Perfect for a coupleâs getaway for a few days! This place is a quiet and relaxing spot not far from town. The cabin offers amazing views in all directions and has an unbeatable atmosphere.
Excellent property, great for two people, loft is a little tricky getting in & out of, especially if youâre tall. Perfect spot for a getaway, less than 10 min from Boone. Quiet, amazing views from house and outdoor sitting area.
Cool tiny cabin. Perfect for a weekend getaway with the wife. The property was beautiful, place was clean, easy check in, and only 10 minutes from downtown. Would recommend.
We had a great time! A perfect place for a short getaway while visiting our daughter at App State. The host was great with communicating and very accommodating. They went above and beyond! We will be staying again!
We had such a wonderful experience and the owner was really great at communicating with us and answering any questions we had. Very accommodating and the view was beautiful!
This place was all i expected it to be. The cottage was the perfect size for me. The location and view was spectacular. The owner was very promp to her responce to my messages. I highly recommend it if you just want some alone time. My only con was getting up and the stairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom...lol. im 6'3. Almost fell the 1st night. I figured out how to make it easier..lol. Overall...great place to stay.
My wife and I have never stayed in a "tiny cabin" like this so it was a new experience! The property was clean and well kept. We wished there was a microwave but it was a minor thing, not really a setback. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful as well. Thank you for the relaxing getaway!
We had the best time in Boone this weekend. Our tiny cabin was perfect! It did get a bit hot upstairs, and the fan to help circulate the air only worked if all lights were on. However, it was cool enough at night to open windows!
Rhonda was super responsive and great!
It was great to have access to the swings for reading, sipping a beverage or just hanging out.
My girlfriend and I were attending a wedding at Sky Retreat. This was a perfect in-expensive booking. Was the perfect lil getaway for 2 nights. The tiny house is right off of the road, making it easier to get to the highway rather than climbing a mountain. Cabin was like 10 minutes from Boone. This lil cabin has perfect views on both sides. The owner stays nearby the cabins, so thatâs a plus if anything is needed. Highly recommend.
My girlfriend and I came to visit some friends as we are App alumni. The drive was very close to boone and the home itself was very accommodating. Stairs were a bit steep and the roof was about 3 feet tall above the bed. It was quirky but thatâs what a tiny home is. And we loved it. Would definitely stay again. Not to mention, Rhonda was VERY sweet and hospitable. Easy to get in contact with and was a available for every question we had.
Both Will and I grew up in Montana and most of our family still lives in that area. We love the open space, the peace, and the quiet that county life offers. There is an overall connection with nature you usually don't get living in a city.
My husband and I fell in love with the Blue Ridge/Appalachian Mountains while visiting the Boone area on a trip celebrating our 10th Anniversary. Five years later we found this 206-acre property we are now blessed to call home. We knew we wanted to add vacation cabins eventually so people could come and experience the peace and quiet country living has to offer.
Out in the country, life moves a little bit slower. The unique benefits country living offers is: #1~More space #2~Exposure to nature (it's literally right outside your door!) #3~Less traffic #4~Less stress #5~Amazing stargazing and fireflies right off your front porch #6~Connection with those you love most
