Les commodités du Splash Resort sont assez uniques parmi les stations balnéaires de la côte du golfe et offrent quelque chose pour tout le monde. NEVER AGAIN!

The washer broke on day one. It sat full of water until we left which by that time it was smelling pretty bad. The dishwasher then quit working and so did the microwave. Both bathrooms had mold all in the showers. It definitely was not worth what we spent to stay there. We will not be going back that’s for sure!

Condo was ok. Definitely needs a few updates. Check in was suppose to be at 4. We arrived at 4:30 and the registration desk was already closed so we couldn't get pool or parking passes until the next day. When we got up to the room the code in the app didn't work and we had to call to have the code text to us. When we entered, the room was not as clean as we would have expected for what we paid. A previous guest from August as well as July had left a review about the floor boards being buckled in the main room and they were still buckled when we arrived in October. If you have small children or older adults with you as we did this is very much a safety hazard. Our 4 year old as well as my Mother tripped or fell numerous times on the floor boards as well as the lifted wooden strip separating the kitchen and living area. There were items from previous guests left in the rooms such as trash, ping pong balls, hair in the tubs as well as a pacifier in one of the beds which prompted us to wash all bed covers as soon as we could. The lock out room had a strong smell of smoke as well as animal urine. The small refrigerator was extremely loud which would wake us up at night. It is advertised that the couch in the lockout room pulls out to a twin size but.....but there is no mattress. We sent a message asking why there wasn't a mattress and once again, no response. We sent an email with photos of the condition of the condo but never got a response. After enjoying a day out we came back to the condo and our son fell in a puddle of water that was coming from the closet with the air intake and water heater. The drum under the water heater was full of water so we had to place towels inside and outside of the door to keep the floor from having puddles running out onto the tile. We also called to report this issue and never had anyone come to check unless they came while we were gone but it was still leaking when we checked out on out last day. Sadly we did not enjoy our stay in this unit and will look at other options if and when we return to Splash.

I do not feel that the property was worth the price! The floors were messed up The cookware was terrible and limited, a few of the lights were broken, and the dryer burned some of our clothes. Also the balcony door where the bunk beds are has no locks and is very hard to open!!!

It was just okay......

Check in was a little of a hassle... but my main concern was the cleanliness of the place. The chair in the living room had a cover over it, it appeared.. it was dirty.. it looked as though someone ate pizza or pasta and wiped their hands on the side of the chair.. yuck!!! the flooring was buckling in the kitchen/ livingroom which proved to be a safety hazard. the flooring was some type of wood flooring. The couch wasn't real clean either. It just appeared to be dirty.. the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.. the floors were dirty, after walking bare footed around the condo, my feet were black.. The condo was spacious, we were a family of 9, the unit slept 11, we were comfortable. all in all we had a great time, kids were happy, we'll probably book again..

Resort is great…Condo is awful!

I take my children and grandchildren to PCB every year…It’s my gift to them. We stayed at Splash last year and the kids loved it and wanted to return this year. I’ve never booked through VRBO, was hesitant but the pictures of Unit 1701E looked great. Apparently these were taken awhile back. The floors in the living room were bucked up, the wooden reducer strip between the tile and hardwood didn’t even touch the floor. It was like walking on a trampoline. The kitchen was inadequately stocked for a unit that sleeps 11 people. It had 1 cereal bowl and 2 spoons. I went and bought 8 stainless spoons and just left them there. The TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work and we didn’t have a remote for the tv in the living room. We called and they quickly brought a remote up for it. ( the maintenance men stepped on the bucked up floors and said whoa!) The shower in one of the master baths did not work and the sink was stopped up. Maintenance came up and said they would have to order a new faucet needless to say we were never able to use that shower or sink. Keep in mind, we were there 7 days with 10 people, so bath time was a little hectic with only 2 working bathrooms. The unit just didn’t meet my expectations at all. There wasn’t even a dust pan in the unit…I had to use a piece of notebook paper to sweep trash up on. I was under the impression that the units that are in a rental program have certain standards that they have to maintain and apparently this isn’t the case. I guess paying a premium price I thought I would get a premium condo…but I was sadly mistaken. I will definitely do my homework the next time I rent and will definitely read the reviews of the past guest. But on a brighter note…the beaches were beautiful and my babies loved the sun and sand!

Family/Friend trip

This is our 4th time staying at splash in about 4 years and every time we have something happen. We keep going back because the kids love the splash pad and it's just easier. However, this time we got to our room to check in and nothing had been cleaned, we had already unloaded our cars and so we had to bring everything in. Once we were in we noticed the room had not been cleaned and the sheets were all nasty. So I called the company and they said they would send someone over, so we waited 30 mins and someone came to clean. While they were there I had called again to ask if we could get some type of money back considering we were just sitting on the balcony with 9 people waiting for the room to get cleaned and the rude guy on the phone said put your stuff in the closet and go to the beach while they clean your room. I said well first off I'm not leaving some random people In our room with our stuff and 2nd we have 4 kids with us so all our stuff won't fit in the closet. He said well why do you have 9 people in one room?? I said it is a 3 bedroom! He said the there should be 3 closets. (Obviously he doesn't have kids) Moral of that story we waited until our rook was clean which was right at 6 so we had a whole wasted first day. 2nd day our friends went to get a shower in their bathroom and the shower was broke so they sent a plumber and he said he can't fix it and will have to get parts so we only had 2 showers out of the 9 of us. Also the elevators broke one night and we had to walk up 17 floors. Wasn't too bad for us but I hate it for the ones that had lots of groceries and hadicapp families. We had a good time despite all that but when you spend that much for a fun stress free family vaca you don't want to deal with all that.

Panama City Beach! Ocean Front!

My stay here was okay. Location was perfect. View was good. It was my cousin’s family and my family. Total : 10 ppl. We all fit very comfortable. The only issue i feel like i had was that they state that this stay is very clean. The amount of dog hair in this condo was 😖😖 !!! I have a 8 month old and my nephew is also 8 months old at the stage where they are crawling. We couldn’t trust them on the floor due to the fact of dog hair. We tried to vacuum but nothing was working. Also bring your trash bags because they only give you two for the whole stay.
