Les Greenslake Cottages sont situés dans un endroit calme et niché dans le West Beach Village, et à proximité de nombreux sites et activités les plus précieux de Kiawah. Ils offrent un plan d'étage plus grand que les autres villas de 2 chambres sur l'île, et sont de plain-pied, donc il n'y a pas d'unités au-dessus ou en dessous.

Loved it!

We’ve rented all over the island and this is one of the best locations. We loved pool access and distance to beach. Cottage was lovely and as described. We will definitely be back.

Well-stocked, quiet, and clean!

Our week long stay June 1st-8th was tremendous! The cottage was very pretty, and situated adjacent to one of the golf courses on a quiet court. We were overjoyed with how well-stocked things were, right down to basics like spices (even coffee!). Having two choices for the coffee maker was really great. There was ample paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, facial soap, and other toiletries. We made most of our meals in, had lobster rolls a couple of times. The Harris Teeter at Freshfields Village had a nice selection of everything (the crabcakes were great). It's even close enough to bike to. Look for various events during the week there. There was a decent farmer's market, and even live music one evening. Do go get a drink and appetizer at Rider Cup Bar. We cycled all over the island - a must, even though our butts were sore, haha We realized by about mid-week that we had been walking to the wrong "public" beach entrance - the county one. Instead, it is closer to follow the path directly around the pool, and find the beach entrance near where it lets out. We spotted a few dolphins at low tide at Captain Sam's Inlet, but you have to watch for low tide to get this lucky. We worked 2 of the 500-piece puzzles during our stay, and watched a small gator on the pond just off the rear porch. Communication with property management (Susie) was always courteous and efficient.

Furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Easy bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Kiawah Cottage

We loved our stay at the cottage! Beautiful kitchen & family room! We had bikes & a sunshade delivered to our driveway from Alligator bikes. Susie was quick to respond to email to suggest a golf course for my boys. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great place

This was a very nice place to stay at and is accurately represented in the description. It is a single level, end unit, which is nice. Never heard any sound from the adjacent unit. The lagoon/pond in the back is nice and tranquil and it is a relatively short walk to the beach, about 7 to 9 minutes. Kiawah in general is a fantastic place to stay. The host was extremely responsive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was lovely, charming, well-equipped, in a great location and almost perfect, except for the bugs! I informed the property manager, so hopefully they will get that taken care of.

Kiawah vacay

We enjoyed this cottage. It had everything we needed and convenient walk to the beach. Very comfortable space with plenty of room. It had been 10+ years since our last trip to Kiawah. This was the nicest place we have stayed so far.

Great Stay!

We loved everything about this house! It was comfortable, a good location and had everything we needed. My husband had to work part of the time, and enjoyed sitting at the table in the sunroom looking out into the beautiful backyard.

Great house!

We had a great vacation at this house on Kiawah! The house was clean and very easy to live in. We particularly appreciated that there were sharp kitchen knives, which can be rare in vacation houses. Susie was very accessible and answered the questions we had quickly. The house is a quick (5-7 minute) walk/bike ride to the beach and on the beach ~1 mile walk to see the dolphins at low tide. Wonderful experience overall!

Time at the Beach

We enjoyed our time at the Greenslake Cottage. It was very roomy and comfortable. It was also nice not to have to walk up so many steps. Thank you for a lovely experience.

VACATION REVIEW

The villa was very nice but if anything could be changed it would be to have more comfortable seating in the family room. I was surprised that there were only 5 hangers in the closets.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the Greenslake cottage! The location is perfect! It is an easy walk to the pool and beach. We found it helpful to have a wagon to carry our beach gear. Our 4 and 8 year old boys found the walk fun and easy. There are bike trails at the end of the cul de sac that bring you right to the beach and straw market - good ice cream!. We loved going to the outdoor concerts at fresh fields and Night Heron Park. The condo itself is beautiful- newly renovated. The kitchen is very well stocked. We cooked or grilled on the back porch almost every night. Susie was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Beautiful cottage, perfect location!

We had a great time and loved the size and location of the cottage. It was the perfect size and I love the open floor plan. The renovations are beautiful and tastefully done, with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and well stocked. The sunroom in the back was my favorite place to sit for meals and wind down after a day of bike riding and the beach. The cottage is located near the front of the island which was the perfect distance to ride to Night Heron Park and Fresh Fields with our 6 year-old son, with just a short walk to the beach. The owner was very prompt and helpful and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this property.

Thanksgiving stay

Had a wonderful time at the cottage. Susie could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thanksgiving day our kitchen sink clogged and she sent someone right over to fix the problem and save the meal. Kitchen well equipped had no issue. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic vacation!!

This cottage was beautiful! Very modern and updated kitchen with all the necessities, wonderful bedroom for our teenagers, close to the beach & pool and the view of the lagoon from my favorite spot--I called it the "reading nook"--was lovely! Susie was very helpful before our stay with information on things to do and see. Kiawah is a gorgeous island! Don't miss eating at Chez Fish! OUTSTANDING!

Great Place

Great place for the two of us to stay on Kiawah Island. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Very comfortable, well decorated and maintained villa with everything we needed. It was quiet and within easy walking distance to the golf course and beach. Food choices at Freshfields Village were a plus, especially the to go buffet at Harris Teeter.

In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
