This stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom oceanfront condo is in the exclusive Summer Beach Resort, near the world-renowned Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island. Come relax and enjoy the oceanfront ambiance of this beautiful condo.

Within this exclusive community, you'll find a fabulous pool. Whether you're lounging by the pool or ocean, strolling through the Historic District of Fernandina Beach, or dining at the island's fine restaurants, Sailmaker on Amelia Island is the perfect vacation destination.

This 2-bedroom Sailmaker condo is on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room has a queen and a twin bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy patio access from the living room, and the stunning ocean views. The Sailmaker pool is just a short walk away.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles, with one guaranteed spot (except during holidays and special events).

Favorite Place

Great location on Amelia Island, beautiful view of the ocean from the unit. Unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Grounds were well kept. Pet friendly.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Great 4 day getaway for 2 adults and a dog. Communication from booking to check out was great. Ambiance upon arrival is inviting with music, nice decor, and nicely scented rooms. The view of the ocean is great. Nice sized bedrooms and baths with very comfortable beds. Smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen stocked with all the dishes needed. Condo is close to historic downtown with shopping and restaurants. The grounds of the condo were well maintained and pretty. Our dog experienced her first beach visit and loved it. We hope to visit this lovely condo and beach again.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at 609 sailmaker. The place was clean, comfortable, and just the right amount space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We brought our dog, and there is plenty of grassy areas, plus a nice walking path. Of course he loved the beach as much as we did !! Definitely will be staying here again in the near future !!

Very beautiful pet friendly rental

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It had all the essentials we needed for a wonderful vacation. Loved the location. Very clean and a beautiful view! Only thing that could have been better is if the weather had cooperated:(

Sailmaker 609

This is the 3rd year we have rented from Mocks, the people that we have dealt with are outstanding, that is Elisa and Mark always so helpful and responsive. The unit was very nice, great location and everything you need. We commented last year about how clean the condo was and how it smelled great upon arrival. This year was the same. If you want a clean, great condo with great views this is a very nice condo and we have experienced this in other condos Mocks has.

Week of 7/31 Stay

Location is great. Wonderful view and beach. Comfortable furnishings. King bed is very comfortable. Lock has a mind of it's own. New towels desperately needed. And you have an iceberg in the freezer. Keeps the ice bucket from being in place. But we enjoyed it.

Needs updating for the price

There's a lot of water damage that hasn't been repaired in the ceiling downstairs and wall in master. We paid double what we paid for this complex last year and this unit was not worth what we paid. It's not updated and very basic appliances. Many units are less money with many more upgrades. Very tiny tvs and we had several rainy days where a nice tv would've been appreciated. We've stayed at this complex for many years and have never been so disappointed in a unit.

We actually enjoyed this Condo once you get use to all the stairs. I appreciate you putting additional towel in the Condo there are never enough. Lots of STAIRS in and out of the Condo. I did get my steps in.

Felt like home

We will stay here again. I love a condo that is actually owned by people vs a corporation. It is the little things like games, salt & pepper, an abundance of plates/silverware, blankets, etc that you often don't have in a corporate rental. View is phenomenal. Location just down from the Ritz. Quiet part of the beach. Only drawback was the tv wasn't a smart tv so we couldn't connect to our streaming services. But you are at the beach so I guess the point of it is to actually get outside! Rental company (Mock's) was great too. Very responsive.

New flooring is beautiful and is much better than carpet. Assigned parking was pleasant. Unit 609 is particularly easy to get in and out. Keyless entry and remote gate entry are a plus. Open closet with beach items was a help. Unit could use waste baskets in the upstairs baths. The toaster is shot. I bring my own Keutig single shot K cup iunit, a in unit one would be a plus. A old Joe D'Magio coffee maker is a little dated. Had a good time.

We really like Sailmaker and have stayed in several units. This was one of our favorites! Clean, updated and great location! Enjoyed spending time on the balcony with the view. We love bringing our dogs with us and would love to come back!

EXCELLENT from beginning to end!

Mock Vacations was super-easy to deal with. The app they use is fantastic and so helpful. The overall communication was stellar. We had a minor maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately! :) This condo was perfect, well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms and fixtures were up-to-date. We couldn't have been happier! Worry free, relaxing vacation! We will definitely rent through Mock again in the future.

A light is out in the upstairs guest bath. The guest bath tub does not drain. We had to virtually close all of the air vents downstairs to force air upstairs but of course we ran the fans upstairs constantly. Our overall stay was good. Thank you.

Vacation 609 Sailmaker

I I have stayed at different units at Sailmaker for years. This unit was excellent and really exceeded my expectations. The only negative I have is the spare bedroom bed was not very comfortable otherwise unit was great. Glad we could bring our dog as well. This is the first time I went through Mocks and found them helpful and they responded to me quickly. I can't wait to return!

View and area is a 10

We all enjoyed staying in a condo with ocean view and easy beach access. The space was well arranged and more than adequate for four adults. We did find a few things lacking, and I hope you will appreciate the following comments as I know your guests have high expectations for the price. Kitchen: The pans were poor and we purchased two frying pans to use for our stay. Laundry: The washer does not have any cold water, so great care must be taken when washing anything other than sheets and towels. Vacuum: Perhaps, your daily or weekly guests would not use it, but we were there for a month and like a clean place. The vacuum was full of dog hair, and we spend considerable pulling it out and cleaning the tubes as well in order to get enough suction to use the machine. Queen room: The fitted sheet is too small and comes off the mattress every night. It was not made for a mattress that is as deep as the one on the bed. The beds were quite comfortable, however. Balcony: There were only two chairs, and they were not very comfortable. Living/Dining room: The couches were not very comfortable. The dining room chairs were too low for the table.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our week stay at 609 Sailmaker. The condo has a nice balcony view of the ocean,the master bedroom bed is very comfortable and A/C kept the unit cool. We got good reception on the TV to watch baseball in the evenings. Mock's Amelia Vacation was quick to respond to my inquires and I would rent this condo again.
