L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et en plein Sud avec un grand balcon et avec une belle vue sur la mer.
L'immeuble est située en hauteur et ne convient pas a ceux qui ont des difficultées a marcher.
Dans la chambre il ya un grand lit (140×200 cm) et une armoir.
Dans le séjour il ya canapé lit (140x200cm) pour 2 personnes, table basse et une petite table à manger pour 3 p.
Salle de bain avec douche et toilette.
Petite cuisine avec plaque, micro onde et four.
Machine à laver disponible sur le balcon.

Extraordinaire! L'appartement, la vue, et surtout Malen!

In English: this is our 2nd stay in the apartment. It is simply perfect. We can walk everywhere, enjoy the views, the Promenade, and the restaurants. The markets are exceptional as is the vieux Nice. Malin is the best host we have ever had in a decade of booking apartments around the world and in the USA. Brava! We can't wait to come back next spring!

Good location in Nice.

We travelled without a car and the bus service was very easy to use. We enjoyed the location with many good restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Everything We Wanted

The apt is a good value for the money and in a perfect location for us as a bit quieter neighborhood yet close enough to the crowds on Nice. The property manager was awesome and super accommodating in meeting us for check-in. We would highly recommend this place and staying there again if we found ourselves back in Nice.

After an exhausting trip overseas, check-in was a breeze. The view is amazing. We lived on the terrace when we weren’t enjoying the sites in and around Nice. Well appointed apartment with bountiful linens. Very clean. We will be back!

An amazing few days in Nice!

Malin was a kind and organised host who made everything about our stay so east. She was very accommodating of our early check out as well! The view from the apartment is spectacular and it is just a short walk away from the old town and the port which is a great location.

Just Perfect!

The location was simply perfect! Quiet yet short walk to everything from shops, restaurants, the Harbor and Promenade! Malin was cordial, exceptional, professional, responsive and accommodating! The apartment had everything we needed, but being so close to the sea with spectacular views, it does show unavoidable but minor signs of "sea ware!"

My sister and I came for a visit to Nice for a few days. Malin was very kind and helpful during the checkin process. She was readily available for questions. The apartment was very pretty with great views of the port. Would definitely stay for a second time.

View says it all. Aperitifs on the terrace!

Beautiful conveniently located within easy walking distance to tram. Two nearby markets, restaurant on site and antique flea market on Monday all around the yacht harbor. Pleasant, helpful and efficient owners. Old Town Nice is a treasure. We would love to return!

Every thing you need

The apartment is perfect for a couple or an individual. Enjoy your coffee watching the Corsican ferry head out. Quiet neighborhood, but 15 minute walk to the old town.

Nice stay in Nice

The apartment in really clean and nice, with a beautiful view on the port. The check in went smoothly without problem and Malin is amazing! She gave us all the info we needed. The position is a little bit far from promenade des anglais so you have to walk about 15/20 Min on feet to reach it. We loved our stay!

Stayed 4 nights in this wonderful apartment. Excellent on all levels. Represented accurately in listing. Fun to watch the harbor traffic. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants and bus and tram. Beautiful!

Nice time in Nice

Property as described with a great view of part of the port. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance, especially Nuances on Rue Cassini. Lovely welcome from Malin who showed us how everything worked and explained the tram and bus system. Look out for the free little boat that takes you across the harbour. All in all it was a good base for exploring Nice and we would certainly come back here.

Relaxing, Restful, Wonderful outlook

Very nice apartment in a great location. Catches the sun all day. We enjoyed the close view of the boat club marina with the small sailing dinghies as well as larger boats and ferries leaving the harbour. Great washing machine! Close to public transport. A great hostess who was very keen to ensure we had a wonderful holiday.

Sea view from the balcony directly at the port

The apartment is clean and well equipped. From the balcony with electric awning and electric window blind you have a wonderful sea view and the harbor entrance. The bus stop is right in front of the house or you can walk around the harbor straight into the old town. 2 supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants are nearby. The landlords are very nice and friendly. The handover takes place with a lot of information. We could only recommend a stay and we would like to come back.

Port-side in Nice

Apartment is in great location, with balcony facing the ocean and the entrance to the Port. This apartment was a gift to my niece for college graduation and we stayed in a separate apartment close by. She and her boyfriend LOVED this place. Small, but very clean and comfortable, and we were able to have dinner for 4 one night out on the balcony. Great kitchen, everything you could ask for, plus lots of linens and towels and beach towels. Washing machine was a big plus for them after several days in the area beaches - Coco beach being their favorite and a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Malin was super friendly and made the whole process super easy and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this property! Thank you Malin!

LOVELY APARTMENT

This is a lovely small apartment. In August in Nice it is quite hot but a lovely sea breeze seemed sufficient. Fans helped. There is no A/C. The lift was a necessity for me. The location is lovely but not close to the center of Nice (Place Massena or the Promenade des Anglais). The apartment complex has very kind and friendly neighbors. The private balcony is great for sunbathing and the view, spectacular. The hosts Malin and partner, Jonas, were extremely kind, helpful and accomdating. I was quite sad to find it necessary to leave early. The pebbled beaches and steep hills of Nice, which I adore, made it confining and difficult to leave the apartment, which I did not intend, due to recent injuries (not completely healed) to my spine and hip. Hopefully one day I will return. My very appreciative gratitude are owed to Malin and Jonas who are truly fine people.

All we wanted and more!

The apartment is like shown. 3 chairs at table on the balcony. 2 relaxing chairs also on the balcony. The washing machine is on the balcony with room to put up the large drying rack. The balcony has an awning that can be used to reduce the sun. Inside there is a bedroom with a large closet and a dresser, a door to the balcony, and a comfortable bed. The living room has a tv, a table that folds out from the wall (which we put down for more room), 2 chairs, a folding chair, and a couch. The point is, there are plenty of seating options both inside and out! The couch unfolds to become a bed. The (couch) bed and bedding were comfortable-no painful metal bar. The bathroom has a shower and we had all the hot water we wanted. The kitchen has a coffee maker, tea pot, microwave, fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven and a sink. We had all we needed for cooking and eating meals. From this apartment it was 0.5k walk to swim beaches (bring footwear for large rock beaches). It is less than that distance to grocery store, bakery, Le Tour Nice bus stop, and 607 bus stop to get to Monaco. The apartment is also a short walk to the main beach area and the trams. The hosts were very nice. They treated us to a bottle of wine and sparkling water. Most importantly, the communication leading up to our stay was quick and clear. I’d definitely want to stay there again if in Nice.
