The Space: Cozy, Clean, and Thoughtfully Updated
Originally built in the 1970s by Ennis Scott Pennell (the great-grandmother of the current owners), this home was designed to bring family back to the land. It has since been renovated from top to bottom, including:
âą New flooring and bathroom
âą Upgraded kitchen and appliances
âą Mini-split heating and cooling system for year-round comfort
âą Fresh finishes throughout that preserve the charm but give you modern ease
The living room features a comfortable pull-out couch for additional sleeping space, perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals, and the dining area overlooks the river.
âž»
Entertainment & Connectivity
Stay as connectedâor disconnectedâas you want. The cabin includes:
âą High-speed internet
âą Apple TV & Amazon Fire TV Stick with access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and any apps that work with your cable subscriptions (just log in).
âą Easy app switching for those cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
âž»
Extras to Know
