This house is a short walk from all the best restaurants, bars and shops in Breckenridge, as well as the Breckenridge Market for any groceries or necessities. It is just a block away from Carter Park for top rated biking and hiking access trails for all of the summer and winter activities Breckenridge has to offer. This home is also steps away from a free shuttle bus that will take you to different spots around town as well as the Gondola.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain friends and family after a long day on the slopes. The dining room has seating for 6 and expansive views of the Peak 8 and Peak 9 ski areas. There is seating for an additional 4 people at the kitchen bar. The living room is cozy and has a large flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, setting the perfect scene for sports or movie nights after a long day of alpine adventure! Off the side of the living, guests can enjoy an outdoor deck with mountain views.

The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle, best suited for children and teens. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom on the primary level. Guests have access to the private washer/dryer in the home.

Getting Around:
The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads.
