Magnifique condo en bord de rivière en face du golfe du Mexique. C’est vos vacances et vous méritez le meilleur! Lever de soleil sur l'océan le jour… Coucher du soleil sur la rivière la nuit. Profitez du balcon tout en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil et les bateaux qui passent sur la rivière. Vous pouvez balancer vos pieds sur le quai lors d'une nuit au clair de lune pendant que votre temps de vacances est immobile.

Sur la plage, profitez des vagues, du soleil et du sable, ou regardez les tortues nidifier de mai à septembre. Vous pouvez réserver des chaises de plage et des parasols pour tout le séjour et savourer votre place sur la plage. Mon préféré est le mile de la plage non aménagée pour marcher, faire du jogging ou chercher des coquillages. La nuit, la famille peut chasser le crabe!

Les installations nécessaires à votre expérience incluent deux piscines, quatre courts de tennis, des cales de bateau privées et un quai. Il y a aussi un espace de stockage pour les bateaux ou les coureurs de vagues sur la propriété.

Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans la communauté d’Orange Beach que vous n’avez vraiment pas besoin de plus que ce condo 2BR / 2BA entièrement équipé pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Alors pourquoi chercher plus loin et dépenser plus?

Beautiful location!

The best thing about this condo was the location! It is a very easy walk (even with kids) across the street to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and beautiful! You can see the sunset every night, watch the boats go by, fish off the dock, and we did see a dolphin in the water. The condo had the things we needed and it was quiet. It was not overcrowded and most days we had the pool to ourselves. We also liked having access to the pool by the beach. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions and was easy to get ahold of when we needed. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars would be the fact that we had to pay for a parking pass on top of the rental fee, we've never had to do that at other properties. Also the sliding door handle was broke making it almost impossible for our kids to open and close the door to the balcony. Overall though it was a great place!!

Canal View

This property was in excellent condition and had all the things we needed as a family to cook dinner at the Condo. Skillets were cast iron which we loved. Even though it wasnt beach front and was Canal view, it was gorgeous and had a breath taking view of the Sunset. We were able to see Dolphins swimming on multiple occassions and possibly saw a Manatee but not sure, could have been a shark. The dock area below was full of fish, Blue Crabs, Jelly fish, and Hermit Crabs which our daughter enjoyed seeing on daily basis. We were even able to go Blue Crab fishing there and catch them with a line tied to some chicken gizzards. The family really enjoyed that at night time. Overall I would say this is a must stay place and very quiet and peaceful at night time. The walk to the beach was approximately 3 to 4 minutes but the Condo has a crosswalk at the road which made it convenient and safe access. Only negative thing I can honestly say about the property is the sliding doors to the balcony were hard to open, especially for kids, but that was because the handles broke off from previous renters and you couldnt hear the Ocean. These are minor things compared to the overall benefits of this property.

Old Men's Fishing Trip

Nice condo, great location and perfect view of Old River and Ono Island. A few minor issues which were addressed immediately by property maintenance manager. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect!

We had such a great time! The new docks and boat landing make taking the boat so easy. Our condo was just as advertised, clean and neat with a fantastic view of the bay!

Amazing place to stay.

Great location, super clean and amazing views.. The balcony overlooking the bay was a great place to sit and watch dolphins swim by every morning while drinking coffee. Owner was great to deal with.

Nice getaway

Condo was very nice. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen We loved sitting on deck and watching tons of boats go back and forth on Ole River. Great location!

Just What The Doctor Ordered A Little R&R

The condo was as expected and described. The balcony was so nice for morning coffee and evening sunsets, we even saw dolphins from the balcony. It was in a convenient location to other amenities as well. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the second bedroom be equipped with a cable tv. My elderly mother sleeps with the tv on, so she had to adjust but all was still well. Great stay and Kevin was very helpful throughout the process.

Relaxing Stay

Although we had to dodge rain and winds with Tropical Storm Claudette, my family and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo was just as presented. We especially loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go up and down the bay. We also had easy access to the beach across the street. My husband is ready to book for next year!

Little Piece of Paradise

When I first started looking for a condo for our trip I wanted a beachfront place that looked over the Gulf. I waited too long to book and had to "settle" for a Bay/River view. It was magnificent! We saw boats every day going back and forth and saw dolphins. I could even hear the dolphins come to the surface as I sat on the balcony late at night. The area was quiet and family friendly. The kitchen is just lovely and well stocked with lots of dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. The master bed was very comfortable. Couch mattress needs upgrading. Lots of towels, sheets, and blankets. Extra pillows in the for the couch bed needed. The bathrooms are TINY, but having 2 full baths was wonderful since there were 6 of us. A welcome packet would have been a nice touch with info about the unit; where to rent beach chairs, kayaks, etc; personal suggestions from the owner for things to do or places to eat. Also, for some reason I thought the unit had a hair dryer (probably just got confused from looking at so many other property listings) which it doesn't, so bring one with you or you'll end up having to buy one like I did. Thank you, Kevin, for sharing your beautiful property. We hope to visit again!
