Chez Anne & Simon holiday rental with pool in South Brittany for up to 12 people

“Chez Anne & Simon” is a spacious traditional holiday home set in a 1.4 acre garden with a private heated salt water pool.
It is located in the town of Missillac, South Brittany.
It is ideal for family and friends looking to share a holiday or even a group of golf amateurs looking to make the most of nearby renowned Golf de La Bretesche 18 hole course at an affordable cost. We can welcome up to 12 people.

Throughout the renovation project, we have aimed to offer home from home comfort and maximise the space available to make our holiday home the perfect holiday destination for the entire family. It’s up to you whether you decide to venture out and about as there is lots to see and do in the area or simply relax and enjoy your surroundings.
The town of Missillac has a few bars & restaurants at walking distance.
Its best landmark by far is Chateau de La Bretesche with its Spa, Golf Course, Michelin-starred restaurant “Le Montaigu” and Brasserie “Le Club”.

We hope that at the end of their stay, our guests will go home thinking the place had a bit of “je ne sais quoi”.

The kitchen is a lovely room with its large window overlooking the garden.
Our new fitted kitchen has modern appliances including one traditional oven, another oven/microwave combi-oven, induction hob, dish-washer and integrated fridge.
More appliances such as washing-machine, tumble-dryer, additional dish-washer & fridge-freezer are available in the adjacent utility room.

Our large solid oak dining table can fit 14 people and the kitchen table 6.

2 downstairs bedrooms:
For those with limited mobility or who would simply rather stay on the ground floor, we have 2 separate bedrooms downstairs: 1 double and 1 kids’ room with bunk beds separated by a Jack & Jill shower room.
A baby cot can also be made available on request.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1. Master suite with king size bed, dressing room & en-suite, as well as a balcony overlooking our private garden.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds with fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3. King size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 4. Twin beds with double chest of drawers.
Finally, if you dare climbing to the mezzanine floor above the playroom, you will find the Teenage Den with its 3 single beds! Needless to say parents are not particularly welcome up there…

Jack & Jill shower room plus separate cloakroom.
Upstairs:
Family bathroom with double sink, shower over bath & toilet.

Having children ourselves, we know how crucial it is to keep the little ones entertained and so we know that the Games room is one of the key rooms in the house!
We have a pool table, PS3, Xbox One, DVDs and a good selection of toys, games & books!

Garden and outside:

Our secured garden is made of 3 areas:
• The large front garden is staggered with pine trees which makes the house very private.
The drive is big enough to accommodate a few cars.
• Directly behind the property, the patio and pool area are South-facing and the lawned area is probably the size of half a football or rugby pitch, so plenty of space to run around.
The little ones will also enjoy the climbing frame.
• Last but not least, the wooded area situated at the back is the perfect adventure playground for your little explorers. Will they find any creatures living in the wooden playhouse? We also have our own 35m zip line which provides hours of fun!

The grown-ups can also enjoy a bit of peace & quiet in the hammock.

We have a couple of grown-up bikes and smaller bikes to save you bringing your own, they are great to go to the bakery to get those fresh croissants & pains au chocolat in the morning!
