Cette villa est idéalement situé avec un accès privé à la promenade du front de mer. La piscine chauffée est entourée de terrasses orientées au sud aménagées, offrant un espace privé pour se détendre, dîner et profiter du soleil. A l'intérieur, la propriété est spacieux et meublé à un niveau élevé. La villa dispose d'un toit de verre atrium central salon / salle à manger ainsi que d'une salle principale de salon et salle à manger séparée. La cuisine entièrement équipée est bien équipée et il ya une buanderie avec une machine à laver. Les trois chambres et le salon sont climatisés. La chambre principale est en-suite avec une douche à l'italienne.

Great villa

We had a lovely stay here, the location is absolutely perfect. The pool area and roof terrace were exceptional, and as some one else said, the pics don't do it justice. Comfy beds and lovely and clean, would definitely stay here again!

This a beautiful, fully -equipped , wonderfully situated, comfortable villa , complete with fantastic pool. It provided a great base for our family holiday. Julie was extremely helpful throughout the process I would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely villa great location

We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Era. The villa was clean and spacious and the pool was wonderful - really warm which given the wind in February was really appreciated as we all really enjoyed swimming every day. Julie was really helpful with anything we needed. We’d love to come back and definitely recommend.

The villa is in a great location in Playa Blanca. Spacious and well equipped. The host was initially very responsive. We had a few days with very bad weather during our stay which resulted in leaks in the dining and utility area of the villa. I let the host know straight away and was expecting a response, but unfortunately did not receive any regarding this.

Fabulous Villa. Perfect Holiday!

My partner and I had one week in this incredible villa. Everything was perfect. The villa, ease of access, privacy and peace of the area, location to bars and restaurants (hire bikes from Roy’s and you can cruise to other local towns for more choice of bars etc), fabulous pool, lovely area to explore with running, friendly people, the weather, beach and sea… everything!

Wonderful!!

Perfect property. Spotless, had everything we needed. The pool is fabulous and we spent most of our holiday there. Air con was needed as was really hot and even though you have to pay as you go a few euros last a long time. Really safe complex easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would book again thanks for a lovely holiday!

Excellent villa! Would love to come back

Can’t fault anything! This villa has everything- including the best villa kitchen I’ve ever had! It was such a refreshing change to have plentiful amounts of quality cookware - there was even a slow cooker. The beds are comfy, the showers are fab, the pool is huge - everything you look for in a villa is there. The location is also great - just a short walk and you’re through the secure gate onto the coastal promenade with a 5 minute walk to great local restaurants. We definitely want to come back! Thank you for letting us stay

Girls week

Booked winter sun as we were unable to go away in the summer due to me having cancer treatment. We called thisca celebration break at kicking cancer. We could not have picked a better villa. The villa was spacious, had everything we could need from a pencil to a bed settee. The location was amazing, right on the coast with a gate giving easy but secure access communication from Julie was excellent. Thankyou Julie for our wonderful week

Great location! Comfortable, spacious accommodation! All we needed for a great family holiday!

As other reviews have said, the photos and information about this property do not do it justice. We arrived to a wonderfully clean villa with lots of space inside and outside which was well equipped for all our needs (the pool towels were a wonderful addition). It's in a good location for the local shops, restaurants and the Playa Flamingo beach (a short walk along the boardwalk). We had a few issues with the power whilst there (not really the owners "fault" ) but the support team based there were so helpful and prompt in responding to our calls coming out day and evening. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again soon! Thank you!

Super villa in good location

We had a lovely time at Villa Era. Photos on website don’t do it justice! Everything was very clean - towels changed twice and bedding once during stay. Kitchen etc was well kitted out. Pool was amazing - very large and always warm. Kids loved relaxing in lounge with massive choice of movies and programmes. There are lots of restaurants within a 20 minute walk and a great beach (Flamingo) 10 minute walk away - lovely sand and backed by nice cafes. We had a car for 10 of the 14 days. This was great for touring island and good for supermarket trips (although taxis were plentiful and cheap). Best restaurants - Sebastyans (Greek, 5 mins walk), Casa Carlos (Spanish, marina), and in the main port area - Casa Pedro, La Chalanita and Brisa Marina (Spanish) and L’Artisa (Italian). Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa in amazing location

From booking to departure the process with the owner and local management team was professional, efficient and first class service. The villa was spotless on arrival and the small touches of water, milk provided was greatly appreciated when arriving late afternoon. The pool is beautiful, clean and we were happy having paid for it to be heated that it was a lovely temperature all week. The mid week change of towels was unexpected but a great additional service. Brilliant restaurants close by (5 minutes walk/drive). Thoroughly recommend Luna and Argentinian restaurants - superb food, view and service. Overall, fantastic villa and location. Our first time in Lanzarote. Definitely going to rebook this villa for our next stay

Tolle Lage an der Promenade

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Promenade entfernt. Zum nächsten Sandstrand läuft man 10-15 min. Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir alles fein, nur in den Kleinigkeiten hat es manchmal gehakt. Dafür fanden wir dann den Preis doch zu hoch. Zum Beispiel gab es keine Sonnenschirme für Draußen, die Klimaanlage muss mit Kleingeld gefüttert werden, die Batterien der Fernbedienungen waren leer und obwohl ich zweimal darum gebeten habe, vorgewarnt zu werden, kamen mehrfach unangemeldet Service-Menschen, um zu putzen (was an sich super toll ist, dass man nicht alles alleine machen muss!!!). Die Schlüssel für die beiden Tore bekommt man vorher mit der Post und muss sie nach dem Aufenthalt auch wieder mit der Post nach UK schicken. Fand ich überraschend und auch etwas nervig ehrlich gesagt. Also alles an sich totale Kleinigkeiten - wegen des hohen Mietpreises hatte ich aber einen reibungsloseren Ablauf erwartet. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür Julie!

Lovely Family Villa

We had a lovely week and really enjoyed our holiday in Playa Blanca. The Villa was spacious and served all our needs with a family of 6. Located in a quiet gated complex and only a short walk to the seafront. Pool was heated to a nice temperature and we would happily return for another visit.

meets all expectations

everything was very good and did meet our expectations prior to arrival excellent location, ok security as well excellent pool - very warm (we had 26°C) - BIG THANKS! beds were comfy enough kitchen utils available nice "atrium" in the center of the house, we spend our evenings there on the round table 6 solid sunbeds, outdoor chairs aswell on the pool nice canopied outdoor seating area with big table good grill, we barbecued twice - BIG THANKS! comfortable car parking in front of the garange not so great: prior unannounced housecleaning / bedroom making by service personal. im NOT a big fan of that tbh, there was no do not disturb signal on the door aswell - FIX IT! and inform the residents someone will access the house and change towels/makeup bedrooms. pool electronics are on the loud side - but can be shut off (fuse) your not supposed to access the rooftop, while this theoretically could be possible since theres a stairway... a minor problem, walk up to the montana roja instead, its much better anyway=) well i guess thats it, we had a very pleasant stay, i recommend this house if you can afford it.

Lovely Location but house in need of minor upgrade

Arrived at villa at nighttime and check in process was longwinded and we had to communicate a few times with prop manager to get certain info. When we entered the house we found a musty smell in some of the bedrooms and found the place to be quite dated (The pictures on the ad are blurry and pixilated and these could also do with an update) In saying this we did hear that this is common with these rentals but it would also be nice to have even an air freshener in 1/2 of the rooms. So initially disappointed but then went for a quick walk and literally 2mins down the road you have access to an amazing boardwalk which we used everyday (in our opinion being so close to this is the key selling point for this house) The next day we explored the house properly and found it to have everything you need with a great pool (loads of inflatable toys and snorkels/balls etc) - Also has plenty of towels and the double bed was surprisingly cosy. All in all it’s a lovely house in an amazing peaceful location (December visit) but is in need of a small investment to update and could also do with a few small touches to make the place more welcoming

Fantastic Villa and Pool

This is a fantastic villa which is very well thought out. It's extremely clean and well looked after. The kitchen is very well equipped and loved the inside glass roofed eating area. It's in a very quite location in a gated community and is about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanc and a 10 minute walk from some excellent restaurants. The villa is very spacious and has lots of outside space around the lovely big heated pool with modern sun loungers. We had an excellent holiday here and would to return again in the future.

Beautiful Villa with an Excellent Location

The villa was exactly as advertised with all amenities as well as books and games etc. The rooms are spacious and airy, the location is excellent being both quiet and close to the sea front. There was lots of space for everyone with lovely inside and outside areas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Lovely Villa in peaceful location

We've had a lovely week at this villa. The villa is extremely well looked after and is spotlessly clean. It's in a private gated area which makes you feel very secure. It is literally a few steps to the coastal path where you can walk 5-10 mins either way to restaurants. We hope to return next year.

Superb villa & pool, great locstion

The owners were extremely easy to contact & very helpful indded. The villa exceeded our expectations - it was absolutely fantastic, as was the pool. The gated compound was secure & quiet, and we used the seaside promenade to some great restaurants about a 5-10 minute walk either side of the villa. A wonderful family holiday & we'd most definitely return to this villa! Thanks.
