Un confortable 2 piÚces, une chambre avec une vue à un million de dollars. Grande terrasse extérieure donnant sur la fourche sud de la New River et vers Elk Knob. Lit queen rustique et deux lits superposés dans la piÚce principale. Kitchenette avec four grille-pain, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur. Des chaises longues pour profiter de la vue du coucher du soleil ainsi qu'un foyer pour s'mores aprÚs la tombée de la nuit. ComplÚtement séparé de la maison principale avec une entrée privée et un parking.

Vous avez tout le niveau infĂ©rieur de la maison pour vous, y compris une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. L'unitĂ© est dĂ©corĂ©e dans une ambiance de cabine rustique. Pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ©, vous serez captivĂ© par les Ă©bats des colibris Ă  gorge rubis et chantĂ© pour dormir par les grenouilles. Oh the view!

The view is incredible! Evening meal and breakfast on the deck, sublime! Its an amazing stay. The bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. Host provided so many cosiderate extras. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and amazing view!

Very clean and comfortable with some thoughtful touches, such as snacks and coffee assortment. We very much enjoyed the view from the deck and watching the hummingbirds. Carmen was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely hosts, cozy place, beautiful view equal great time!

First of all, Carmen and Frank are wonderful hosts. We were really happy to finally be able to book this place again. This was our second time and it was just as wonderful as the first time, even better! The apartment is very clean and cozy with all the amenities you would need. The view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing. Just to seat there and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a gorgeous sunset is priceless. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Carmen and Frank for your warmth and kindness and genuine hospitality. We will be back, again!

Loved our weekend stay. House is a little bit out of the way but is perfect for a mountain country get away. The cleanliness and amenities exceeded my expectations. 5-stars for the shower alone. Will definitely be back.

Me and a bud stayed for veterans day weekend to explore the area. Our hosts were more than accommodating and the property was super cozy with a wonderful view. Would highly recommend!

Great location

Serene beautiful view of mountains and river. Tastefully decorated with rustic decor and all the essentials were available in kitchen and bathroom. It was the perfect location to visit on our first mother daughter trip to Boone.

Gorgeous Serene Sunset Mountain Ridgeline & South Fork New River Views

What can be said, “The title, ‘Icing On The Cake with Sprinkles’ along the way!” ‘Beautiful River & Mountain Views’ most picturesque sunset!! The porch is nicely setup for 4 guest with high-seat wood chairs, side tables and a dining table. Sweet wispy hummingbirds' songs abound thru perching foliage to hanging feeders. We enjoyed an amazing sunset Friday evening and watched as a deer quietly crossed the slope. While relaxing on the porch Saturday afternoon, multiple deers crossed the river's bend, kayakers paddled by. The most calming accommodations sure yet to have experienced. As I described to my husband, “The quietness, deafening!” Enough so, as a response
we spoke above a whisper. I was diagnosed with tinnitus after 2+yrs finally admitting to myself, “fact.” The constant irritating sounds even quietened. Anyone living firsthand, understands this statement! Gated community; mtn top property; “immaculate” w/necessities/extras incorporated; cozy comfy main bdrm; bunkbed (den area) appeared same; inviting stone 'n rock walk-in shower. JUST PERFECT ! A nice lil picnic area at bridge base on right before cross on way up. We saw signs of bear, “no sightings.” River rec area (lower left view from apt) across bridge passed tree farm, foot/ATV accessible(?)
unsure, ask owners. Note: rain tends to turn river clayish orange, don’t be detoured from tubing as we were
“crystal clear” the following day! Longing to return! Frank & Carmen

Mountain top excursion

Beauty on the top of the mountain. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. So peaceful and a very safe gated community. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic location

Wonderful place with a stunning view. Quiet and close to the clouds. Short drive from Boone downtown. The place alone is very well prepared for guests with attention to every single detail including k-cups, q-tips and more. The only thing missing was time to stay there longer and our beloved dog. Carmen and Frank are fantastic hosts. Thank you!!!!

Very secluded location. Very clean and comfortable with a great view. Not the best location if you desire to cook your meals instead of eating out, but other than that I would not hesitate to stay here again. Enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Weekend

A perfect place for our Anniversary weekend. This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as wonderful as the last time. Frank and Carmen are such gracious and accommodating hosts. The apartment is very clean with all the amenities you would need. And last but not least, the view!!! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, even when it’s cloudy. I definitely recommend this property for a cozy getaway!

Seamless experience. Great communication by hosts. Gorgeous property and view. We enjoyed it so much! I have stayed at many vacation rentals but this was certainly the best. Carmen was so welcoming and helpful.

Girl’s Weekend

We could not have had a more perfect girl’s getaway trip. The accommodations were beautiful, very clean and what a view from the deck!! Stunning! Frank and Carmen were wonderful and gracious hosts and excellent with communication. We highly recommend their place for any type of getaway. We will definitely return!

Great Views and Hospitality

This property is one of the most welcoming places we have stayed. The hospitality is top notch and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. The drive in takes a little while, so getting to the store quick isn't an option. The owners have made sure you are taken care of with snacks, cereal, coffee, detergent, ect. The views are amazing, and their dog is so cute and friendly! I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future,

Absoutley stunning view! The bathroom in the cabin is beautiful! We loved staying here! They literally had everything you could think of needing, water flavor packs, coffee, tea and snacks! Only thing that took adjusting to was the queen bed, we are used to a king! But 100% recommend staying here!

Birthday get away

Took our kids for the weekend for there birthday. Really nice place. High up on the mountain. Everything was clean and ready for us. The host are easy to get in contact with. Recommend to stay.

Memorial Stay!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very cozy with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the porch with the spectacular mountainous view and river. The apartment was very clean and the host were awesome, and made sure we had everything we needed. You definitely won't be disappointed with booking this apartment, and will make beautiful memories!!!
