Situated on the 1st floor of the North Tower, this beautifully appointed condo offers an open floor plan living area where stunning views of Old River Bay serve as the perfect backdrop for your vacation. The living room provides plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes meal prep easy, while a full-sized washer and dryer adds convenience during your stay. Guests will also enjoy free wireless internet throughout the condo.

Wind Drift is the ideal spot for both relaxation and recreation. The property features two outdoor pools, three tennis courts, a boat dock for easy water access, and a fishing pier for those who love to cast a line. Whether you are an avid boater, a fishing enthusiast, or simply want to soak in the peaceful coastal surroundings, this complex offers something for everyone.

Parking
Each unit is permitted (2) vehicles maximum per stay. Guest registration is (1) per vehicle at $62.50 each. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Guest registration is valid for a maximum of (7) days. Longer stays will require re-registration. Once you register you will be sent a gate code for the complex.
