L’APPARTEMENT ET SES ÉQUIPEMENTS

Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans cet appartement de 50 m², situé au 3ᵉ étage sans ascenseur d’un immeuble de cinq étages. Traversant, lumineux et doté d’un design contemporain sobre et chaleureux, il a été entièrement rénové en 2019. Idéal pour accueillir 2 à 4 personnes, cet espace fonctionnel et bien équipé est également climatisé.

Le salon spacieux d’environ 28 m² s’ouvre sur un balcon ensoleillé côté rue Bonaparte, au sud. Vous apprécierez d’y prendre votre petit-déjeuner, aux premières loges de cette rue animée et pittoresque.
L'appartement dispose de deux couchages: Un grand canapé-lit confortable de qualité dans le living, mesurant 160 × 200 cm et un grand lit (140X200) dans la chambre.

La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée : plaque à induction à 4 feux, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, machines à café et petit four électrique.
La chambre, d’environ 11 m², donne sur un balcon côté cour, au nord. Elle est équipée d’un grand lit de 140 × 200 cm ainsi que d’un spacieux placard.
Enfin, la salle de bain avec WC, d’environ 5 m², dispose d’une grande douche à l’italienne.

L’ENVIRONNEMENT ET LE QUARTIER DU PORT
Situé au cœur de la zone classée au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, l’appartement se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied du port, du Vieux-Nice pittoresque et de la célèbre Promenade des Anglais. À 300 mètres de la réputée place du Pin et de l’élégante place Garibaldi, le quartier du port est idéalement connecté à toute la ville, ainsi qu’à l’aéroport et aux gares SNCF.
De nombreux commerces, supérettes et supermarchés sont à proximité pour faciliter votre séjour. Vous pourrez choisir de cuisiner dans l’appartement ou de profiter des nombreux restaurants et cafés typiques des quartiers du Port et du Vieux-Nice.
Depuis le port, les transports publics — bus, trams, trains et vélos municipaux — sont facilement accessibles et permettent d’explorer Nice et sa région sans voiture. Les lignes de tramway (Port Lympia, ligne 2 ou Place Garibaldi, ligne 1), les bus, les trains TER et les vélos bleus, disponibles au pied de l’immeuble, offrent des trajets pratiques et économiques, même pour des destinations plus éloignées comme Monaco, Cannes ou l’arrière-pays.

PARKING / STATIONNEMENT
La location ne propose pas de parking privatif. Cependant, le stationnement est gratuit dans plusieurs rues adjacentes, notamment sur la Corniche André de Joly, située à 100 mètres de l’appartement, où vous pourrez garer votre véhicule en toute sécurité.

THE APARTMENT AND ITS AMENITIES
You will feel right at home in this 50 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a five-story building with no elevator. Bright and spacious, it features a warm and contemporary design and was fully renovated in 2019. Ideal for 2 to 4 guests, this functional and well-equipped space is also air-conditioned.
The spacious living room, approximately 28 m², opens onto a sunny balcony overlooking Rue Bonaparte to the south. You will love having breakfast there, with a front-row view of this lively and picturesque street.

Two high-quality sleeping spaces: A comfortable sofa bed (160x200) in the living room, and a large bed (140X200) in the bedroom.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machines, and a small electric oven.

The bedroom, approximately 11 m², features a balcony facing the courtyard to the north. It is furnished with a large double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.

The bathroom with WC, approximately 5 m², includes a large Italian-style shower.

THE SURROUNDINGS AND THE PORT DISTRICT
Located in the heart of the UNESCO-listed World Heritage area, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the port, the picturesque Old Town, and the famous Promenade des Anglais. Only 300 meters from the renowned Place du Pin and the elegant Place Garibaldi, the port district is ideally connected to the entire city, as well as the airport and train stations.

Numerous shops, convenience stores, and supermarkets are nearby to make your stay easier.
You can choose to cook in the apartment or enjoy the many typical restaurants and cafés in the Port and Old Town areas.

From the port, public transportation — including buses, trams, trains, and municipal bicycles — is easily accessible, allowing you to explore Nice and its region without a car. Tram lines (Port Lympia, Line 2 or Place Garibaldi, Line 1), buses, TER trains, and blue bikes, available at the bottom of the building, offer convenient and affordable travel, even for longer trips to Monaco, Cannes, or the backcountry.

After a day of exploring the city, coastline, or backcountry, you will appreciate the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of this bright and comfortable apartment.

PARKING
The rental does not include private parking.
However, free street parking is available in several adjacent streets, particularly on Corniche André de Joly, located 100 meters from the apartment, where you can safely park your vehicle.
