The villa is located at 5 minutes away by car , from heart town centre. Taxis stop is only 4 minutes walking as well bus stop .

The villa is bright and spacious, with large main bedrooms with bathrooms in suite. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with large built wardrobes and with 3 full bathrooms, makes of this villas a perfect option for big families travelling together and all type of guess.

The villa offer ,2 large terraces once facing south east and the other facing west, which is enclosed with large aluminium windows and great grill area with built BBQ, perfect for dining and at same time to be protect for the wind. Large- private sunbathing areas , large swimming pool , ( max depth 1.5) . DVD and good Internet.

What an absolutely stunning villa Medina is. We’ve stayed in lots of villas around this area and this was our absolute favourite and Barbara is just fantastic! Can’t wait to book again

We have just returned home from a 2 week fantastic stay at Villa Medina. The villa was spacious and accomadated my family of 5, comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with all that you needed if you wanted to eat in. It is located within walking distance (5 minutes) of well stocked supermarkets and a few restaurants (we tried 4!) Loved staying at the villa and will happily return.

What can I say about Villa Medina that hasn’t already been said in other reviews. There were just the 2 of us so we rattled around not using many of the rooms. Ample space if there were more of you with the 3 spotless shower rooms and pool toilet. Talking of the pool, we’ve never experienced a heated pool before and I must admit I’m hooked now, it was so amazing like getting into a warm bath. The open Kitchen living space was huge and the all channel TV was useful for the F1 and the odd film but did make use of the front garden area with choice of dining or chilling. Overall we will be back Villa Medina. Thank you so much

Fantastic Villa in an excellent location

Just home from a fantastic 12 days in Casa Medina. Great contact with owner who met us on arrival and provided a nice welcome pack. Rooms were spacious with air conditioning & wardrobe space. Kitchen was well equipped. Garden area at front of Villa & pool area exactly as shows in pictures. The walls separating the Villas were excellent and kept the lanzarote winds at bay. Local shops and bars in Faro Park area are only a 2 minute walk from the Villa where you can also catch the number 30 bus into Playa Blanca for only 1 euro 40 per person. We had the best holiday and will definitely be returning to this Villa sometime in the future. Thanks for a fantastic holiday Barbara.

Lots of outdoor space which was nice for a little one. Would be five star if all bedrooms had a/c and adult beds were wider.

Enjoyable two weeks

We had a lovely two weeks at this property Barbara the host was very good , the outside space was great only problem was the pool had to keep getting topped up each day ,the inside needs some TLC the usual sofas ,beds not the comfiest and some of the appliances were dated, but we were happy with what we paid and Barbara’s service

Great Villa

Wonderful stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable villa. Enjoyed time in the heated pool and made use of the indoor bbq. Quiet street although only a short walk to the restaurants and supermarkets in Faro park. We would not hesitate to book again. Excellent communication from the host.

Another Amazing Stay

Our second time here as a family of 4. We just love it. The Villa has everything you need - a large pool, close to the shops, some lovely restaurants nearby and access to the seafront walk into the centre of the resort (about 50 mins). The walk has amazing views/sunsets so highly recommended. Barbara was once again lovely to deal with and a great efficient host.

Beautiful villa in lovely area. We went as a family to celebrate my 60th birthday and Barbara had set out balloons, cake, chocolates and wine. Such a lovely thing to do. Villa was spotless and pool area great for 7 of us. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again

Excellent villa stay

Normally stay close to this area but in older style villa and were wary about going to another villa in a slightly different area however everything about this one was excellent. Loved the outdoor space at the front, very private with both sun and shade. Only concern I have is whether I could cope in the Summer months without air conditioning in all rooms, at this time of year (March) the fans in the rooms were just right and the main bedroom did have air conditioning.

Great Villa Great Location

We had a great stay over Easter. The pool was perfect, slightly on the cool side but once you’re in it’s fine. Sun loungers comfy, love the outdoor space with the front garden. Beds comfy, rooms spacious & clean. Kitchen and living area all open plan and has everything you need. Location is great, close to shops, beach 10 minute walk and great little bar / restaurant there with amazing mojitos. Safe and quiet neighbour. Would stop again. Thanks

Family holiday

We had a lovely week at the villa. The area was lovely and quiet with a short walk to restaurants and shops. The main area with the main and restaurants was a short drive away. We were allowed to check in the villa which was great and a big help with a little one. Only issue with the listing is it says it has air con but this was only in 1 room which wasn't clear and was disappointing. Pool area was great and with heated pool too was an added bonus. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend

We stayed in villa medina in October and had a lovely relaxing week.

We stayed here in October, the villa was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weeks stray. The weather was beautiful and we stayed at the villa most of the week during the day. Beds were. Onfortable and lovely bathrooms. Lovely pool although would have been nice if there had been a comfortable seating areA and more subtle lighting to sit out at night although there is a lovely seating area out on the front porch where we sat most nights. Overall a lovely villa and would Definitely reccomend. Thankyou

Perfect

The perfect villa for a week of relaxation with the family. The villa had everything you could possibly need, was clean and tidy, very private and secure - just what all the other reviews advised. Our flight was delayed and Barbara still met us at the villa and made sure we had her contact information and was available if we needed her at any time. Local shops and restaurants are 5mins away and we felt safe letting our teenage boys walk alone sometimes. A beautiful walk along the sea front to other shops and restaurants - about 40mins and can get a taxi back for €6. Just prefect!

The villa has a fantastic outside area which is great but we really missed air-conditioning

We were met at the villa by the owner and agent..both were so lovely! We had a fantastic time and whenever we had a query about something both Pam and Barbara were always happy to help. The only 2 things I would change would be that the kitchen could do with being a bit bigger and the villa definitely needs air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Other than this I would highly recommend both villas to anyone as we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning next year! Thanks so much to Pam and Barbara

Wonderful week in this lovely Villa

This is a lovely villa and Pam and Barbara were wonderful hostesses. We needed an extra sun bed and it arrived early the next day. The villa has 3 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and was spotlessly clean. A well equipped kitchen, maybe some plastic glasses for around the pool would be helpful but we managed. Restaurants and Supermarket only 10 mins walk or if you want to go down the sea front, just about 20 mins. An easy walk. Highly recommend the Greek Restaurant and Argentinian Steak house on the sea front, but everywhere we went was lovely. Also easy to catch bus to the Marina and centre of Playa Blanca goes every 30 mins from just up the road which we used a few times. Thanks for a great week in lovely Lanzarote

Just Amazing

This property was perfect and had everything and I mean everything you have in your own home. The checkin was easy and Barbara met us with the key, the tv wasn’t working properly and we were not worried but with in 10 mins a man was there to sort it out. The pool and gardens are fantastic and struggled to get the kids out of it. The bus stop to the centre of Playa Blanca is less than 5 mins away and a taxi back from town is approx €5. A quiet location and that’s suited as a family but there are shops and bars again 5 mins away at Faro Park. We will most definitely re visit here again some time in the future, we fell in love with the property and it’s the property people like me dream of owning😁😁😁

Not as expected.

This villa is clean and functional. There was no WiFi available upstairs and occasionally none at all. The swimming pool was so cold that it was not really usable. The beds and sofas were not comfortable. We had a disappointing stay at this villa which made our holiday feel a bit flat.
