This is a recently remodeled unit! Ocean Ritz is a low-density Gulf-front development with just 63 condos and only three units per floor which makes for a lot of peace and quiet with no waiting for the elevators. It is tastefully decorated and offers a unique floor plan.

The views are amazing from the Living Room. The 2 Gulf-Front Master Bedroom Suites open onto an incredible huge 12' x 40' Gulf Front Balcony, one of the biggest on the beach!

Interior features include brand new stainless steel appliances and remodeled second master bathroom. Every room has its own TV with sling subscription. Enjoy your favourite shows or sporting events on the HD smart TV.

Plank tile flooring throughout the unit. Other features include crown molding, granite kitchen counters in a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar that opens to the Living room area.

The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with a queen and twin beds in each of them. A memory foam mattress sofa sleeper in the living room add additional beds. Easily, sleeps 12 people comfortably!

There is something for everyone in Panama City Beach. Relax on the beautiful white sand beach or go for a stroll along the beach. The condo is close to all major attractions such as Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island Dolphin tours, Shipwreck Island Waterpark for the kids, Pier 1 park for shopping, restaurants.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this Condo and be present for the entire rental period. All guests must provide government-issued photo ID's upon request. Very clean unit and family-friendly building. NOT suitable for parties, no spring breakers, beach week, high school, or college graduations!!!

Biggest complaint would be the parking. Families should know up front that there is only one parking spot on-site. First bedroom on the left could use some cleaning and updating along with the bathroom. Out of 4 bathrooms only one hairdryer worked. The balcony was very nice with plenty of seating and we appreciated that. Thank you

This place ROCKS! Absolutely loved it!

Property is great-just as explained in listing. We had some minor issues with T.V.'s and thermostat/hot water heater questions but the owner was patient, fast responding and overall wonderful hosts. We would definitely choose this spot again for a family vacation... !!! Owner absolutely deserves 5 star rating!!

Great Family Vacation

The condo served as the perfect location for our family vacation consisting of 12 people. We had plenty of sleeping room and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

Drapes were partially torn down from rods, stove top was completely broken, flames shot out of bathroom outlet when curling iron was plugged in, air return in dinning room right beside our table was filthy and unit was touted as “newly renovated “!!!!! We were extremely disappointed and unit owner didn’t seem to care at all

Wonderful in every way

The condo was even better than the pictures. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was amazing. Very large and perfect if you have a few people! The interior was also decorated nicely. I can't think of one thing that was not amazing. Thank you for the great stay!

Panama City Beach condo for our ball

Four couples stayed here for two nights for our Mardi Gras ball. The condo was spacious enough (4 bathrooms was a must) and the balcony was great. I hope the owners add in their description that there is a Keureg type coffee maker, not a drip type coffee maker. Just a heads up so you can come prepared. There is a super Walmart almost across the street, so not a huge deal.

The Parking was not what was Advertised, only 1 parking spot. The other 2 vehicles we had to pay for one for the week behind what they said was the overflow parking across the street. It was a 4 BR 4 Bath but only had 2 closets in 2 bedrooms not all 4. Only 2 Elevators in for 23 floors and 1 Elevators did not work half the week. The space was good and it did accommodate all 8 of us. No Cable TV it only has Netflix, Hulu and Prime.

4th of July

This property was GREAT and the homeowner answered any questions within 24 hours. When my son-in-law first found this property, I was concerned that the beach would be overcrowded out of all of the condos in the area, however, the location of this property was AMAZING! We can walk to local attractions and to Walmart if needed. That was very convenient because the traffic in Panama City is horrendous. Since we had a child that 18 months old, it was also nice that at least some of the pool had shade throughout the day because of the shape of the pool. The condo is well stocked and on appliances and kitchenware. I was also concerned about the elevators when I read previous reviews... But both elevators have been replaced this year and work great! The 17th floor had a breathtaking view and we spent the majority of our time on the porch if we were inside the and not on the beach. The very best thing about this property that you cannot find anywhere else is that every bedroom had its own bathroom!!!!! (4 bedrooms/4 baths) I would definitely do it this property again!

2022 Family Vaca

We had the best time!! The condo was beautiful..very well stocked. Great location..and lord knows we made plenty of trips to the Walmart literally a couple of minutes away. The balcony was amazing..oh the things we seen from 17 floors up!! The owners were great..to all of my questions and emails they responded super quick!! Others in the building were like “good luck” getting in touch with anyone and I was like our people get back with us super quick with responses. There was a small issue with the codes to get in the pool..on the bulletin board it stated the wrong number..but the owner got back with us super quick..I’m telling you they were the greatest!! My only pet peeve about the place..was seeing several things that had been broken. The owners had no idea about it. In my opinion honesty is the best policy. If something gets broke..just tell somebody!! That’s why there’s insurance. Sadly sometimes it reflects on the owners even when they have no idea about it. We can not wait to return for our 2023 vacation..we will def return and would def recommend!!

This property was very easy to find. It was very clean, cool, and comfortable for 10 adults. It has a great view of the Ocean for everyone who did not want to go swimming. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped for our meals when we did not go out to eat. I had great communication with the Host and my adult children didn't have a problem with the parking across the street. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and enjoy the ocean at Pcb, FL.

Family Vacay

The condo was absolutely awesome! We had plenty of room for everyone. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The huge balcony was wonderful! We used it a lot. From previous reviews I had read I was worried about parking. But we parked our smaller vehicle in the garage and used the overflow parking for our larger vehicle. Although the overflow parking lot was small we always found a spot. The first day we arrived one of the elevators wasn’t working but it was fixed quickly so that was nice! I would definitely stay here again. I loved the location and the condo we stayed in was fabulous!

Beautiful place great view . Owners answer any messages i sent them right away. Vey beautifully decorate and plenty of cookware etc. Only thing that was a diwn fall pool only held 12 people and there was 12 in our party. Pool was small and hotbtub very small

The property owner/contact was outstanding working with us as Helene was to show up on our check-in date. She worked with us to push our plans out by a day and offered early check-in and late check-out to boot. We had a water outage overnight one night, but upon contacting the owner, she jumped right on it and reported it to the HOA. The condo was clean and well-equipped. The only items that could be improved is the couch cushions are worn in a bit and the mattress in one of the bedrooms was also a bit worn. Overall, the experience and the owner were great and we would recommend as a nice place to stay.

It was dirty and outdated. Couch was horrible

Headboard fell off the wall. Baseboard and walls and doors were dirty. View was nice and tne patio was nice. Parking was not acceptable with 3 families and only one spot and the spots were jacked up. We had a good time in spite of the room It was a good location but would not rent again

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Although this was a busy Labor Day Weekend, it felt like we had a little slice of heaven. Close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and right on the beach, this property is perfect for families and friends alike. Very gracious and responsive host. Thanks for your hospitality!
