Bring your beach towel and we provide the rest!
Nice location cottage was cute and decorated with amazing artifacts and very clean but overall came off as crowded dated and not very comfortable so I didn't spend much time there but that was OK because it gave me plenty of time to explore the natural beauty of Cape Cod
Love that the cottage is right on the beach with beautiful scenery. The cottage was as described -rustic and cute. Michelle was very helpful and friendly. The only concern was the bathroom shower. It was not clean.
this really is a one room shack but I was easily able to host a couple friends in the space for a couple nights during my stay. The location is great in itâs immediate access to the beach and proximity to ptown and the rest of truro. The shack was very cute, definitely an ideal get away for a couple or a small group of friends who are comfortable with a cozy sleepover. Truly no complaints about this space. I look forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.
This place is a slice of heaven. If itâs a 5star resort youâre looking for itâs not here. This place is for the simple life. Water so close you can touch it from inside it feels. All the brick a brack and chochies fit right in with the seashore. Small but efficient and very comfortable. Canât wait to get back there again. Is it next summer yet. Michele and Paul wonderful hosts. Replied quickly with answers to our questions. PTOWN is just 3 miles up the road. Weather wasnât the best cloudy but we made the best of it !!
The interior is cozy and eclectic. View of the bay. The bed is good; the kitchen a bit improvised but it works. Good wifi on a rainy day. Close to Provincetown and nice beaches.
When booking the cottage I knew that it was outfitted in a rustic way. My partner enjoyed the many trinkets that adorned the walls and shelves, especially when it came to figuring out some of the scientific instruments. There are no empty dressers for storing clothing. The cleanliness of the refrigerator was exceptional! All the linens were clean, as well. Cleanliness of the dishes was hit or miss. The cleanliness of the shower wasnât great; I typically clean this area before we leave, but there was buildup under the shower mat that couldnât have belonged to us. The outside grounds of the cottage have overgrowth. Cottages on either side do not exhibit this overgrowth. After commutation with the host I was told that the grounds were kept by an HOA, but like I said, this property was less taken care of than others. Being right on the beach has its draw; be aware of what that actually means, especially being on the bay side (endless amounts of seaweed that donât lead to an open beach at all, like some of the pictures would make you believe).
Book with care
Michelle was wonderful to work with. Sea Pearch is AWESOME!!! You can watch the sunrise from bed and 5 step to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing all night. It is truly a beautiful cottage. It was just big enough for my husband and myself. We had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage was clean and a short to drive to pick up dinner and watch the sunset on the beach. We will DEFINITELY rent again. Highly recommend if you want to be on the beach.
