The place was clean and cozy! Denis was an amazing host made our check in and out easy. The kitchen had enough daily utensils, and stove was in a working condition too.We enjoyed the air conditioning in the living room. However, we wish we could have one in the bedroom too!

The only thing I would change is the height at which the microwave and coffee maker were placed. We had to use a chair to use them, and for elderly guests that’s not safe.Aside from that, it was excellent.

Denis is great. The communication and effort gave me comfort for my first, on my own, VRBO experience. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. The property was a 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Via and an enjoyable walk to many great attractions. If I came back to Madrid, I would be happy to stay here again. This does not apply to my visit, as we were two and the pull out was comfortable, more than three would be tight.

Denis was helpful very easy to speak with. The apartment is in a great location with loads of good places to eat and easy access to the metro and a short distance to Gand Via.It is also quiet at night which is sometimes hard to find in Madrid.It is appropriately priced for what it offers.

The apartment is in a great location in a busy vibrant local neighbourhood. A few minutes walk from the Tribunals metro station. The apartment is serviceable. Some aspects could do with improving ie. the rugs could do with a clean. Some of the kitchen items needed a wash before they could be used. The washing machine is broken. We had a power cut. The host was very quick to respond with the necessary information re how to reset the fuse. I think this has happened to others guests so it might be an idea to have this information available next to the fuse box.

We had a great stay. The location is very good, easy walking distance to major sites like Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment is small, but it worked perfectly for our family of four (two adults and two young adult kids)The area is very lively and full of young people enjoying the nightlife, so it can be loud at times and late into the night. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot, specially for young adults that are easy to accommodate in small places, and ready to enjoy beautiful Madrid!

Perfect for what I wanted from my stay! The host was really flexible with my arrival and departure times which was really nice and helpful. The place is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. I was able to work remotely here as well the WiFi was very reliable and stable. There is amble space in the fridge and freezer for fresh food, and there are local grocery stores very close by to get whatever you need. While there is no view from any windows, this is a good thing in that the apartment stays really nice a cool even on hot summer days (I visited in June), with a nice airflow through the rooms that it never feels stuffy. There is air conditioning, but I didn't need to have it on during my stay because the place is just naturally cool. The location is amazing! Very easy to get too and from the airport, and very close to the Metro station. The neighbourhood is really great. Very hipster, with cool bars, restaurants and shops - none of which are touristy or overpriced etc. It also felt very safe even late at night. And while there's plenty of lively atmosphere around, the apartment itself is quite and peaceful. The place was clean, tidy and cosy. The water pressure in the shower was also good! Overall everything was great with my stay and I would definitely stay again (and I hope that I will soon!) Muchos Gracias to the Host!

The apartment is very nice and located in a central, convenient area of Madrid. It was clean and welcoming, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, some of the amenities inside the apartment could be improved (for example, having a properly working hairdryer and better blackout curtains would make the stay even more comfortable). With a few small adjustments, the place could really reach its full potential.

A very nice cosy area within central Madrid. Only problem was the shower head being way too high and couldn’t be moved and AC/Heating wouldn’t work. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I 100% recommend! Even get a nice twix Bar

Internet fast. Clean. Not as advertised. 2nd BR actually small living room with no door. Windows only to inner courtyard. No smoke alarm. Cannot sleep two on bed since roll downhill. Must use day bed so not 4. Kitchen sparse. Coffee maker, lamps broken. No brick walls. Sadly plastered over and cracked over. Lost power twice. Host very nice but needs to work on apartment. Sorry. Was a great location!!
