Il s'agit d'un voilier de 2 chambres au deuxième étage. Il y a un roi dans le maître, une reine dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a un accès au patio depuis le salon. C'est l'endroit parfait. À distance de marche de la piscine Sailmaker. Cette unité est directement sur l'océan et offre une vue imprenable.

Cette unité subit actuellement une rénovation, tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, meubles et planchers. De nouvelles photos seront bientôt disponibles.

Perfect for Couples

Amelia Sunrise was the perfect sized condo for me, my husband and our little Pomeranian Mix. The unit was very clean, comfortable and the ocean views were incredible. Other than the guest bathroom and the upstairs ceilings, the unit has been updated and decorated in neutral colors. Seeing the sunrise every morning was delightful. Mock's Amelia Vacations website was easy to navigate and making reservations was a breeze. They communicated everything necessary to make check-in and check-out seamless.

Our son & his family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the beach. The condo was a big contributor. Great location - great being on the water. The condo was as advertised - no surprises are always good ! We would definitely rent this unit in the future.

Excellent stay

We have stayed at various Sailmaker properties in the past, but this one is FULLY renovated and makes you feel at home from the moment you step in. Communication with Mock's Amelia Vacation was fast, efficient and super friendly. The views are stunning, the kitchen has everything your heart desires. Overall we loved our stay and are looking forward to next time.

Great Unit!

The unit was perfect! Great location, layout and amenities. It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We were able to cook most meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The rental company is very responsive to questions as well.

This was our second time at this condo. Could not have been more pleased. Great condo, great weather and again Mark was excellent when assistance was needed. When we got there the housekeeper was still working and had been there for some time. She apologized for us having to wait. She said the previous renters had 2 big shedding dogs and it took her some time to get the hair off the furniture and floors. When she was finished we could not find one hair and the placed smelled very clean. She did an excellent job and we appreciated her doing such a great job. Please convey our appreciation.

Sailmaker 208

A perfect location, and overall, a charming condo on the beach. Everything was clean and in good shape. The kitchen could use a few more towels and tools - sharp knives, ladle, newer glassware and more coffee mugs. I was disappointed to discover that, despite a hefty per night fee, I had to provide my own toilet paper, paper towels - I thought house keeping would have provided those as needed. The pool was not kept clean on a daily basis, which was disappointing. The grounds were lovely and the boardwalk to the beach was perfect.

Great getaway

My husband and I reserved the condo for a November stay. It was quiet and peaceful in the complex. The view was beautiful, and it was a short walk to the beach. Very close to a grocery store, a few local restaurants and golf courses. The unit was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Check in and out were extremely easy. We will definitely consider this property again when we return to Amelia Island.

Great Georgia/Florida weekend stay!

The location and the ocean views could not be beat! I have traveled to Amelia Island for several Georgia/Florida games and this was my favorite condo location wise. I loved that the rental was pet friendly allowing us to travel with our fur-babies. We loved the ocean theme and updated master bathroom. We did have issues with the internet service and wound up using our hotspots the majority of the visit, but spent the majority of our trip on the beach- this might have been an issue for guests spending more time in the unit. Our only other issue was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. Other than these minor issues everything was perfect and we would 100% recommend this property!

LOVE IT!

Great property! Beautifully updated and comfortable. This was my third stay at Sailmaker and even when complex is fully booked it never feels crowded. Very convenient to restaurants and shops!

The unit was excellent. The owners have everything you will need including beach chairs. The king bed was very comfortable. Can't beat the view. As for service that gets 5 plus stars. Mark was excellent and very responsive. Answered whenever you called. We had to call him on one ice maker issue and he was willing to get us ice from Harris Teeter. The ice maker started to work. Very pleasant person and very helpful. We will be back for sure. Thank You

Fantastic Accomodations

Everything we needed (and some things we didn’t even know we would need) were provided! From sand toys to packing tape, this unit has it and more. Great location too! We were going to rebook for the same week next year but it was already taken before we left for home! But rest assured we will be back!

Wonderful Stay !

The condo was just as pictured ! Super cute & very comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes, pots, pans & utensils. Close to beach & pool. So pet friendly which was appreciated. The development was quiet & serene. Was a wonderful vacation & highly recommend this unit !!!

Fun Times for All

We had a great time! Super comfortable couch and beds! Wildlife everywhere! The kids loved watching the turtles lay eggs - tortoise and the giant sea turtle! Lots of shark teeth to find on the beach and a wonderful place for our dog!

Great condo

This was a great place for vacation. The kitchen was clean and had some staples like salt, pepper and coffee filters. This is in addition to paper towels. We did buy a sponge because there was no dish rag, just a dish towel. There were a few things that prevented a 5 star rating. 1 there were no curtains in the master bedroom and the sun woke us up every morning even with the blinds closed. 2 there were no rugs at all, not at the entrance, not in the living room, no where, and the floors seemed to need better cleaning. We kept having to wash our feet. That was the only place we were barefoot. Lastly, there wasn't a lot of privacy as the condos were steadily full and if the living room curtains were open, anyone in the common area could see in the unit. The bed and pillows were great. The decor was great, and all appliances worked great.

Family gathering at last!

208 is a great condo with everything needed & beautiful ocean views! The grandkids were able to play on the “huge yard” and ride their bikes around the family & dog friendly condos. They went back & forth to our condo. The pool and beach are both easy walks! We will be back!
