Cute, well-equipped condo in great location

Across from a beautiful beach, quiet building with a nice balcony. The space is small but just fine for a couple or small family.

Great Location!

Great location with good amenities and ample parking. The atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. However, I rated it 3 out of 4 because the experience felt more like staying in a cozy home rather than a traditional hotel. While this wasn't a problem for us, it’s important to note the difference in ambiance and expectations.

Small Spot for Ptown Trip

We enjoyed this spot as a place to sleep while visiting Ptown. Parking and beach access were highlights, as well as mini kitchen set up. It easily fit 3 adults and our luggage. The shower did not have hot water and the bedding didn't have covers. Overall a great place to sleep while enjoying the cape, but not built for vacations where the amenities are a priority.

Don’t waste your money

No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time.

Like a charming dollhouse. Decorated in good taste. Excellent use of it’s small space. It’s nearness to the beach and respect of the nature surrounding it a plus. Met a few other, totally lovely guests. Everything was clean and most necessary accessories were available, except fo a space to hang up and store one’s clothes, to make it possible to store the suitcases in the car. It would be to your advantage if you designed the small armoire for storage of these items, rather than for storage of extra blankets and other things that are kept in this space. It is this factor and the smallness of the efficiency that makes me assign 3 instead of 4 stars to the place.

A nice find

The location of the property was great given the close proximity to a private beach which was not crowded. The apartment could use a rehab, & the bed was listed as a Queen size but it was only a full size bed. Also, the pictures showed towel racks in both the bathroom (over the toilet) & just outside of the bathroom by the sink. There were in fact no towel racks at all, just 1 hook behind the bathroom door which was not enough. Also, the owner left a very large bike chained up in the apartment & given the fact that the apartment is so tiny, this was not ideal.

Great location Poor amenities

Loved the location but the unit itself was not hospitable. Advertised for 4, 3 of us were tripping all over each other. No microwave, no freezer space, teeny tiny fridge. Chose a place with kitchette so we could prepare meals. Nearly impossible. No where to store clothes or suitcases. Had to remove them from the couch and bed every night to sleep. Locked cupboard took up a lot of valuable space - should only be advertised for 2 people - the online pictures were deceiving. This place was at the top of our budget but amenities were very sparse.

The room was small but had everything needed.The cleanliness could have been a lot better .

Great location , rates were comparable. There was sand on our sheets when we pulled back the covers . Washroom and floors could have been cleaner. Overall we had fun .

Beautiful Little Place

Overall bright beautiful place to stay in Truro. The place was slightly small and did not have all the amenities (ie bowls); just sparse overall.

Nice condo, great location

We really liked this condo. It was reasonably priced, and is sort of like a nice hotel room. It’s not big, but we were visiting friends at the Days Cottages down the street, so the location was perfect for us. And the beach near this condo is very close (5 minute walk) and nice, too. We locked ourselves out the first day (the lock/unlock sticks) and Vacasa was tough to reach on the phone. However, we then saw a sign outside with the contact info for the on-site manager. At that point, it was resolved quickly (within 10 minutes). The outside chairs are in the shade most of the day (after early morning), so it’s a nice place to sit. You get a nice breeze off the water (which is even visible).

Private beach!

The apartment itself was very small! But having a small private beach right across the street made it all worth it! Perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about most of your visit. Very close to PTown and other fun spots

Our Stay

This property was across the street from the beach, which we loved. It was also close to Provincetown, which had a lot of nice restaurants. The condo itself was very small. With two suitcases, it was difficult to move around and there was nowhere to put them and also nowhere to hang clothes. The bathroom was also very tiny and the inside shower curtain had some mold on it and the bathroom itself smelled like mildew. Otherwise, it worked for a few days, especially because we were at the beach or out most of the day.

Beach within reach

I was greatful to stay at the beach within reach condo as the location of the beach is directly across the street and if you sit a door down on the balcony you can see the water but vacasa needs to have the owner more responsible for the set up of this 420 foot condo that is far from an efficient efficiency studio. After reading the reviews there still remains no where to place anything. 1. 2 of The 3 hooks are glued into the wall by the left of the front door there is ample area to hang hooks from the wood ceiling beams and more in the bathroom as there is not any cabinet in the bathroom just the one on the back of the door 2. The bathroom smells like cats 3. The bathroom is tight but at least it has a full size tub 4. If you remove the bathroom door and put a sliding type that home depot has the bathroom would be more efficient Change the bed around to the wall by the bathroom and the couch sectional by the windows then you could put a descent size cabinet in the corner where the bed is shoved near the end table 5. Bed and couch section are descent and just the right amount of firmness 6. The armoire is cady corner and the blankets were covering the internet boxes which created a lot of unsafe heat. And the wires hang from a electric strip unsafely. This can be reorganized and behind this piece of furniture is cleaning equipment that you cant get to without moving the large armoire. 7. Think about fold down shelves and a kitchen table with fold down sides 8. The kitchen table cannot be leaned on it will not support a lot of weight 9. Remove the large bathroom vanity and give the kitchen sufficient space to place the coffee pot toaster and dish drain board and put a new gfc outlet by the vanity as i tried to plug the toaster there and it did not work. 10. The cabinet above the microwave is locked with a pad lock and still broken. 11. The refrigerator is inefficient 12. There is an a/c and well needed. Greatful to have ad its not listed in the advertising by vacasa The beach is great and ptown is only 5.5 miles and wellfleet about 15 min so location really makes this the best part of the vacation..

small but clean

Good things: place was very clean when we arrived (except shower curtain--see below). There's a small table and 2 chairs not pictured in listing--good for eating breaky and lunch. Plenty of extra blankets/towels in armoir. WiFi reliable and strong. Conveniently located near beach (across 6A). Right on busline to Ptown. Not so good things: really no space to stow your stuff; no hooks or hangers anywhere in main room; no bureau to unpack into or shelves on which to place luggage. Zero counter space. Photos show microwave mounted under cabinet. Nope, it is set on the counter, leaving almost no space to prep food. Refrigerator is tiny. Inner shower curtain was moldy and nasty. No sidewalks or shoulders on road. Overall it was fine for a short stay for 2 people. I can't even imagine having 4 people crammed in such a small space.

Right where you want to be!

Just what we needed a place to crash so close to everything. Private beach, head of the meadow, race point, and P town. Super quiet and very chill.

Great location!

Great location across the street from beach. Beach was nice, shallow water for swimming. Catch the bus to PTown or short drive right outside. Studio was cute and equipped w what you need. Sunny and well kept. Needs some updating/fixes.

Simple efficiency on outer cape

Easy access to national Seashore Beaches and trails and Provincetown. Gas grill worked as did microwave for simple dinners. We had lunches out while exploring. No frills, clean and easy access to sites.

A must pass!

The pictures on line do this property no justice. It looks clean but is not. The floor has large chunks of broken loose tiles. It is located in a nice area but with so many options this is the last place I would stay. We walked in and walked right out and went down the road and paid for a cottage that we have stayed in before and salvaged our getaway. I contacted Vrbo.com as well as Vacasa looking for a refund and haven’t heard back from anyone and I doubt we will. This was my first time using these booking agencies and also my last! Lesson learned, we won’t be fooled again.

Clean and amazing locations. Could use some quick fixes, tile floor is cracked and the quilt on the bed was stained. Otherwise it was a perfect little spot
