Spectacular Views in Center of Town and on the Beach!
This luxurious, freestanding, waterfront home offers an ideal location. Located in the center of town on Commercial Street, it boasts Provincetown Harbor as the backyard (5 steps to the sand!) and just a few steps away from the ferry, shops, bars/restaurants and local attractions. This bright and comfortable home has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the captivating water views. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the living/cooking/dining open-concept space is on the second floor. The bedrooms are light and airy with water views. The entire unit has been recently renovated with high-end hard surfaces, fixtures and appliances. The gas fireplace is a nice added a touch to the living space. There is an enclosed, private brick patio for outdoor entertaining. The common area deck leads right to the beach. On-site parking is not available; however, there is metered parking lot adjacent to the home and public lots 2 blocks away. All around, a spectacular getaway for those who enjoy the finer things they deserve!
Lovely property in a terrific location. Super clean and comfortable. Marissa was extremely responsive and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom with water views in the center of town, yet quiet. Convenient to everything! This is the cleanest place I have ever rented! The check in and check out instructions were very clear. Not having to carry keys around is a definite plus! Owners were super responsive to any inquiry. Definitely, highly recommend.
This is a recently-renovated property, very clean and modern, in a great location. Upstairs is an open floorplan kitchen / living room / dining area filled with natural light. Although there is a building between this one and the water, you can look out diagonally past it to the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances, including a (noisy) icemaker. Central AC kept the apartment very comfortable. There is a gas fireplace, though the weather was too warm for me to use it.
On the downside, the bedrooms are small, with limited storage, so four guests coming for more than a short stay might have trouble finding space to store their things. And with amost no art on the walls, the place feels a bit sterile. For the most part, the place was very quiet, though I was awakened at 2am one night by loud, drunk people in the adjacent parking lot. Even so, I would stay there again.
The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished, which we liked a lot. Everything close by. Even though it is not front row you have a nice view from the living room to the harbor and beach. The only thing not so good is that there is no parking adjacent to the apartment.
From the moment I spotted the listing online I was excited about staying at this beautiful place. The location was perfect and the pictures indicated that a lot of care had been put into making this place a special location for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway in Provincetown.
And I wasnât disappointed. Upon arriving, I discovered that the place is a beautifully-appointed two-story unit that is located right next to the beach. Moreover, the place seems like a brand new remodel with high-end appliances, luxury bathrooms, and gorgeous finishes. It was perfect for the long weekend weâd planned.
A bonus discovery which wasnât obvious from the listing was the private deck that overlooks the beach and the bay. It was a lovely viewâŠand the perfect spot for morning coffee.
Our host Marissa was wonderful to work with. The pre-trip communications were clear and timely and our check in and arrival was completely seamless. She was even kind, understanding, and responsive when we (stupidly) managed to lock ourselves out one evening. A caretaker was with us in minutes and it was like the thing never happened.
I would 100% stay at this property again and hope that I can!
Overall, this was an amazing experience! The property is unbelievably clean, bright. very modern, and located right in the heart of Provincetown, only about two blocks from the ferry port. Itâs an easy walk to anywhere in Provincetown. The host was very easy to communicate with, and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. We loved all the extra channels on TV, as our children greatly enjoyed having Disney+ access! There is a metered parking lot immediately adjacent to the property, but we ended up parking in a overnight lot which is only two blocks away next to the CVS. Everything worked out really well, and we could walk everywhere during our stay.
My Partner and I with several friends stayed in this perfect house for 16 days in July. The home was newly remodeled and perfect in every way. The appliances were great, the house was quiet and the HVAC worked very well on hot July days. The home is a 5 minute walk to everything you want to do in Ptown and any closer to downtown would have been too congested. If it is available we will most likely book it for longer next year.
