Townhouse Beach Front Living - 2BD 3BA - Central AC - Linen Towels provided
Large townhouse with views of water from every window. Enjoy waterfront living right on Cape Cod Bay. This fantastic location is along the quiet stretch of Shore Road in North Truro just south of Provincetown.
Every bedroom has unobstructed views of the water and Provincetown landmarks. Watch the sunset over the sparkling blue waters, relax on the balcony reading a book or catch the bus and spend the day in Provincetown. So much to do and see! Donât miss the chance to experience the best of the Outer Cape!
Excellent vacation rental! They had everything you need. The location is perfect; right on the beach and a short drive to P-town. And the communication with the owner was seamless. Weâve already rebooked for next year!
The property was as beautiful in person as was described on their website. House was well stocked with all the necessary items one would need staying at a home away from home. Looking forward to staying longer next year.
Breathtaking view! The main living spaces were large and airy, and the back decks were great. The property was perfect for our group. I will say the second bedroom is fairly small â it would be tight to accommodate more than three people in that room. There are 2 trundle beds that technically allow you to sleep five in that room., but if you pull them out, it occupies the entire floor and there is nowhere to walk. Communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!
I loved everything about this property. The views were fantastic. The lodging was lovely. Everything was smooth and seamless. Your neighbors might be owners not renters but they were all very welcoming. I hope to be back next summer. Thanks for everything Peter.
This was a lovely property in a beautiful location, you can't beat being right by the ocean! However, a few things felt misleading about the listing. The additional beds in the second bedroom are trundle beds, which was not pictured or mentioned. The photos of the bedrooms with different wall decor added to that confusion. Additionally, commercial street was not a close walk away. All that to say, this was a good place to stay, but I wish it had been presented more accurately.
Very clean, nicely equipped townhouse, in a lovely location, right on the beach!
The kitchen has every amenity you could hope for, including 2 types of coffee machines. Linens are provided, including plush bath towels.
Loved the bayside beach right outside our door! The views from every window were amazing and we enjoyed sunsets each night! The property was perfect for our family!
We had a incredible experience with this rental. The property is beautiful and had all of the amenities you could ask for. We knew nothing of Provincetown before our trip and that is such a fun town for dinning and entertainment, and only minutes from the Rental. the private beach was a lot of fun for our kids exploring and looking for shells. would absolutely stay again.
Very convenient to the beach. I liked the option to sit on the deck right on the beach or sit on the balcony looking at the water. The high chairs on the balcony give a great view!
Spacious condo overlooking the ocean directly on the beach, what more could you need! This property comfortably fits guests and is equipped with all the necessities. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed a peaceful vacation. The views from the patio were great. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. Listening to the waves from the bedrooms was so relaxing. It is close to several great beaches (Herring/Head of Meadows) and the restaurants in Provincetown. My daughter thinks she saw a whale breach from her bedroom.
Great property. The beach is your back yard! The house was stock with everything that you would need. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. We would stay here again.
The location was very beautiful but we couldnât swim in the sea due to the shark risk, and although there are beautiful swimming lakes a short car ride away you arenât allowed to park there as theyâre in the next town over! So thereâs actually very little to do.The property itself was a little tired, not what I expected for 5000 per week Iâll be honest! The washing machine leaked on the floor and continued to even after we notified the host. There were no batteries in the TV remote control and the ones in the drawer were dead. The first night the patio doors had been left unlocked and we couldnât work out how to lock them so spect a very uncomfortable night worrying about our kids not being safe. Some house instructions and tips of local nice places to eat/visit would have been nice, although you need to be prepared for the locals to be rude and unfriendly. Iâve never come across more unpleasant and standoffish people and I come from England - Cape Codders make Londoners look jolly! If you ask anything you get laughed at, or eye rolled, or sighed at. It was a shock after coming from New York where everyone was so lovely.Plus points were that the AC was incredible and the bed was very comfy.
We were traveling with our late-teens/early 20âs daughters and looking for a chance to get away from our high stress jobs and lives. This condo provided the perfect retreat for us. Close proximity to Provincetown and Truro to enjoy some of the sites, but far enough away to enjoy the beach and downtime. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the games and and books. And beach furniture and grill were fantastic. The condo was beautifully furnished and perfectly suited to our needs.
Spacious enough for our group of two couples and perfectly equipped to enjoy cooking, enjoying the shore, and getting a great night's sleep.
The host was responsive. And I appreciated how clean it was and that there were enough linens, towels, glasses, dishes, etc.
We were a bit nervous about the ease of getting into Provincetown with a car, but there were plenty of (paid) parking areas for our needs. And we also used Lyft/Uber a couple of times. We didn't use the shuttle, but that would be easy to doâwe estimated it would take us about 10-15 minutes to walk to the pick-up point.
Overall, would highly recommend this peaceful and beachfront getaway as your home base in the Provincetown area.
The majority of our complaints pertain to the neighbors and not the owner or unit itself. Unit has everything, is "homey" and the location is wonderful. I do wish however we had known prior to last week that "direct access" to the beach was restricted. We are both happy to see conservation of the dunes, but I feel it should have been in the property description during the booking process. That is the only issue I feel is directed at the owner. I don't think the 2nd floor was swept as there was a lot of sand on the floor which we had to clean before unpacking. There were two massive sand holes off the deck from I assume kids, and toys all over. I picked up the toys but did not fix holes. Back deck was also covered in sand and furniture was in disarray both on deck and off. There were many rules pertaining to being considerate of others in the complex (totally understandable) unfortunately that was not the case. Our parking place was taken on two different occasions. Next door neighbor (6) Threw hot cooking grease (definitely from fish) off her deck into the sand. Sitting on either deck was impossible as the smell was disgusting. I thought it was a non-smoking complex, someone was definitely smoking on back deck as well. The cherry on top was her clothes line, spanning the entire top deck, drying her underwear. Quite classy.Like I said, most of our complaints the owner could not control, but unfortunately it will make us think twice before staying here again.
