GENERAL: Fresh linens/towels provided
LOCATION: This home is approximately 0.3 miles or about a 5-minute walk to the Angel Fire Ski Basin
PRIVATE SKI LOCKER: There is a private ski locker room across from the elevator in the main entry. You just need to bring a lock.
SECURE BICYCLE ROOM STORAGE: There is a room off of the garage that can hold up to 20 bicycles. There is a table to work on your bike and a washing station at the base of the mountain. You just need to bring a lock
PARKING: On-site covered parking. Three parking lots for the ski area are next to the building.
POOL & GYM: shared community indoor heated pool located on the bottom level of the Angel Fire Resort. You can purchase a membership daily for $12, weekly for $35 and monthly for $75 (pricing might vary. Contact them for exact pricing.)

Check in time is 4pm (5pm Christmas and Spring Break). Check out time is 10am
We ask for a $100 deposit. Our cleaning crew will charge up $15-40 depending on trash that is left in the unit and $35 per set of keys that are not returned. If everything has been returned and trash is taken out, you will receive 100% of the deposit shortly after you check out. No later than 2weeks.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and was just as nice as what you saw in the pictures. Great location, you could see the ski hill from the condo and at night you could see them making snow. It was just perfect for my husband and myself.

We had a nice stay at this condo. It was quiet and close to the lifts. We especially liked the covered parking garage. The manager and owner were responsive to our needs. We had a nice view of the lifts at Angel Fire.

This unit is close to the slopes but had several deficiencies. The building entrance remained unlocked and not secure the whole time we were there, and our key did not allow us to lock it. The water had a sulfur smell. There was not adequate bedding for the pull out couch bed. The host randomly charged us 82 dollars for sheets because the cleaning crew said they found something on a queen flat sheet. We didn’t even have a queen flat sheet in the unit, and that is a lot for cheap sheets. The host did not resolve the issue when I raised it, and went silent after they charged us. Very disappointing. If you rent here watch out for surprise charges.

I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding access to the building, I understand how frustrating that must have been. Unfortunately, this is an HOA-managed matter that we have already brought to their attention and is not something we are able to directly control or remedy. The sulfur odor in the water is a known issue throughout Angel Fire. This is noted in the unit’s description, along with guidance on how to mitigate it. As this is a town-wide condition, we do not have the ability to alter or improve the municipal water supply. With respect to the sheets, we do not reside in Angel Fire and rely on our contracted cleaning and maintenance team to notify us of any issues. As mentioned in our prior correspondence, the unit owners will be in Angel Fire in February. If they are able to remove the substance from the sheets at that time, you will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the replacement set. Unfortunately, no further action can be taken until then. I understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for and regret that you find it unsatisfactory. We truly hope this experience does not deter you from visiting Angel Fire in the future and that you find accommodations better suited to your expectations.

Miserable

The Condo was unequipped with an AC and it was horribly hot! We went to Angel Fire to relax and get some much needed rest and we barely got any sleep. The temperature in our room never dropped below 79 degrees even with the windows open and the cheap fan that was provided as an alternative. Very disappointed! Stay elsewhere if you want a good nights sleep and an enjoyable stay!

Thank you for your feedback. I tried several times to call you during your visit and your phone number was disconnected. The only communication we had was via email through Vrbo and I would have preferred a conversation so we could have found a way to make you more comfortable. During your stay, the outside temperature fluctuated between upper 70’s during the day and in the upper 40’s at night and I am surprised you were so uncomfortable in the unit. There is no air conditioning anywhere in the building. Because of this, we made sure not to include it as part of the description. I will make adjustments in the description for future renters.
