Come watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bed and enjoy the sunset over Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay from your private deck at dusk. This studio cottage was built in the 1930s for Portuguese fishermen. Revel in its old world charm and history while benefiting from its updates and amenities. Authentic wooden beams and floor add to its rustic roots. Window A/C unit, roomy bathroom. Kitchenette with stainless steel sink. Full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, flatware, and of course a lobster pot! Take a million dollar stroll down the beach all the way to Provincetown if you like. Or catch the nearby shuttle. Join in on the cottage colony atmosphere on the beach! Bring your beach towel and we provide the rest!
Love that the cottage is right on the beach with beautiful scenery. The cottage was as described -rustic and cute. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. The only concern was the bathroom shower. It was not clean.
this really is a one room shack but I was easily able to host a couple friends in the space for a couple nights during my stay. The location is great in itâs immediate access to the beach and proximity to ptown and the rest of truro. The shack was very cute, definitely an ideal get away for a couple or a small group of friends who are comfortable with a cozy sleepover. Truly no complaints about this space. I look forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.
This place is a slice of heaven. If itâs a 5star resort youâre looking for itâs not here. This place is for the simple life. Water so close you can touch it from inside it feels. All the brick a brack and chochies fit right in with the seashore. Small but efficient and very comfortable. Canât wait to get back there again. Is it next summer yet. Michele and Paul wonderful hosts. Replied quickly with answers to our questions. PTOWN is just 3 miles up the road. Weather wasnât the best cloudy but we made the best of it !!
The interior is cozy and eclectic. View of the bay. The bed is good; the kitchen a bit improvised but it works. Good wifi on a rainy day. Close to Provincetown and nice beaches.
When booking the cottage I knew that it was outfitted in a rustic way. My partner enjoyed the many trinkets that adorned the walls and shelves, especially when it came to figuring out some of the scientific instruments. There are no empty dressers for storing clothing. The cleanliness of the refrigerator was exceptional! All the linens were clean, as well. Cleanliness of the dishes was hit or miss. The cleanliness of the shower wasnât great; I typically clean this area before we leave, but there was buildup under the shower mat that couldnât have belonged to us. The outside grounds of the cottage have overgrowth. Cottages on either side do not exhibit this overgrowth. After commutation with the host I was told that the grounds were kept by an HOA, but like I said, this property was less taken care of than others. Being right on the beach has its draw; be aware of what that actually means, especially being on the bay side (endless amounts of seaweed that donât lead to an open beach at all, like some of the pictures would make you believe).
Book with care
Michelle was wonderful to work with. Sea Pearch is AWESOME!!! You can watch the sunrise from bed and 5 step to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing all night. It is truly a beautiful cottage. It was just big enough for my husband and myself. We had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage was clean and a short to drive to pick up dinner and watch the sunset on the beach. We will DEFINITELY rent again. Highly recommend if you want to be on the beach.
Wow! Where to start...you can't beat the location. We wanted a quiet get away without a long travel for restaurants, shopping, etc. This cottage fit that bill perfectly! We could have walked if we had really wanted (about 3 miles into Provincetown), but we used various modes of transportation that were easy/inexpensive - bike, shuttle, Uber, even pedicab! For the most part we spent our time on the private beach and didn't feel the need to venture out besides that. The beach was well equipped with a table and chairs on the deck, adirondack chairs, and then folding beach chairs. The cottages are close to its neighbors but all were friendly and offered us some great recommendations and conversation.
Now onto the cottage itself! The cottage is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is well equipped, homey, with a comfortable bed and couch. We didn't get around to taking advantage of them, but there are a lot of games and even a telescope for your use.
We had a couple of items we reached out to the Owner about and they were very responsive and helpful!
My only recommendation would be to bring beach towels as only shower towels are provided.
This cozy cottage was just what we were looking for for our anniversary get-away. Right on the water, close to lots of options for things to do. Check-in was easy and the owners were quick to respond to questions.
The location is great, right on the water & close to everything fun we enjoy at the Cape. The cottage has potential. The trinkets, tchotchkes, and doodads took up a lot of space and it felt overwhelming. The grotesque partially intact mammalian skull seemed out of place. Also, the horseshoe crab carcass on the front deck was probably left over from the previous guest. The shower is in dire need of an update. The corner seams were held together with tape. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The windows overlooking the bay view had not been cleaned. Having seen adjacent units & how well they were maintained and updated we would explore those options for future visits.
The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was clean, quaint and had every thing you could need or want. The community is full of welcoming people. We had breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach. Canât wait to go back! I almost want to leave an awful review so the dates all stay available haha but I canât because the owners are wonderful and the cottage is perfect!
It was in a Great location. Felt like a little window unit would have really helped with the temperature of the cottage in the late afternoon. Easy access to Provincetown and Great restaurants! Paul & Michele are Great hosts, ALWAYS answered me immediately! Have to say it was pretty perfect!
This was our first trip to the Cape and we loved the views and location. Easy checkin and checkout process. Enjoyed the outdoor areas, walking on the beach and talking with the neighbors. Wouldnât hesitate to stay there again. We were not inside much at all but the bed could use some attentionâit is very unlevel. Had everything we needed for our stay and we sure hated to leave! Perfect vacation!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed every minute of our time at The Sea Perch. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We loved the ambiance of the cottage and we would love to make this an anual vacation.
We certainly enjoyed our stay at Sea Perch! So special to stay right on the beach in your cozy cottage, and so close to Provincetown, National Sea shore and the best lobster rolls down the street at Dayâs Market and Deli. Thank you Michele!
This was our fourth time staying at Sea Perch and we've already booked our stay for next year. The new owners were great. Very responsive and the cottage was cleaner than previous years. Having linens provided was a very nice addition. The cottage is in great condition, but the shower pan looked like it could be replaced. We love eating dinner on the back porch watching the beautiful sunset over the bay. The beach is perfect for walking and we always find lots of sea glass - our favorite souvenir from our vacation. Our other favorite thing about the cottage is listening to the waves from bed. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to Provincetown, Truro Vineyard and the national sea shore beaches. Every year our stay is the perfect Cape vacation and we can't wait to return to make more memories.
Small, cozy cottage - literally in the sand. Good size for 2. Eclectic decor. Well equipped. Great communication with host. Missed having AC as we had very hot and humid weather~ But canât beat location.

We connect to nature. Hiking, biking, skiing, surfing or just relaxing and taking in the wonder of it. We enjoy books and films. And all of us love to travel and experience new places and meet people who have stories to tell. Paul and I and our son, Kenneth live in Los Angeles and work in film. We value the craft of what we do and the storyteller.
The beauty of the sea and the magic of this historic cottage. The remarkable sunrise and breathtaking sunsets. The peace at night going to sleep with the gentle sound of the water. The fun during the day deciding whether to head to Provincetown or explore Truro. The relaxed atmosphere of the warm community of cottages. This is a special place.
A perfect combination of being directly ON the sand and also close to Provincetown. The sand, the sea and the eclectic offerings of both Truro and Provincetown. Time on the Cape is a dream come true!
