This property was exactly as pictured on the listing. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well-supplied. We really loved being able to wake up seeing the ocean and being able to walk out to the beach for the day!
This is a great location, handy to everything. It is a nicely laid out unit and quite roomy. Kitchen has nearly new appliances and mostly everything else you might need. Would definitely go again. Daytime noise from the balcony renovations were sometimes loud but should only be temporary.
The kitchen and bathrooms were updated but the rest of it needs to be more modern. The mattress need to be replaced. My husband and I slept in separate rooms because of it. One was too hard and one was too soft. Disappointed
There were several items that required attention. But property manager was part time and we could never meet up with him/her.
Lobby door was inoperable the entire visit. We had to use the lobby entrance as that was the only handicap parking space. Door to apartment was hard to open as the closer was broken an would scrape the ceiling. The unit was well equipped and clean,
We were unaware of the extent of the renovation of this property, upon arrival we were greeted with ear plugs do to the noise. Additionally we were right next to the renovation. The unit next to us had supports on their deck with holes in the concrete , we did not feel safe !!!! We arrived on Saturday so we did not know how bad the noise would be. On Monday our apple watches register unsafe levels of noise. Under no circumstances would we recommend this property or the coastal realty company that managed the property. The management company could not say anything except we signed the contract. That was the the extent of their help. We feel the information with the extent of the renovation should be on a separate email. We left the unit and had to relocate and find another rental for the week costing us additional rental fees doubling the cost of our vacation.
The condo was not cleaned when we arrived and with it being after 5:00 they didnât have anyone to clean the condo for us that night. We had to wash bedding ourselves. However the condo is beautiful, well equipped, great location and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay there again.
The office was not very helpful with how to get around in the condo. We had no idea about the parking garage, there was no one at the condo office for us to get info from and we were not told about the code for the gate. Thankfully we ran into a custodian who filled us in on all the info.
Things I would have liked to know before arriving are listed below:
1. That we were given the code in advance for the door opener keypads.
2. That we were given the wireless bluetooth code for the resort prior to the visit. I tried multiple times to reach the Oasis Luxury agent for help but did not get a reply.
3. That the bluetooth when connected only lasted for about an hour and could only be used in the room.
4. That the garage was located under the resort at the north end of the the building.
5. The unit's door had a loose hinge and was very difficult to open. The Oasis Luxury office was closed for the weekend so the door didn't get fixed until Monday.
6. That there was only one beach chair available in the unit.
Once the above items were addressed, mainly from other visitors at the resort, we settled in nicely. But the first two days were awful. It would have been nice to know the codes in advance.
It was not a good first impression, the front did not work the elevator was broke and there was dirt all over the hallway in front of our door. No one is on site to help with these issues. The next day everything was fixed. Over all the condo was clean except the dishes we had to wash them before we used them and the shelves in the kitchen were very dusty. The condo needs some updates but overall it was nice.
