Greenslake Cottage avec piscine communautaire, cuisine et bains rénovés!

Cottage sur Kiawah, ce cottage privé de Greenslake, situé au dernier étage, a rénové les salles de bains et la cuisine et une grande baie vitrée donnant sur le golf!

Idéalement situé dans le West Beach Village de Kiawah, le chalet est à quelques pas (et encore plus court en vélo) de la magnifique plage de Kiawah et de la piscine communautaire. Dix miles de sable vierge et de surf feront de ces vacances un souvenir inoubliable.

La piscine communautaire est à mi-chemin entre notre chalet et la plage. Parfait pour un plongeon frais après une journée de plaisir à la plage.

Vous pouvez regarder les golfeurs jouer sur le premier trou du parcours de golf de Cougar Point depuis notre véranda, notre salon ou notre terrasse ensoleillée. L'île de Kiawah est le rêve d'un golfeur devenu réalité - cinq parcours de championnat, dont le célèbre Ocean Course, qui accueille les championnats PGA 2012 et 2021.

Le stationnement juste en face de ce chalet à un étage facilite le chargement et le déchargement. Il y a un nouveau lit king dans la chambre principale et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres pour votre plaisir. Wifi gratuit.

Beach Vacation with family

Lovely week at Kiawah! Enjoyed convenience to beach, Pickleball sessions and easy bike trail rides to everything! Our VRBO was perfect. Our host provided everything we needed to make this a relaxing and hassle free experience. Couldn’t ask for more!

Golf course cottage

The cottage was a perfect getaway in Kiawah Island. Location was convenient and close to everything. Owner/manager was very responsive with our questions and needs. The check-in and check- out process was very quick and easy. Would love to stay here again.

Nice, quite get away

This was our first stay in the Charleston area in about twenty years. I must say that Kiawah Island is amazing and the cottage was great. Very nice house with all the amenities needed for a week of rest and relaxation. I highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic place to...

What a fantastic place to stay! As soon as you walk in the door, it's like a home away from home. This unit is well stocked from DVDs, to books, to the kitchen supplies. It's not far from the beach yet it's in a nice quiet cul-de- sac. We're looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Kiawah!

Wonderful first time visit to Kiawah

Our family booked a last minute trip to Kiawah and were lucky enough to find this great cottage available. It was perfect for our family of 3 and so fun that we could bring our dog along. The cottage was spotless, very comfortable and just as described online. Susie was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. This was our first trip to Kiawah but we hope to return soon and would definitely stay in one of Susie’s properties again. It was in a great location on the golf course with an easy walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen was very well equipped but we chose to try some of the great restaurants in the resort. We had the best trip and stay in this lovely cottage.

Great Family Spot, and perfect for pets

Our family of four with our small dog had a wonderful week. The layout of the villa optimizes space. Nice porch for hanging out and dinners. Excellent and spacious kitchen. Recommend renting bikes for trips to and from beach. If golf is in the mix, incredible access to Cougar Point.

Perfect cottage

The cottage was perfect for our group of 4. The location and amenities like the grill, made for a wonderful trip. The communication with Susie ahead of time was great to get ready for the PGA Championship. She had all the tips & tricks for us. What a wonderful respite!...

What a wonderful respite! I stayed here July 4th and enjoyed the fireworks, the really clean and charming cottage and everything about Kiawah. I could look out to the golf course, take long walks and get to and from Charleston to see my daughter. Susie is a dream to work with; very positive and helpful.

Ideal summer rental with our two young daughters

We have stayed at Susie's cottage three times now. We have two small girls and this cottage is completely ideal for a family with small children. The open layout is key along with the proximity to the beach and the pool. The cottage is clean, updated and comfortable. Susie was reachable and helpful. We have really enjoyed our time in Kiawah staying at this cottage.

Beautiful cottage, great location.

My husband and I spent two weeks here, along with our two dogs and had a wonderful time. The cottage is spacious and very nicely decorated. I loved the large window in the kitchen that overlooked the golf course. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Having the gate pass ahead of time was a great idea! We have stayed on this court three times now and just love it's closeness to the beach. Thanks Susie for a much needed winter escape!

Family get-away

This lovely, updated home sits along the 1st hole of Cougar Point golf course. We found the setting peaceful and the home very well furnished/equipped. The Covid cleaning protocols left the home smelling super clean! The owners sent an email greeting but we didn't have a reason to contact further as the entire stay went smoothly -zero issues! I'd definitely rent this property again!

Our family has enjoyed many beach trips over the last few years. However, our stay in your cottage this week has to rank as the best! We thoroughly enjoyed all there was to do on Kiawah Island. We especially enjoyed the numerous nightly activities at Night Heron Park. Riding around the island on bikes was a family favorite. The beach was the highlight of course! As Expected, Five Stars

The rental was as expected. Located on Kiawah with the Cougar golf course as the backyard. Five minute walk to the beach. Clean. Pet friendly. Screen in porch with outdoor barbecue grill. Comfortable den and new kitchen. We enjoyed ourselves and the communication with property manager was excellent.

Kick’s it in Kiawah!

Nice property, roomy, doggo friendly, but the best part was Susie! Susie I would without one single doubt have you represent my property, you are FABULOUS, and your artwork isn’t bad either! (Nice paintings) Thank you for all of your prompt responses and help with all things Kiawah and the house. If you’ve never been to Kiawah you need to go, bike paths for days and safe and well thought out how to construct them, dark park fun family activities, pools to play in, and the BEACH! I had never experienced such beautiful, clean, beaches, and you can ride bikes right on the beach so fun! No one on top of anyone! We got to see Loggerhead Turtles born and make it to the ocean, just amazing!

Good location, home could use some updating

The home is centrally located and walkable to the beach, about 10 minutes and the community pool. Having never stayed on a golf course before I will say that there is a lot of mowing, blowing early in the morning. Susie was very responsive when we had a question and we were appreciative of her promptness. T he home was spacious feeling for the 4 of us but honestly, there wasn't enough seating for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is 1 small couch that is very saggy and 1 small chair that is also quite saggy. There is a screened in porch with a small patio table that only seats 2? I'm not sure about these furniture choices but I ended up going to sit in the bed because the living room furniture was so uncomfortable. The home is also in need of a good deep clean, there were cobwebs, even a vine growing inside, and dead bugs just not up to the level of cleanliness that is expected.

Great Spring Break!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay on Kiawah in this comfortable Greenslake Cottage! Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. Contacted Susie with a couple questions and she was super responsive. It rained a bit and we had plenty of room to relax, read, watch TV, do a puzzle, etc. Kitchen has all you need. Our rented bikes made most locations a short ride away, like the beach, Mingo Point kayak output, and Night Heron Park. We didn’t end up bringing our dog but loved the availability of that option. You wouldn’t know it was pet friendly by how tidy everything is. Overall, a great stay. We hope to get back to Kiawah and would make this Greenslake cottage our home base again!

In 2007, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager License and began helping fellow owners rent their properties through Kiawah By Owner. My business has grown over the years through owner referrals and guest recommendations. We currently manage more than 20 properties on Kiawah. Many families have been renting with us from the beginning, and their now-grown children have continued the tradition.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love our cottage on Kiawah. We enjoy having both a screened porch and a deck overlooking Cougar Point golf course. We love to ride our bikes along the beach down to Captain Sam's Inlet to watch the dolphins around sunset.

Cottage on Kiawah is one of the largest 2 bedroom units on Kiawah Island. We have renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. We added a large picture window in the kitchen overlooking the golf course. There is wifi if you need to stay connected during your vacation.
