Splash Resort was awesome!

We had the best time staying at this resort. The room was clean and comfortable with the most gorgeous view. The owner is very responsive to messages. I would highly recommend!

The condo was comfortable and clean. The location was great. We really appreciated the beach service. We had family book other units at the resort. The grandkids loved the pool area and activities. All had a great vacation! I'm glad we were on the 2nd floor as the elevators kept breaking down. That made unloading upon arrival and loading to leave miserable.

We enjoyed how convenient it was. Just seconds away from the beautiful beach. The ocean view was amazing. The balcony is huge where we enjoyed meals. The site is very spacious and parking was easy. Family friendly and perfect for small kiddos.

206W at Splash was a great condo for my family. I highly recommend this place. Easy access to the beach and all offered amenities. Check in/out was super easy and great communication from owner when needed. A++++

Nice, but that shower!

It was a very nice condo, just needed a better cleaning crew. Loads of dust bunnies, and food still stuck to frying pans. We washed all of the sheets and dishes before we could use them. The sliding door in the living space could not be opened by anyone but my husband. The shower in the master backed up on us, and personal hairs and junk was floating around. I jumped right out! My husband fixed that. Thankfully he carries tools everywhere. After that and a good floor sweeping, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s right on the ocean, so we know it’s rough to keep everything perfect. We had a patio door in the master, so we just used that door. We would book it again.

Great place to stay with the family. Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for 6. Only complaint- we could not finding a cutting board (we cook all our meals when traveling).

Spring Break

It was a great location and the resort and the condo was clean,also fully stocked with everything we needed. Although the elevators were a problem.The whole time we were there one of the two elevators on our tower was not working.We had to use the stairs multiple times, thankfully we were on the second floor and didnt have far to go.Another issue we dealt with and many others did too was no ramp to get our wagons and beach supplies down from the pool area to the beach.We had to tote our wagons up and down the stairs Over all its a nice clean family oriented place to stay and we would return again .

Family vacation

We enjoyed the resort. Everything was easily accessible and an awesome view. TV in master bedroom didn't work, and maintenance didn't make it to fix it while we were there. Overall, the kids loved it, and so did we. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect getaway!!

We had an wonderful time at Splash. The condo was just like the pictures. They had everything we needed and was very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. We enjoyed the lazy river, although it wasn't running. A major plus was also being right on the beach.

We had an excellent stay at 206W! Mike was very responsive and helpful to questions I had regarding the property and surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay, the condo itself was very home-like. We enjoyed overlooking the balcony into the beautiful emerald shores of Panama. I recommend this place to anyone with a family looking for a wonderful getaway. The location is very convenient and within distance to different resteaunts and attractions. Also Thomas Donut Shack located right down the road is definitely a MUST!

Stellar beach experience!

We had an amazing time booking this condo! Would def recommend it to anyone! Beautiful condo, located in a great spot and convenient to just about anything in town! Quick easy beach access! Some of the best views ive seen from this unit! Hands down, we will stay here again!! Property owner communicates very well and checkin was super easy!!! Perfect weekend at beach

Was greatly pleased with vrbo #159466 at the Splash Condo in Panama City . Kitchen was good size, rooms were good! Balcony was just perfect for drinking morning coffee and watching the beach fill up with people from different places. Enjoyed the different water areas. This second floor condo was exactly what we search for every year. Going to reserve for next fall if its available. Thanks Mike

Beautiful condo and view

The condo was exactly like it was described. The view was beautiful. The condo was perfect! The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is the freezer didn’t make ice, and the ice machine for the buildings was out of ice one of the days. Everything else was great! I will definitely be back.

Wow!! Loved our experience!!

Mike was absolutely wonderful!! So very friendly and helpful!! He honestly went out of his way to help with any and every need we had!! :) The condo is beautifully stocked with everything you might and your family might need!! We forgot beach toys and there's a full closet of them!! There was also a stroller, beach umbrella, and a beach chair!! Beds were super comfortable with ample space for everyone. The condo is very well maintained with special thoughts to small details!! When staying at Splash-staying in Mikes condo is a MUST!!! :)

Great condo and room

Everything was great. Our room was perfect! The only negative thing is the elevators. Most days we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the elevator and would end up taking the stairs. There was one day we waited more than 30 minutes and couldn’t go up the stairs because we had so much stuff from the beach. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. My 3 year old loved the splash pad and lazy river! We will be back.

We Live in Georgia and retired in 2008 however still active and enjoy managing my own Panama City Beach Splash condo, we make trips to the beach and make sure the condo is up to date and clean throughout the season.

Splash is the highly sought after resort because of our excellent pools and water play areas for your children, and we have 2 heated pools and hot tub for the adults to enjoy. our pools are partly covered for great times even if the weather is not so good !! we have free gas grills poolside and a wonderful snack bar where you can by food and drinks poolside also.
