'Casa Amatris' a une 8m x 4m privĂ© (26 'x 13') solaire et chauffĂ©e Ă©lectriquement piscine. Peut-ĂȘtre unique de cette maison est la couverture de la sĂ©curitĂ© qui a Ă©tĂ© fait sur mesure pour la piscine. Si vous avez des enfants dans votre parti (ou les non nageurs) la couverture est trĂšs facilement et rapidement la plaie en place et fonctionne sur les pistes le long du bord supĂ©rieur de la piscine. La couverture de supporter le poids d'un adulte tombant sur lui, couvertures classiques de la piscine ne sont pas pris en charge dans aucune façon. Avec une totale tranquillitĂ© d'esprit que vos enfants sont en sĂ©curitĂ© Ă  jouer autour de la piscine et le jardin, vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre au soleil. Il ya beaucoup d'espace de patio pour les longues fournies et une vĂ©randa ombragĂ©e avec table et chaises pour manger tout en regardant le grand jardin avec une grande variĂ©tĂ© de plantes de trĂšs belles et exotiques. We had a lovely stay at the Villa. It was extremely comfortable with good bedding and linen.The pool area was private and very welcome and we ate all meals outside on the terrace. The local area is lovely and just a short work gets you to the beach, the shops and restaurants. Communication with Richard the owner was excellent and we would like to think him for a lovely stay.

This is a beautiful villa in a perfect location close to beach and amenities. Pool and terrace area are perfect for relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive, would highly recommend.

Perfect villa for a relaxing break

Villa is perfectly situated for ease of walking to beach, water park, shops and restaurants. Local bus service also simple to use. Villa had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay - the pool was very well used! Our host was also very helpful when we needed to check a couple of things. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Well located villa with pool in Playa Blanca

This comfortable villa with lovely pool and garden is in an excellent location only 11 minutes walk from Flamingo Beach and restaurants. It is also only 10 minutes walk from the well surfaced promenade that leads to a lighthouse in one direction and to the town centre of Playa Blanca + harbour in the other. Certainly worth revisiting.

Lovely Villa in great location

Lovely villa in great location about 10 mins walk to Flamingo beach and 15 to the main area, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. We loved the pool and the beautiful garden and a huge plus having UK tv with kids. Owner (Richard) was very responsive and helped alot when we had queries. Tip: there are 3 restaurants (Greek, Steak and Italian) closeby that were the best we ate in.

A fun filled happy holiday!

The villa is situated in a perfect location, walking distance to beautiful beach, shops and restaurants and the Waterpark literally at end of the road. Lovely heated pool with bbq. All necessary amenities but does need a little upgrading as some furnishing is looking a little old and dated. Fantastic communication from host and taxi service brilliant! Would definitely use this villa again!

Fabulous

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa & hopefully won’t be our last. Great communication from the owner before our trip & during to make sure everything was ok. Location perfect, large villa with pool. No need for a car. Cheap taxi 30 minutes from airport to villa. 5 minute walk to water-park from villa & another 5 minutes after that to Flamingo Beach & restaurants. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa

First time saying in a villa and it was a fantastic experience. The pool area is excellent and the two undercover seating area’s allowed us to take a break from the sun. The WiFi was fast and reliable. TV and DVD player with a selection of films was great. A cupboard full of books was also welcomed as I didn’t bring any and read three during our stay. When we first arrived the fridge had a few drinks which was very welcomed due to us arriving after the supermarket had shut for the day. 100% recommend this villa and would definitely go again when we next go to Playa Blanca.

Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa Playa Blanca

My family and I stayed at the villa from two weeks in August 2023. The villa is fantastic in every way The pool is a great size and the shaded patio area added a welcome break from the mid-day sun. The villa also has a good WIFI speed and the TV has an extensive Sky package which we don't even have at home. The location within Playa Blanca is excellent and it's a 15 minute walk to the main bars and restaurant's. I would give Richard and his Villa a 10/10 and when we return to Lanzarote we will not bother looking elsewhere I'll simply rebook with him.

Beautiful Villa with amazing pool!

We had THE most amazing week at Casa Amatris! All the home from home comforts you need when self catering, but the highlight has to be the heated pool and surrounding sun terrace that was a real sun trap.Perfect location with a flat 6 minute walk to Flamingo beach where there’s a good selection of restaurants and bars, and only 2 minutes to Aqualand waterpark if you need to entertain active children for the day on water slides. The welcome pack of drinks and snacks was very thoughtful and the host Richard checked-in with us shortly after our arrival to make sure we were comfortable.The downside: the mosquitoes were in abundance this year and even though the Villa has plug-in repellents in all rooms, you definitely need to apply mosi repellent cream or spray.Secondly (and not an issue for us so we didn’t report to the host to resolve) but the TV wouldn’t scan the terrestrial English channels BUT did offer Netflix and Amazon Prime.We highly recommend this Villa and will definitely book again.

Easter 2022

This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 3 children aged 10, 12 & 15. Restaurants & beautiful beach about a 15 minute walk away. Supermarket slightly longer - so we found car hire useful. Villa had large airy rooms, plenty of storage, very private & quiet with a larger than average heated pool. The area round the pool contained a lovely assortment of plants, it was quite beautiful & had the sun most of the day. We found the owner and the management company extremely helpful. The English TV & DVDs were useful for the cloudy days. The villa was a little tired in places but overall I felt it was very good value for money. I would recommend & we may well revisit at some point.

Nous avons trouvé toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un agréable séjour. La villa est trÚs agréable, la piscine est bien entretenue en cours de séjour. Le propriétaire est trÚs avenant pour aménager notre arrivée et nous conseiller pour les visites et la restauration aux alentours.

We stayed at this villa in Playa Blanca for 10 nights and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five (children aged 11 to 17). The villa was spacious, spotless on arrival, and had everything we needed. The pool was ideal and well maintained. The cleaners came halfway through our stay and did an excellent job. Richard, the host, was brilliant with communication both before and during our stay, making everything easy and stress free. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Playa Flamingo, our favourite beach! We’ll definitely look to stay here again!

The outside space and pool area are excellent, much larger pool than I expected, with comfortable 'sofa' and table/chairs. Pool man, gardener and cleaners all came during our time at the villa, so everything clean and well looked after. Easy walk to Flamengo beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. There were a couple of hick ups at the beginning of our holiday but these were promptly sorted out (even though it was a Sunday). We would definitely book again.

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful villa with our adult children and their partner's. From the moment we booked, Richard, the host, was outstanding with his communication. Having never stayed in a villa before, I had plenty of questions, and he was always on hand to help – even checking in with us when we arrived, which was a lovely touch.The villa itself was spotless and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The welcome hamper was such a thoughtful and appreciated bonus! The kitchen had all the essentials, and the BBQ was fantastic – we used it a coupe of times during our stay.The beds were very comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot, and the whole villa felt like a real home-from-home. The pool was beautifully maintained, and the garden was immaculate. We especially loved the fact that it was south-facing, giving us sunshine all day, with the added benefit of a shaded veranda area for when we needed a break from the sun.The location was ideal – just a 10-minute stroll to Flamingo Beach and a lovely walk into Playa Blanca along the seafront. Quiet, peaceful, and perfectly positioned.We truly couldn’t have asked for more. This villa ticked every box, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend – you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic villa for the perfect family holiday

Casa Amatris is a fantastic villa which is situated in a prime location in Playa Blanca. It was only a short walk to Playa Flamingo beach, shops and restaurants. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and the villa exceeded all of our requirements for our family. The villa is very clean and welcoming with lots of space. The pool was brilliant and kept at a lovely temperature, our young kids (ages 7 & 4) loved every second playing in it. The villa included all the amenities required to aid the prefect stay and communication with the host was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Amatris and would book again next time we visit Playa Blanca.

Fantastisch

Wat een fijn huis met heerlijk zwembad, inclusief floaties. Goede bedden, 2 badkamers (hoewel wat verouderd prima functionerend), prima keuken (kastjes zouden iets grondiger mogen worden schoongemaakt), en fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het strand, winkels enz we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
