The property was clean and well appointed. We booked it for the proximity to the ski lift and that proved to be very convenient. My family of 5 fit comfortably and enjoyed our stay
Great location walking distance to ski school and ski area. The parking soy assigned to this condo was the easiest to access but did mean a little walk across the parking area and upstairs to load/unload
The condo is exactly as advertised, spacious, clean and literally a few minute easy walk to the base...only drawback is parking .. the drive is narrow and our truck barely made it around...
Our family of 5 had an absolute blast while staying at this condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals a breeze. We walked to the slopes daily and it was quick and easy. Less stairs than when you stay at the AF Resort itself. The boot dryer in the unit was an added bonus after the kids came in from playing in the snow! Everything was clean and super cozy. We will absolutely be back.
No A/C at this property in the summer months, not the end of the world but it was uncomfortable during the day and no fans. Had to purchase box fans from the local grocery store.
Window screens had holes in them which allowed nats , mosquitoes and moths inside the unit which were attracted to lights.
Lovely and well stocked condo conveniently located on the shuttle route and within easy walking distance to the slopes! It was perfectly spacious and cozy for our family of 5.
Knocking off a star for the lack of working fireplace (which remains in the Vrbo description despite clearly being unusable for long time) and for horrible parking. The parking assigned to the unit is not even in a real spot. We got our car stuck in the ice and there was ZERO help despite multiple calls to the customer service line over two days. We were given multiple empty promises and assurances before we called a tow truck ourselves.
After a $500 towing fee, we were finally escalated to a local manager who helped us park at a different condo (thank you to Amber who took time out of her evening to directly help us).
Other than the parking issue and extra expense, it was a great stay and a great trip.
everything was very good about our stay except the guest bedroom queen bed was broken in the middle of the bed. Made for a terrible night sleep for 2 guests. And the parking location for 213 is tough to get out of in bad weather. On a slope in front of a tree.
Property was as advertised. Actually closer to the slope than we anticipated. Unfortunately the wifi never worked(big loss when traveling with teens) and mgmt wasnt helpful rectifying.
Would stay again
The property is a mix of updated and old. Kitchen appliances are good. Washing machine was broken during our stay (which we knew in advance). We thought we would wash at the laundromat and dry at the condo, but the condo dryer is not very efficient. We ended up spending extra money to dry at the laundromat because it was faster. A previous guest mentioned the Wifi not working, and we experienced the same. The password on the paperwork given at check-in does not work. You will receive an email about a week prior to your stay about a guest portal. The wifi password listed in the portal IS correct, but the Wifi still didn't work. It appears it needs to be reset. We didn't contact them about this. Without Wifi, the internet is VERY slow. If you need to work or want to look up things to do, you might want to check that the issue has been fixed prior to your stay. It is a tight space. The master bath is very small and doesn't have much counter space. If you're not spending much time in the condo, that's not a huge issue. We were out a lot, so it wasn't a big deal for us. There were six of us in the condo- 2 adults and 4 kids ages 7 - 13. It seems like it would be difficult to have that many people there with ski equipment in the winter time. There is no A/C, which is typically not needed in the area. However, it got really warm in the condo when the afternoons would get up to 80 or a bit higher. There were no ceiling fans, and two sides of the condo had hills which blocked the wind. It was difficult to get a good flow of air in the condo to cool it down, even with the windows open. There is only one oscillating tower fan in the unit, which we used in the master bedroom at night.
My stay was pleasant but not over the top by any means. The water to the shower in the master bath had been cut off. Also the WiFi password never worked. This wasnât a concern for me but it might be for someone else who needed to work etc......
what a great break from it all. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The flooring and bathroom updates were a nice touch. The property was quiet, and had nice views of the woods out the back windows. Easy in and out to all the activities of the enchanted circle!
Condo was as advertised/pictured. Easy walk to slopes, everything worked well, check in/out was a breeze, management was nice, and everything was provided for 1 day (quick drive to grocery store for additional supplies like paper towels, extra soaps, k-cups, etc.). We cooked our own food and made due with all the kitchen supplies provided.
Parking for our spot (WC213) was on the end and a little bit of a walk, but it was a bigger spot that fit my truck and allowed me to avoid the skinny driveway so it was actually a plus.
Side note, there was not a large night life on the mountain, so the Wifi and cable was good after a long day of boarding with little else to do at night.
we loved our stay at this property!! we were there for a few days of skiing. it is a 5 walk to the slopes!! super clean and nicely updated. it had new carpet, new showers and new bedding. slept 6 easily!
