Cette superbe maison haut de gamme de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains est la définition de la maison de montagne Breckenridge et constitue le refuge idéal pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes de moins de 13 ans. Avec une vue imprenable sur la station de ski de Breckenridge, vous pourrez admirer la beauté de Breckenridge depuis le salon. Le quartier White Cloud de Breckenridge est un lieu recherché situé à cinq minutes de route du centre-ville de Breckenridge et des pistes. Vous adorerez le bain à remous privé et l’accès facile aux sentiers de l’autre côté de la rue.

(SERVICE DE NAVETTE HIVERNAL: pendant la saison de ski, une navette s’arr��te à moins de 50 mètres de l’allée. Prendre la navette pour le Marriott sur Columbine Rd. À partir de là, il vous faudra cinq minutes à pied pour vous rendre à l’ascenseur Quicksilver situé à la base du pic 9.)

La pièce à vivre possède de hauts plafonds voûtés, d'immenses fenêtres qui permettent à la lumière naturelle d'inonder la maison et de profiter des vues spectaculaires. Il y a un foyer au bois qui est parfait pour capturer l'expérience de vacances Rocky Mountain tout en restant confortablement installé dans les meubles confortables pour regarder le match ou regarder un bon film sur une grande télévision à écran LCD.

Everything was great

Hot tub fireworks

Watching the New Year’s fireworks from the hot tub was a first! House was as advertised and decently equipped. Shuttle was very convenient. Lots of space for two families of 5. Lower level has a very nice space to get ready for the slopes and afterwards.

Friends & Family Vacation

2 families (9 total) stayed 5 nights. We had plenty of room and had a great time. The house was clean, had amazing views and the teens enjoyed the hot tub. There are 3 floors and 2 separate living areas. Just minutes from town.

Great stay!

We can’t thank Belle Vue Home enough for our amazing stay while in Colorado. Everything from the check in to the amenities, this property had it all. It was 3 minutes from Main Street and the ski resort, and felt like home. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Awesome scenery, great location

We loved this mountain home… awesome location with views of the mountains and sunsets.. and also red fox. More than enough space for our family of six, great cozy feel to the home. Hot tub was a fun way to end our evenings after hiking or exploring the awesome town of Breck.

Perfect Family Thanksgiving Vacation

My family was long overdue for a Holiday vacation and in November of last year, my dad had been diagnosed with the beginning stages of dementia. We made the decision to go to Breck as a family for Thanksgiving this year and it was the best decision we ever made. From booking this beautiful home to check-in, touching base with us during our stay, to check-out, we could not have asked for better service or an easier process. They assisted us with getting a crib for my niece, provided information on discounted ski gear, and loaded us up with tons of firewood for the week. The house is so beautiful and has some of the most amazing views! Perfectly situated 5 mins from town. We absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at the Belle Vue!

Perfect Ski Trip In Breck

Our group had an awesome stay at the Belle View house! House was very spacious with plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. Large kitchen was well stocked, helping us prepare group meals. Nice hot tub to end they day after skiing. VIEWS WERE INCREDIBLE!! Living room is full of windows overlooking the slopes. There is a convenient trail nearby to drop in on the Lower Lehman run and hike back at the end of the day. Will definitively stay again! Thanks!

Good location in hill with great shuttle service

Overall very good experience. Good location and shuttle service right out front door to lifts and downtown all day until 7 pm. Some things could use refreshing - new clothes dryer, some additional silverware, one couch had busted springs. Rental Management company super responsive and addressed any questions or concerns within minutes.

Annual Boy's West Ski Trip

Very comfortable home, great views, nice living room area to gather, plenty of beds for eight adults, ski out trail close to home - easy to navigate. Could not find ski in trail. Home is close to mountain. Short trip to town. Plenty of great restaurants just a short drive to town. Very convenient shuttle stop at the bottom of driveway to take you to mountain. Would rent home again. Breckenridge is a great mountain to ski !!

Great spot for a guys weekend.

6 of us stayed at this home. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the management company was always timely. The place was very clean. They do drain and refill the hot tub, which meant it wasn’t usable the first night (appreciate this attention to detail but wish that it had been communicated in advance in order to properly set expectations and not result in some disappointment coming off the slopes the first day). It has been mentioned before … they really should replace the dryer as the noise is almost unbearable. Minor detail in an otherwise great spot. We felt this was home provided outstanding value and would stay again.

Perfect Breckenridge house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen has absolutely everything we needed to make meals. The house is in a nice neighborhood convenient to downtown Breckenridge, but still has beautiful views. The twin mattresses need to be replaced but the bigger beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Breckenridge.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a wonderful location with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the owner clearly hasn’t maintained or improved this house much over the years. The couches need to be replaced asap, the beds were not comfortable and had very low quality sheets (I’d rather bring my own than sleep on the ones provided), the old shag carpet needs to be replaced asap. One of the bedrooms, located downstairs, and restroom looks like they have been updated, but would assume this was due to a water leak of some kind because the room is located directly below the kitchen and there were no other updates in the rest of the house (leading me to believe they did the improvements because they were forced to). In addition to the items mentioned, there were many indicators the owner needed to put some love into this house. Even a minimal amount of improvements and charge more for property. The summer price reflects what you’ll get in renting this place. I won’t be returning to this property.

We had everything we needed and the drive to main was short and quick. The couches need replaced. The springs were broken on the upstairs couch and the downstairs couch is pretty worn. There is about 3 foxes that live near the house. The neighbors must feed them. They were in our yard and would come up to you, but will back off if you clapped loud or told them to go away. Overall I would recommend this house for your stay in Breck!!

Everyone had a comfortable bed and lots of space. Everything was as described. The kitchen was fully equipped- we cooked breakfast every morning and even a couple of dinners for the 8 of us. The Upper Warriors Mark shuttle made getting to Peak 9 very easy- pick up was practically at the end of the driveway. The kids loved the hot tub and the den on the lower level. There’s a little fox who lives in the neighborhood and we glimpsed him several times. We did have to drive into town for dinner, but had planned to do so anyway. All in all, a great stay and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being able to walk to town on the trail, and the views from the living area and hot tub were beautiful. Loved the layout of the home. Well stocked with toiletries, towels, and kitchen items like cookware and silverware. The living room couch was broken, decor and carpet were very tired. Hot tub towels were folded in the basket but wet, and several dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Overall, we had a great experience though, and we would definitely rent this home again! The issues are easily fixable and didn’t detract much from our stay.

Amazing house!

The house is incredible, and a great deal for a property that comfortably fits up to 10 people. The beds were comfortable, and the home itself is huge and offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Even with a large group, we didn't feel cramped, and it was easy to find somewhere quiet and comfy to relax alone. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked great. The hot tub and fireplace were wonderful, and you really can't beat that view. 5 min drive from the grocery store and downtown. This place is really just perfect and we would stay again! There was a mountain lion on the property which surprised a couple in our group who were outside 😅 keep an eye out for your kids and pets - you are in the mountains here!
