Centrally situated in a well sought out "Carré d'Or" location in Nice, only 400m to the famous Promenade des Anglais, seafront and beach, 200m to the pedestrian zone and 400m to the main shopping street, Rue Jean Médecin. Within easy access to the tram, buses and local train station.
HugoPark103 is a contemporary one bedroom apartment with double glazing french windows, in an elegant "Belle Epoque" building. Situated on the first floor you can use either the lift or staircase. Enter into a fully fitted open plan kitchen and lounge/diner. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and memorable, with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking utensils. The dining table has seating for 4 and the sofa pulls out to a comfy double size sofa bed. The smart TV has English TV and sky basic satellite plus french orange TV. The bedroom has a king sized bed and sliding door mirror wardrobes. The shower room has a great shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

Lovely appartment right in the coeur de Nice. Super convent location, less than 10 min walk to Nice- Ville train, to Place Massena, and to the water. Great shopping nearby cafés and most importantly artisan bakeries. Appartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Made our 2 week stay in Nice perfect!

We’ve been to Nice before, this was a difficult location, lots going on. Generally a quiet area, nice to have park view, lovely spot to stay.

Excellent property in great location

Ideal property for a couple. Very well equipped and located just far enough back from the main streets to be pretty quiet whilst still within very easy reach of shops, Old Town, Promenade and station..

Quiet haven

Lovely comfortable apartment for 3weeks. Could escape the hot weather and crowds of school holidays and be minutes from the beaches, old town, shopping and endless cafes and restaurants.

Top quality accommodation in great location

Lovely apartment with excellent air conditioning (which we needed!!). Beautifully clean and well appointed. In a great location, very central, just a few minutes walk from the prom and easy access to tram and buses. Couldn't fault it and would happily book again. Highly recommended.

Ideally placed locale.

Excellent location ideally placed for all your Nice needs. Close to the sea, a few mins from the tram stop and around 10 mins from the Gare de Nice Ville. Close to supermarkets and local restaurants, the patisserie Philippe Tayak is truly exceptional. Promenade des Anglais a short walk down the road. The apartment is roomy and great base for the Monaco GP. I would have to say it’s in need of a little update here and there but certainly a great place to stay.

Everything you Need!

A delightful apartment exactly as promised. Small but well appointed…comfortable bed, nice shower with great pressure. Location is perfect! Close to everything, and across from a lovely park and church. Quiet neighborhood and great tree-level views. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and Great Location!

I stayed in six apartments during my month-long European trip and this was one of the top two. The apartment was clean and well-furnished. It had everything we needed for a 5 night stay and plenty of kitchen basics to cook meals at "home." Good location just a 5-7 minute walk from the boardwalk/beach and easy walking distance to train station, bus stops, and old town. A binder with information about the city, transportation, things to do, etc. was hugely helpful and much appreciated. I highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Bright, clean, affordable and good location!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this beautiful apartment. It's location was ideal as it was easy to walk to all of the best that Nice has to offer - all of the shops and restaurants on Rue de France, the Promenade and Beach, the Old City and the Train Station. The apartment was clean, bright and modern with large beautiful windows to let in the light or the fresh air. We had such a fantastic time on this, our first trip to Nice, and this apartment was key to us having such a great time Thanks! Ken

Great Location

Great location next door to Promenade des Anglais. Clean and prompt response when calling on management. However the check-in process was frustrating as we had trouble finding the hotel where we were to pick up the keys. The apart from as well équipes although a bit smaller than the impression from viewing on line. Bed could be more comfortable.

A little romantic getaway with my husband )

My husband and I frequently fly to Nice favorite rest for a few days. We have always stayed in hotels. But this year we decided to rent an apartment and has not lost! Keys received on arrival at the airport and the taxi went to the apartment and can be reached by bus. Apartment charmed us! The apartment is waiting for us a bottle of wine, biscuits, refrigerated water and juice. Everything is clean and spacious. There is everything you need. Breakfast and lunch, we prepared a cozy kitchen, but went out to dinner in restaurants. We will definitely return to this cozy apartment! Many thanks to Anna TRAN.

Clean, bright apartment close to all amenities

We were charmed by this apartment in a lovely old block in central Nice. Very well equipped with all we needed. Wifi was a great plus for us as we had escaped for a week without teenagers and we were able to keep in touch by FaceTime. Air conditioning was great, keeping the apartment comfortable especially helping us to sleep well at night. Most of all we loved to sit at the balconette and drink in the atmosphere...as well as a well chilled glass of rose. Owner was very helpful in organising our trip and responded to our emails very promptly. Nice is a stunningly beautiful city and we loved to pick up some delicacies at the Cours Saleya market and take them down to the sea front where there is plenty of seating and always something to watch and enjoy. Aah....moments de bonheur!

Great location!

First, Annie was wonderful to work with, any issues or questions were addressed immediately! also the apartment building has a lift, which helps when you have bags/ groceries etc... The apartment was close to everything and very convenient. very sunny in the afternoon which i really liked. The bed was comfortable,it is a bit firm so if your a fan of that you'll be happy!! I did have some issues with the TV and was only able to get the news channels but i had my laptop and the internet worked REALLY well! there is a washer but i dried all my items on the provided "european rack" There is a nice roller cart for grocery shopping and a few beach umbrellas there. I would stay again.

The best apartment we have ever stayed in

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The owner Annie went above and beyond to help and to answer my questions. She always replied quickly and in a friendly manner. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We had everything we needed and we felt really comfortable being there. When we could not work the air conditioning and the TV I contacted the owner and the delightful local agent Merilyn arrived exactly on time and sorted everything out. The area the apartment is in is very close to the beach and the shops and there is even a childrens' playground opposite the block which my grandson loved. He also loved the amazing park and its run through fountains and climbing frames in the park which is very close to Massena Square . Nice is really wonderful. We loved it and we will definitely go back and stay in this lovely apartment again.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est très bien équipé, bien situé (tout se fait à pied, plage à 5 min), et très agréable (calme, vue sur un jardin public, très bonne climatisation). La machine à laver dans l'appartement est un vrai plus pour le séjour.

Bon séjour en mois d'octobre

L'appart est très bien situé, fonctionnel et propre. Il serait parfait si le vieux canapé qui sent la sueur était remplacé; en tant que lit, il ne convient pas non plus car il est très inconfortable.

SITUATION TOP

Cet appartement est trés bien situé, bel immeuble Niçois typique standing, proche plages, proche rues piétonnes, restaurants, supérettes, parking grimaldi payant à côté: 100m, jardin en face fenêtre, pas de vis à vis, confortable, rien ne manque. En revanche le canapé lit dans le salon à un matelas en fin de vie et inconfortable à l'usage, je pense qu'il a été amorti et mériterait mieux compte tenu de la qualité du reste.
