. Welcome pack on arrival of food essentials.

Lovely villa within easy reach of beach and amenities.

Loved it. Good location in a quiet residential area in Play Blanca. It's about 10min walk to closest beach (flamingo) with a few bars and restaurants. A further 10mins gets you to the port and central area with much more choices. Plenty of scooters and taxis if you prefer to save your legs! We enjoyed the pool and patio area. Fab view of the sea and Fuerteventura. The villa was spacious and had all we needed. Would definitely go back if visiting this area of Lanzarote.

Villa was usable. It's clear it needs updating eg shower cubicle needs replacing, also shower over bath did not have good pressure and double bed had a very uncomfortable mattress - we ended up adding a double duvet on top of the mattress for comfort. Mismatching crockery and glasses in kitchen with not always 6 of everything. Also noted only 5 sun loungers but as there were only two of us that was fine. Towels are tired and need updating but did like the couple of beach towels left for our use.On the plus side, the pool was delightful, a real treat and also enjoyed the veranda and quiet location, although it was not on the beach and had a side sea view.For the high end price we paid, the overall finish of the property was a little disappointing.

Quiet place to stay

There are two doors on the drive and we were trying to access the first one. Turned out it was the second door. The villa is a little tired looking. Kitchen utensils a bit sparse and old. We had to buy a sharp knife and cloths. Towels weren’t changed after 4 / 5 days. Only beds changed. It was cold at night and there’s no heaters except the air con ones in the bedrooms. House felt damp at times. Good location and within walking distance to shops and food. Bus service not far from the villa which was very handy. Outside pool area was lovely and well kept

Fabulous stay at Villa Palmira, Playa Flamingo

This was a lovely 3 bed villa comprising one large bed and two twins, with ample wardrobe space and hangers. The kitchen was very well equipped and a surprise welcome pack! The villa and pool were clean with plenty of eating and relaxing areas. There are five sunbeds with two large sunshades. Once we'd grasped the hang of the tv, it was nice to have a selection of digi channels to watch late at night. There were plenty of plugs for all the kids gadgets too. The location was residential but also really close to the 'Aqualava' water park. The residential area was quiet but you could hear the water park noise on and off in the background - this wasn't a problem though. There is a short walking distance to reach the shops, restaurants and lovely beach, but we found having a hire car helpful to explore further. Roads are smooth and surprisingly quiet. All parking appears to be free in this area too! You'll need a car (for the dusty/bumpy drive) to the special Papagayo beach. Also, you can hire scooter (download the 'Superpedestrian' app) using the app with pay as you go. Pick them up around the island and leave in a suitable place. Brilliant idea. We didn't have one bad restaurant meal - service and food all excellent. We had an absolutely brilliant visit to Lanzarote!

Lovely holiday

The villa is as advertised and more. On arrival it was lovely and clean and a very useful welcome pack left. The owner reacted quickly to queries and ensured that any issues were sorted as quickly as possible. Any question was answered immediately which meant you could totally relax knowing someone was at hand if requured. The villa is set in a residential area which suited us it was quiet and rlaxing with views of the sea and you could walk to tge shops (about 3Km there and back). I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Refurbishment needed

The bungalow villa is in a residential area ideally located for the Aqua Park which is at the end of the street. The photos are not a good representation of the property as they were taken many years ago. The villa is in need of a refurbishment, especially the bathrooms, one shower is not really useable as the shower head won't stay in the fitting. The electric 'tripped' on many occasions, this was reported but no one came to look at. Could be a nice villa if some money was spent on fixtures fittings, furniture and equipment to bring it up to standard.

I am sorry you were not happy with the villa, other guests have not mentioned the points you have raised, but we can easily fix the shower now we know about it.
