Grande maison de ski avec bain à remous privé prÚs des pistes

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© propriĂ©taires de cette belle maison dans Park Forest Estates depuis sa construction et nous avons travaillĂ© dur pour la maintenir Ă  jour et Ă  jour. Nous adorons l'emplacement Ă  quelques minutes Ă  la base du pic 8 et juste en face du centre nordique. L'arrĂȘt de bus Ă  quelques pas! Selon la couverture de neige, vous pouvez mĂȘme faire du ski Ă  la maison.

Nous croyons que vous trouverez notre maison un merveilleux endroit oĂč sĂ©journer! Le salon est confortable et trĂšs ouvert avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et un canapĂ© en cuir souple. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des appareils modernes qui font qu'il est facile de rester dans et cuire. Avec la table Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 6 Ă  8 et la barre de petit dĂ©jeuner qui peut accueillir 3 ce est un excellent endroit pour se rĂ©unir pour un repas. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine est la salle familiale avec un Ă©cran 42 'plat, canapĂ© coupe confortable, TV / VCR / DVD, stĂ©rĂ©o, foyer au gaz et 3/4 bain.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, 36 'TV et bain de grand maßtre. Chambre # 2 a un autre roi, TV et part à écran plat d'une salle de bain complÚte avec chambre n ° 3. La derniÚre salle a deux grands ensembles de lits superposés. Tous les bains ont tout nouveau carrelage. Nombre de 8 personnes.

Avec un garage pour une voiture, d'un bain Ă  remous extĂ©rieur rĂ©cent, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, un arrĂȘt de la navette juste un pĂątĂ© de maisons, Forest Park est l'endroit ultime pour le confort et la commoditĂ©.

Nous sommes confiants que vous pourrez profiter de notre escapade Ă  la montagne!

Christmas home away

Beautiful home. Great neighborhood. Close to town, worked perfect for us. With two fireplaces and living rooms we had some at the tv and others gaming in the other room which really was nice. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook all your meals.Bedrooms were very nice. Master w/bath and 2 guest rooms upstairs with newly renovated bathroom.Plenty of hot water...Owner had a Christmas tree in the garage which we put up in one of the living rooms and decorated which with the view and the snow, it was truly a white Christmas. Really appreciated the owners sharing their beautiful home and making it feel like we were at home during Christmas. T hks again.

Great place, unreasonable management

The place was great, we had an awesome during our winter ski trip. All amenities were good, clean, hot tub was a nice bonus. The shuttle walk was short, and we walked back from 4 o'clock run one afternoon and it wasn't too bad. After the trip is where things changed. I was charged a two hundred and fifty dollar damage fee by Heather who claimed that we broke their oven door which was actually broken before I arrived. I tried to explain this with Heather and VRBO but unfortunately I was still charged as they claimed they had done an inspection prior to my arrival and it was fine (it was not). Just beware (with this property and all others) if you find something damaged, make sure you do your best to prove it was not caused by you and contact your host. I wish that Heather and co would have been more keen to trust her renters, but no such luck. Just be careful with these places / management companies... they are cut throat!

Great location,clean property

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Breckenridge. I loved the layout. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I enjoyed the separate sitting area away from the tv. The kitchen was well stocked, better than most. We used the hot tub a couple times and it was great! We are a family of 5 and I hate paying a lot of money and then barely getting any towels or toilet paper, etc
.but this place was well stocked! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels to get us through a four night stay. Thank you to the hosts for helping make this an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable Home near easy transportation to Peak 7& 8

We were a short walk (<5 minutes) to the Nordic center pickup point for the gold bus line to Peak 7 or 8.

Great location and great house.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Heather was very helpful. The house is very pretty and clean and has plenty of pace for 4 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook ( out of the 5 nights that we stayed, we cooked dinner 2 of them). We had a car, but didn't have to use it to go to ski, since the Golden Route shuttle stop is across the street and takes you to Peak 7 and 8 in a few minutes. If there is enough snow you can go back to the house skiing, if not it is a short 10 min walk or you can take the shuttle: many options!. The outdoors jacuzzi was a plus! We used it everyday after a long day in the slopes. The ski resort is great and the town is very cute; full of restaurants and little stores. We hope to come back next year !

Perfect Spot

This property was located in the perfect spot. Short bus ride to peak 8 and you can ski in through the 4 o’clock run. No need for a car. You can take free buses everywhere through town and the mountain. Beautiful property and owner was very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. The house is clean and as billed on the VRBO. We had issues with a couple of things that were beyond the owners control and they were extremely understanding and very fair in handling the matter.

Great family ski trip

We had 8 people ages 8-72, and we all had a good time. The house is advertised and cozy. The new hot tub was absolutely great. The two living areas work well for multigenerational groups. Heather is a fantastic host—responsive and helpful. It’s about a 2 block walk to the bus stop.

Great location

House was amazing and location even better with easy access to shuttle to get to slopes or town. We also used the ski back to house which was very convenient. Hot tub was a great added perk!

Convenient and Homey

We all had a great time skiing and shopping, and the kitchen was well equipped when we cooked in! It was very convenient to everything and I like the short walk to the bus stop to go skiing or to go downtown.

Great Place to Stay

Last minute booking for Breckenridge for us and this place was available. The place was great overall and it had everything we needed. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars rating was the thermostat to control the heater in the master bedroom didn't work. We had a 6 months old and it was too cold for him to sleep and we couldn't keep the door to the bedroom opened since we have teenage boys in the other rooms playing. Heather (owner) told us to be patient as she was working out the kinks of the new thermostat, but at the rate that we paid for 4 nights stay we should have had some heat.

Great spring break

This was a great place for our annual spring break trip for a family of 5. We had more than enough room, enough supplies for a week stay, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. We enjoyed the well stocked game cabinet and getting in the hot tub after long days of skiing. We skied six days in a row and felt the bus access to and from peak 8 to be ideal and convenient. Our teens could easily navigate the bus by themselves as well. We never did try to ski back in so not sure how that is. Would recommend this place for sure.

Liked the location and great space in the home Could ski home in the late afternoon and the shuttle was easy to get to and timely Did not come down for lunch because of the number of options on the hill, 8 of us so packed a lunch, worked well!!!

The house was in a great location and everything we needed was fairly close! The kids loved the house and loved going down the front yard on the sleds.

We rented the house this summer for a family trip. House was nice and clean. It is in a great location, close to everything. We had a couple of questions before and during our stay and the owner was quick to answer. Very easy to work with.

This lovely home checked all the boxes - design, cleanliness, price, hottub! There is a free shuttle accross the street to take you to the lifts which comes every 15 min. To get back, it's truly a ski-in location. Just take lower 4-o-clock run and make a hard left after the brick Chateau of Breckenridge to ski all the way to the front door!

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for me and my teenage boys. The hot tub was great after long days of pounding my joints on the slopes. Bus stop is about a 90 second walk away although you could walk to Peak 8 if you’re feeling energetic (not me...my teenagers did it though). Kitchen is VERY well stocked, you can easily find everything you need to cook full meals. Fireplaces warmed the living areas up nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo with private hot tub near Nordic center.

Spacious condo with 2 separate living rooms and 2 fireplaces!! Private hot tub on large deck was super nice after a long day. A few criticisms include small tvs, no knobs on kitchen cabinets, tight laundry area and carpet in dining room and leading out to hot tub (not a good choice). Check in/out super easy and Heather, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials, towels, blankets and soap. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family has owned this home in Park Forest Estates since it was newly built in 1995 and it is a very special place for us. We love to travel to Breckenridge each year and see how many wonderful changes they have made and the skiing just keeps getting better and better.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the location of our home. Since it's only 4 houses in on the street it's an easy walk to the bus and you will be at the slopes in just a few minutes. No parking or gondola rides.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our newly renovated home is located just across the street from the Breckenridge Nordic center for you cross country skiers. There is a café/bar in the Nordic center which you can walk too. You can also ski-in and walk two blocks home. Skipping the bus home if you prefer. Everything in our home is brand new summer of 2025.
