Ce magnifique condo inspirera vos journées à Tahoe avec sa vue imprenable sur le lac Tahoe et les montagnes environnantes. Profitez de votre temps à la montagne en cuisinant dans la cuisine ou en mangeant dans l'un des nombreux restaurants de la région de Stateline, où vous trouverez également des casinos et de nombreux magasins. Le pont juste à l'entrée de la maison est parfait pour se détendre et profiter du soleil de South Lake Tahoe. Vous aurez accès à une piscine et un bain à remous communs. Installez-vous confortablement dans le salon avec le foyer au gaz et jouez à l'un des nombreux jeux de société proposés ou regardez un film sur le téléviseur grand écran. Le soir, regardez les étoiles avec le télescope.

Looks great but needs A LOT of work

Lots of improvements needed. For the price, did not feel it met vacationers needs. No A/C, place needs new carpet, couch, appliances. Mold found in shower, dried hair in bathroom, lack of communication. Only great thing that was the selling point was the view. But looks aren't everything.

Views are great but...

View was great but...1. No Air Conditioning2. No outdoor area to dine3. Rug feels oily and old4. Mold found on shower door5. Couch sinks in and has no support6. Microwave- must click cancel before it opens7. Refrigerator has a note of malfunctions on door8. Towels spread lint everywhere, even after washing9. Kitchen is too small for 2 adults to cook in10. Got bloody noses from the excess dust and mold in condoNeeds complete remodeling and upgrades. We are modest people and don't expect bells and whistles, however, this home made us sick from lack of care. All decor and home care feels from the 1970s. Not worth the money.

good location

Good location, very clean, lots of warm blankets, provided sleds and beach chairs, full kitchen. Provided Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice fireplace. The view from the living room is incredible. The owners had a book that listed hikes in Tahoe. It was a great book and we found it very helpful.

We loved the view!! This was first time ever staying in a vrbo. It was a good experience. Only problem, the ceiling started leaking on our last night. Otherwise, great place!!

Beautiful view!

The was perfect! Didn’t realize we were on top of the mountain but that was ok. Our weather was perfect as well! I would recommend providing Kleenex’s, better toilet paper and that lock for the front door can be very complicated even sober🤣🤣. P.s. the ceiling fan needs a desperate cleaning.

Wonderful Experience

Terrific view. Peaceful and serene. Everything we needed was available plus some. Great communication with owner and Quick response from vacasa for pool access code.unit is on 3rd floor, 2 flights of stairs from parking lot but well worth it, and we're in our late 60s and 70s. If we can make it, so can you. Will return for sure!

Great Views but not a Great Stay

Despite pool and hot tub listed in property description, we were told they were not available. The couch was so worn it was uncomfortable to sit on. There are great lake views but only from the public access balcony that accesses other condos and there are no outdoor chairs. The kitchen is so small no more than one person can fit at a time.

Good price could use some upgrades

We stayed at this unit due to the price. The unit is spacious but could use some needed upgrades. The couch is very old and not comfortable, the beds were satisfactory, the bathrooms were basic nothing special, the kitchen had everything needed. The airflow was poor with no A/C. It would help if the front door had a screen to allow for better airflow. The unit was quiet, pretty view of the lake, the grounds were well maintained and had plenty of parking. If your not fussy and fine with and older outdated unit this would be ideal. The best part of it was the communication and customer service from Vacasa.

Great location, lots of space, low on amenities

Great location for accessing Stagecoach lift and very spacious. It is up two flights of stairs but we knew that. Parking was close. I am very familiar with ST rentals at this price range in ski resorts and I was surprised by how low grade the simple items were. E.g., terribly cheap TP, paper towels, and no kleenex anywhere. The pillows were cheap foam, the towels non-absorbent, and the sheets scratchy. Some very simple upgrading in those small touches would go a long way.

Much needed getaway

Heavenly view 4 U is a wonderful place to get away and relax. The views are breathtaking off the porch. We loved watching the sun rise and set from there. At night you can sit and see the stars. We loved that we could sit on the couch and look out of the windows and see Lake Tahoe. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, more than enough towels, blankets and fun games. Note parking was tricky and the condo was on the third floor so you have to climb stairs. But so worth the amazing views and peace and quiet. If we come back we will be staying here again. Great for families. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view- property manager needs to improve

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, great updates to the downstairs- chairs to pull on the porch would be nice. Didn’t want to pull the kitchen chairs outside. Thanks for the beach chairs to borrow! We had multiple issues with the cleanliness of the unit, water leak in the roof (left a water bowl collecting nasty water in the living room), kitchen sink clogged and disposal didn’t work, hair in shower and unit needed to be dusted- we contacted the management company on arrival and every day after and we’re told “the local team will contact you.” We never heard from anyone. On day 3 the key lock reset and the code didn’t work. It took 25 minutes for anyone at the PM company to answer a text or phone call. The team on the phone was nice and understanding but nothing changed. Nothing was fixed. Still haven’t heard from anyone regarding the issues.

View is great, but...

The view is truly terrific and the gas fireplace is awesome (looks like real wood burning), but the walls must not have much insulation between units because we could hear our neighbors in unit K every day of our 5 day stay. Seemed like they only had a party one or two nights (and not past 10pm), but they must've had at least 10 people jammed in there. We could also smell the food they cooked. Our neighbors clearly didn't smoke inside the condo (against the rules) but they stood out on our balcony while they smoked. It kinda ruins the view if your neighbors do that. The kitchen was very nice and served our purposes well. All appliances worked fine. Bathrooms were nice and clean and worked well for our group of 5. Note to housekeeping: don't refill the liquid hand soap dispenser with water; it's really not that expensive to use liquid soft soap. The mattress on the top floor master could use replacing because two people roll toward the middle- hope you like who you are sleeping with. LOL. The sectional sofa downstairs should also be replaced because no matter where you sit, when you sit down, you sit in a hole. Maybe the mattress and sofa are at the end of their depreciation timelines and will be replaced next season? Otherwise, it's a great location with a great view near Stagecoach lift.

Great stay

Property was on the top floor which was amazing! Very clean and kept up. Easy access to the property. A little difficult to find right off but arrived in a snow storm. Easy once snow melted down. Absolutely great stay! Will definitely be back! And highly recommend!
