Great location!! Easy to get to metro, restaurants, shopping, everything we needed. Clean & comfy beds. Loved having 2 bathrooms. A little street noise, but not bad and certainly worth it for the location.
We had a very nice stay in this lovely apartment. Itâs located within walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit and several metro stops are also close by. Communication's with the owner was super easy. Sheâs great!
We had 4 adults & 2 kids (12 & 14). We stayed 3 nights and it was great. Plenty of room for us to sleep. The fold out was larger & better than expected. Having 2 bathrooms was key but we did have to plan showers due to the small amount of hot water. They had extra towels & bedding for everyone. The washer & dryer were a nice bonus! Rocio was super friendly and told us everything we needed to know. Location is in the middle of the action. Would recommend.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family. And the location was convenient to everything that we wanted to go during our 6 day stay in Madrid. We would highly recommend.
The room was fantastic and the entire city of Madrid seemed like a short walk. Great night life and food right outside the door. Felt safe for me and the whole family. Outstanding place to stay in Madrid
The location of this VRBO was ideal. Very close to many of the sites we wanted to visit so we could walk everywhere. And despite it being in the middle of everything, it was quiet. I looked at several in the vicinity and this one had the best location for the price.
The apartment is in a great location, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the two bathrooms are a bonus when travelling with teenagers! Very clean, super fast internet (also good when travelling with teens!), great communication with owner, quick to respond and great tips for places to eat and visit.
This apartment is located close to the Royal Palace and an easy walk to the Prado and then museums. Opera Metro stop just one block away. Apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.
This apartment is in the heart of the city. Close to Sol (5 min walk), great restaurants close by, walking street right out front. The only issue was the shower doesn't have a ton of hot water, so you have to space out showers for a family - but still a 5 star review.
We had such a great time at this property. The location truly could not have been better if youâre looking for being in the thick of it. Itâs right on the main drag. You walk out the door and thereâs restaurants and shops right there. The palace is practically across the street. The host was very helpful with a couple unexpected changes with our booking. Couldnât have been happier!
Fantastic modern apartment in quiet building with lots of space
We are a group of 6 adults, comfortably sleeps 5 but our 6th person was a little uncomfortable.
Great location and building, safe and secure in the heart of Madrid, close to many attractions.
The property manager was great, very accommodating when our travel plans were delayed.
Nice amenities, including Nespresso machine so bring those pods (original).
Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!
this location was close to every major sightseeing area in Madrid. It was about five minutes away from all the shopping in the gran via and it was only about a minute walk away from the opera metro station. It was also only about 30 seconds away from a four star hotel with an amazing restaurant inside and a great one next-door. Overall, this was the best location. the rooms were spatial, the sheets weâre clean and they provided enough towels for six women so that was perfect. Our host was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here. It's a lovely apartment that is centrally located. We could reach all our desired destinations by walking between 10 and 30 minutes. The apartment is located on a pedestrian walking street, which makes it wonderful to stroll. A step outside the front door and you have everything you need right there, coffee, all types of shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc.Being on a pedestrian walkway here is the chance of having noise and activity late at night. Also, since the building is older, the building itself makes noises. Bring your earplugs if you are a lighter sleeper. The two things I would suggest for the property is1. Blackout curtains and/or heavy curtains to keep the heat or air conditioning in2. new mattresses or mattress toppers. I felt some pressure points as I was trying to sleep and even my 18 year old mentioned his mattress was uncomfortable.Otherwsie we had a lovely stay
If youâre looking for a place in the heart of Madrid steps away from the heart then youâve found your spot. But be warned, it has a cost. The building also has a couple of hostels and the younger crowd stays out late! And theyâre loud especially at 2 am when theyâre drunk and they were drunk every night of our stay. So if sleep isnât important to you then by all means go for it! The flat is awesome.
We were comfortable and had easy access to Madrid's city center. A short walk to metro. Lots of good food nearby. Elevator was a plus for my family.
My only caveat, is this is not a place for light sleepers. The neighborhood is lively well into the wee hours.
We had a great time, the apartment is comfortable, clean, stylish and in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance to everything, plus the Metro station is only a few steps away. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you!
